Claims (13)
- 第2の方向(B)と直交する第1の方向(A)に沿って延びるシーリング面(14)を
形成するヘッド(15)と、
前記第1の方向(A)と交差するように前記ヘッド(15)を通って延びる少なくとも
一つの第1のスロット(23,27)と、を具備し、
前記少なくとも一つの第1のスロット(23,27)は、前記第1の方向および第2の
方向(A,B)の両方に対して傾斜した第3の方向(C;D)に対して平行に延在し、
前記第3の方向(C;D)は、前記第2の方向(B)と共に第1の角度(α、β)を形
成し、
前記第1のスロット(23;27)は前記シーリング面(14)に向かって収束する、ソノトロード(1)。 - 各第3の方向(C;D)に沿って延びる一対の第1のスロット(23;27)を具備し、
前記第3の方向(C;D)は、第2の方向(B)に対して平行な前記ソノトロード(1)の対称平面(M)に関して対称であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソノトロード。 - 前記第1の方向および第2の方向(A,B)の両方に対して傾斜した各第4の方向(D;C)に沿って延在する一対の第2のスロット(27;23)を備え、
前記第4の方向(D;C)は、第2の方向(B)に対して平行な前記ソノトロード(1)の対称平面(M)に関して対称であり、かつ、前記平面(M)と共に第2の角度(β;α)をそれぞれ形成することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のソノトロード。 - 第2のスロット(27;23)は前記シーリング面(14)に向かって収束することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のソノトロード。
- 前記ヘッド(15)の振動の振幅が実質的にゼロに等しく、かつ、前記ヘッド(15)を第1の部分(21)および第2の部分(22)に分割する節平面(P)を具備し、
前記シーリング面(14)は前記ヘッド(15)の前記第1の部分(21)によって形成され、
前記第1のスロット(23)は前記第1の部分(21)内で完全に延在し、
前記第2のスロット(27)は前記第2の部分(22)内で完全に延在することを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のソノトロード。 - 前記第1の角度(α)および前記第2の角度(β)は鋭角であり、かつ、前記第1の角度(α)は前記第2の角度(β)よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載のソノトロード。
- 前記ヘッド(15)の振動を引き起こすように固有の発電機によって給電可能な固有の駆動ユニット(12)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のソノトロード。
- 前記駆動ユニット(12)を前記ヘッド(15)に結合するための結合手段(60,61)を備え、
前記結合手段(60,61)は、順に、
前記駆動ユニット(12)および前記ヘッド(15)の一方に対して結合されるナット(61)と、
前記駆動ユニット(12)および前記ヘッド(15)の他方に対して結合されるスタッド(60)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のソノトロード。 - 前記シーリング面(14)と交差する前記第2の方向(B)に沿って測った前記ヘッドの高さ(H)は、前記第2の方向(B)の方向に振動する波の波長の半分と実質的に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のソノトロード。
- 前記ヘッド(15)を収容すると共に包装機械に連結することができるケーシング(30)を備え、かつ、前記ヘッド(15)は、前記節平面(P)上に存在するエッジ(20)を備え、
前記ヘッド(15)は前記エッジ(20)に沿って前記ケーシング(30)に対して連結されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のソノトロード。 - 前記第1の角度(α)は5.4ないし6.6度の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のソノトロード。
- 前記第2の角度(β)は18.9ないし23.1度の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のソノトロード。
- 流動性食品が連続的に充填されかつ等しく離間した交差セクションにおいて把持される、垂直経路(P)に沿って供給される包装材料のチューブ(2)から前記流動性食品の密封パッケージを製造するための包装機械であって、前記機械は、
前記交差セクションに沿って前記チューブ(2)の前記包装材料を封止するための封止手段(1,9)を具備し、
前記封止手段(1)は、アンビル(9)およびソノトロード(1)を具備し、
前記ソノトロード(1)は、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のソノトロード(1)である包装機械。
