本发明所述一种零收缩装饰膜,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,锌粉6‑12份、环氧大豆油2‑3份、纳米碳酸钙2‑6份、钛白粉5‑10份、色料2‑6份、增塑剂20‑40份、镉钡锌复合稳定剂2~4份,加工助剂20‑40份,其通过配方,尤其是加工助剂的加入,使装饰膜零收缩,延长装饰膜的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于PVC技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种零收缩装饰膜。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯英文简称PVC,随着PVC薄膜低毒、阻燃、耐寒、环保的优良性能,越来越得到广大的用途,广泛应用于证件、薄册、包装、箱包、服装、鞋类、汽车装璜等领域,发展到了日常生活领域中处处可见到PVC产品。由些可见,PVC薄膜的需求量越来越大。
PVC薄膜主要成份为聚氯乙烯,另有加入其他成分来增强其耐热性,韧性,延展性等。PVC薄膜是当今世界上深受喜爱、颇为流行并且也被广泛应用的一种合成材料。PVC薄膜的全球使用量在各种合成材料中高居第二。在可以生产三维表面膜的材料中,PVC薄膜是最适合的材料。
但是,PVC薄膜,尤其是装饰膜,在裁剪和使用时容易收缩,发生褶皱,影响美观,而且裁剪时,由于发生收缩,造成尺寸缩短。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种零收缩装饰膜,实现装饰膜的零收缩,在裁剪和使用时均为零收缩。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种零收缩装饰膜,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,锌粉6-12份、环氧大豆油2-3份、纳米碳酸钙2-6份、钛白粉5-10份、色料2-6份、增塑剂20-40份、镉钡锌复合稳定剂2~4份,加工助剂20-40份。
进一步,所述增塑剂为乙二醇10-30份,石墨烯2-4份,甲壳素2-6份和乙酸酐5-10份。
进一步,所述加工助剂为马来酸酐0.8-1.2份,金属锑2-4份,纳米二氧化锑1-2份,果酸2-5份,冰醋酸3-6份,稀土氧化物15-25份,氧化石墨烯2-4份。
进一步,所述氧化石墨烯的改性剂为丝肽,所述石墨烯与丝肽的质量比为1:1.5。
进一步,所述增塑剂为乙二醇20份,石墨烯3份,甲壳素4份和乙酸酐6份。
进一步,所述加工助剂为马来酸酐1份,金属锑3份,纳米二氧化锑1.5份,果酸4份,冰醋酸4份,稀土氧化物21份,氧化石墨烯3份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述一种零收缩装饰膜,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,锌粉6-12份、环氧大豆油2-3份、纳米碳酸钙2-6份、钛白粉5-10份、色料2-6份、增塑剂20-40份、镉钡锌复合稳定剂2~4份,加工助剂20-40份,其通过配方,尤其是加工助剂的加入,使装饰膜零收缩,延长装饰膜的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种零收缩装饰膜,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,锌粉8份、环氧大豆油2.5份、纳米碳酸钙4份、钛白粉7份、色料4份、增塑剂33份、镉钡锌复合稳定剂3份,加工助剂37.5份。
增塑剂为乙二醇20份,石墨烯3份,甲壳素4份和乙酸酐6份,加工助剂为马来酸酐1份,金属锑3份,纳米二氧化锑1.5份,果酸4份,冰醋酸4份,稀土氧化物21份,氧化石墨烯3份,氧化石墨烯的改性剂为丝肽,石墨烯与丝肽的质量比为1:1.5,氧化石墨烯的加入,降低其冷脆性,而且减小收缩,纳米二氧化锑提高最终薄膜产品的耐老化性能。

1.一种零收缩装饰膜,其特征在于,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,锌粉6-12份、环氧大豆油2-3份、纳米碳酸钙2-6份、钛白粉5-10份、色料2-6份、增塑剂20-40份、镉钡锌复合稳定剂2~4份,加工助剂20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种零收缩装饰膜,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为乙二醇10-30份,石墨烯2-4份,甲壳素2-6份和乙酸酐5-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种零收缩装饰膜,其特征在于,所述加工助剂为马来酸酐0.8-1.2份,金属锑2-4份,纳米二氧化锑1-2份,果酸2-5份,冰醋酸3-6份,稀土氧化物15-25份,氧化石墨烯2-4份。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种零收缩装饰膜,其特征在于,所述氧化石墨烯的改性剂为丝肽,所述石墨烯与丝肽的质量比为1:1.5。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种零收缩装饰膜,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为乙二醇20份,石墨烯3份,甲壳素4份和乙酸酐6份。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种零收缩装饰膜,其特征在于,所述加工助剂为马来酸酐1份,金属锑3份,纳米二氧化锑1.5份,果酸4份,冰醋酸4份,稀土氧化物21份,氧化石墨烯3份。
