Abstract
本发明所述一种超耐变形的PVC卷材,由多层超透薄膜贴合而成,按照重量份数,每层原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,锌粉5‑10份、环氧大豆油5‑10份、增塑剂10‑30份、镉钡锌复合稳定剂2~5份,加工助剂20‑50份,其通过所述配比原料的加入,得到超耐变形的PVC卷材,而且零收缩,在裁剪和使用时均为零收缩。

技术领域
本发明属于PVC技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种超耐变形的PVC卷材。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯英文简称PVC,随着PVC薄膜低毒、阻燃、耐寒、环保的优良性能,越来越得到广大的用途,广泛应用于证件、薄册、包装、箱包、服装、鞋类、汽车装璜等领域,发展到了日常生活领域中处处可见到PVC产品。由些可见,PVC 薄膜的需求量越来越大。
PVC薄膜主要成份为聚氯乙烯,另有加入其他成分来增强其耐热性,韧性,延展性等。PVC薄膜是当今世界上深受喜爱、颇为流行并且也被广泛应用的一种合成材料。PVC薄膜的全球使用量在各种合成材料中高居第二。在可以生产三维表面膜的材料中,PVC薄膜是最适合的材料。
为了满足人们的需要,目前一般采用PVC装饰膜来替代原有装饰材料表面的自然纹路,一般将多层薄膜贴合在一起,表面为装饰层,但是现有的贴合效率低,贴合效果差。
但是,PVC薄膜,尤其是超透薄膜,在裁剪和使用时容易收缩,发生褶皱,影响美观,而且裁剪时,由于发生收缩,造成尺寸缩短,而且超透薄膜不耐磨,容易撕裂。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种超耐变形的PVC卷材,得到多层贴合的超透薄膜的原料及配比,而且零收缩,在裁剪和使用时均为零收缩。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种超耐变形的PVC卷材,由多层超透薄膜贴合而成,按照重量份数,每层原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,锌粉5-10份、环氧大豆油5-10份、增塑剂 10-30份、镉钡锌复合稳定剂2~5份,加工助剂20-50份。
进一步,所述增塑剂包括石墨烯1-2份,硼酸锌5-10份、水玻璃2-5份、煤精3-7份、苯酐3-6份。
进一步,所述加工助剂包括:硬脂酸锌2-4份、硅藻土3-6份、高岭土4-8 份、富勒烯3-6份、氧化铝10-15份、玻璃粉2-6份、椰子纤维粉4-8份和蒙脱石粉2-4份。
进一步,所述增塑剂包括石墨烯1.5份,硼酸锌8份、水玻璃4份、煤精5 份、苯酐5份。
进一步,所述加工助剂包括:硬脂酸锌3份、硅藻土4份、高岭土6份、富勒烯4份、氧化铝12份、玻璃粉5份、椰子纤维粉5.5份和蒙脱石粉3.5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述一种超耐变形的PVC卷材,由多层超透薄膜贴合而成,按照重量份数,每层原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,锌粉5-10份、环氧大豆油5-10 份、增塑剂10-30份、镉钡锌复合稳定剂2~5份,加工助剂20-50份,其通过所述配比原料的加入,得到超耐变形的PVC卷材,而且零收缩,在裁剪和使用时均为零收缩。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种超耐变形的PVC卷材,由多层超透薄膜贴合而成,按照重量份数,每层原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,锌粉8份、环氧大豆油7份、增塑剂23.5份、镉钡锌复合稳定剂4份,加工助剂43份。
增塑剂包括石墨烯1.5份,硼酸锌8份、水玻璃4份、煤精5份、苯酐5份,苯酐和石墨烯的加入,使其延展性更好,硼酸锌、水玻璃和煤精使其高温流动性更好。
加工助剂包括:硬脂酸锌3份、硅藻土4份、高岭土6份、富勒烯4份、氧化铝12份、玻璃粉5份、椰子纤维粉5.5份和蒙脱石粉3.5份,富勒烯和椰子纤维粉增加PVC超透薄膜的韧性,硅藻土、高岭土和蒙脱石粉使其不易变形,不易收缩。
其配方和配比,实现多层超透薄膜的贴合。

1.一种超耐变形的PVC卷材,其特征在于,由多层超透薄膜贴合而成,按照重量份数,每层原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,锌粉5-10份、环氧大豆油5-10份、增塑剂10-30份、镉钡锌复合稳定剂2~5份,加工助剂20-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种超耐变形的PVC卷材,其特征在于,所述增塑剂包括石墨烯1-2份,硼酸锌5-10份、水玻璃2-5份、煤精3-7份、苯酐3-6份。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种超耐变形的PVC卷材,其特征在于,所述加工助剂包括:硬脂酸锌2-4份、硅藻土3-6份、高岭土4-8份、富勒烯3-6份、氧化铝10-15份、玻璃粉2-6份、椰子纤维粉4-8份和蒙脱石粉2-4份。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种超耐变形的PVC卷材,其特征在于,所述增塑剂包括石墨烯1.5份,硼酸锌8份、水玻璃4份、煤精5份、苯酐5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种超耐变形的PVC卷材,其特征在于,所述加工助剂包括:硬脂酸锌3份、硅藻土4份、高岭土6份、富勒烯4份、氧化铝12份、玻璃粉5份、椰子纤维粉5.5份和蒙脱石粉3.5份。
