本发明所述一种PVC整版墙壁装饰膜,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,钛白粉10‑15份、增塑剂10‑30份、钛酸酯1‑2份、纳米碳酸钙2‑6份、钛酸钙3~5份、加工助剂6‑18份,所述加工助剂包括木质素纤维0.2‑0.4份,纳米火山泥2‑4份,氧化镧0.3‑0.6份,通过木质素纤维、纳米火山泥和氧化镧的加入,其韧性好,实现其超宽的特性,而且不易收缩,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明属于PVC技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种PVC整版墙壁装饰膜。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯英文简称PVC,随着PVC薄膜低毒、阻燃、耐寒、环保的优良性能,越来越得到广大的用途,广泛应用于证件、薄册、包装、箱包、服装、鞋类、汽车装璜等领域,发展到了日常生活领域中处处可见到PVC产品。由些可见,PVC薄膜的需求量越来越大。
PVC薄膜主要成份为聚氯乙烯,另有加入其他成分来增强其耐热性,韧性,延展性等。PVC薄膜是当今世界上深受喜爱、颇为流行并且也被广泛应用的一种合成材料。PVC薄膜的全球使用量在各种合成材料中高居第二。在可以生产三维表面膜的材料中,PVC薄膜是最适合的材料。
但是,PVC薄膜,尤其是装饰膜,在裁剪和使用时容易收缩,发生褶皱,影响美观,而且裁剪时,由于发生收缩,造成尺寸缩短。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种PVC整版墙壁装饰膜,具有较好的延展性,而且实现装饰膜的零收缩,在裁剪和使用时均为零收缩。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种PVC整版墙壁装饰膜,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,钛白粉10-15份、增塑剂10-30份、钛酸酯1-2份、纳米碳酸钙2-6份、钛酸钙3~5份、加工助剂6-18份,所述加工助剂包括木质素纤维0.2-0.4份,纳米火山泥2-4份,氧化镧0.3-0.6份。
进一步,所述增塑剂包括二乙二醇1-3份、草酸1-3份、柠檬酸2-5份、苯酐3-6份和苯甲酸4-8份。
进一步,所述加工助剂还包括竹纤维1-3份、改性氧化石墨烯溶液1-3份、纳米火山泥0.1-0.2份、硅石粉0.5-1份和纳米二氧化锑1-2份。
进一步,所述增塑剂包括二乙二醇2份、草酸2份、柠檬酸4份、苯酐4份和苯甲酸4份。
进一步,所述加工助剂包括木质素纤维0.3份,纳米火山泥3份,氧化镧0.5份、竹纤维2份、改性氧化石墨烯溶液2份、云母粉0.15份、硅石粉0.8份和纳米二氧化锑1.5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述一种PVC整版墙壁装饰膜,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,钛白粉10-15份、增塑剂10-30份、钛酸酯1-2份、纳米碳酸钙2-6份、钛酸钙3~5份、加工助剂6-18份,所述加工助剂包括木质素纤维0.2-0.4份,纳米火山泥2-4份,氧化镧0.3-0.6份,通过木质素纤维、纳米火山泥和氧化镧的加入,其韧性好,实现其超宽的特性,而且不易收缩,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种PVC整版墙壁装饰膜,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,钛白粉12份、增塑剂16份、钛酸酯1-2份、纳米碳酸钙4份、钛酸钙4份、加工助剂10.25份,增塑剂包括二乙二醇2份、草酸2份、柠檬酸4份、苯酐4份和苯甲酸4份,加工助剂包括木质素纤维0.3份,纳米火山泥3份,氧化镧0.5份、竹纤维2份、改性氧化石墨烯溶液2份、云母粉0.15份、硅石粉0.8份和纳米二氧化锑1.5份,木质素纤维、竹纤维和云母粉增强其延展性,以实现超宽软玻璃的制备,纳米二氧化锑使其不易收缩,而且提高最终薄膜产品的耐老化性能。

1.一种PVC整版墙壁装饰膜,其特征在于,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,钛白粉10-15份、增塑剂10-30份、钛酸酯1-2份、纳米碳酸钙2-6份、钛酸钙3~5份、加工助剂6-18份,所述加工助剂包括木质素纤维0.2-0.4份,纳米火山泥2-4份,氧化镧0.3-0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种PVC整版墙壁装饰膜,其特征在于,所述增塑剂包括二乙二醇1-3份、草酸1-3份、柠檬酸2-5份、苯酐3-6份和苯甲酸4-8份。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种PVC整版墙壁装饰膜,其特征在于,所述加工助剂还包括竹纤维1-3份、改性氧化石墨烯溶液1-3份、云母粉0.1-0.2份、硅石粉0.5-1份和纳米二氧化锑1-2份。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种PVC整版墙壁装饰膜,其特征在于,所述增塑剂包括二乙二醇2份、草酸2份、柠檬酸4份、苯酐4份和苯甲酸4份。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种PVC整版墙壁装饰膜,其特征在于,所述加工助剂包括木质素纤维0.3份,纳米火山泥3份,氧化镧0.5份、竹纤维2份、改性氧化石墨烯溶液2份、云母粉0.15份、硅石粉0.8份和纳米二氧化锑1.5份。
