本发明所述一种零收缩超宽超透薄膜,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,钛白粉10‑15份、增塑剂10‑30份、钛酸酯1‑2份、钛酸钙3~5份,加工助剂6‑18份,所述加工助剂包括木质素纤维0.2‑0.4份,云母粉2‑4份,氧化镧0.3‑0.6份,其在使用和裁剪中均零收缩,产品质量好,而且产品延展性和韧性好,可达到3.2米宽,稳定好,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明属于PVC技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种零收缩超宽超透薄膜。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯英文简称PVC,随着PVC薄膜低毒、阻燃、耐寒、环保的优良性能,越来越得到广大的用途,广泛应用于证件、薄册、包装、箱包、服装、鞋类、汽车装璜等领域,发展到了日常生活领域中处处可见到PVC产品。由些可见,PVC薄膜的需求量越来越大。
当铺设大型桌面或者家具时,就需要超透薄膜,超透薄膜需要较大的韧性和延展性。
但是,PVC薄膜,尤其是超透薄膜,在裁剪和使用时容易收缩,发生褶皱,影响美观,而且裁剪时,由于发生收缩,造成尺寸缩短。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种零收缩超宽超透薄膜,通过该配方,实现超宽超透薄膜在使用和裁剪时零收缩,使长度计量更准确,超宽超透薄膜裁剪位置更整齐。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种零收缩超宽超透薄膜,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,钛白粉10-15份、增塑剂10-30份、钛酸酯1-2份、钛酸钙3~5份,加工助剂6-18份,所述加工助剂包括木质素纤维0.2-0.4份,云母粉2-4份,氧化镧0.3-0.6份。
进一步,所述增塑剂包括石墨烯1-2份,硼酸锌5-10份、水玻璃2-5份、煤精3-7份、苯酐3-6份。
进一步,所述加工助剂包括改性氧化石墨烯溶液1-3份、纳米火山泥0.1-0.2份、羟基氟硅油2-4份、钼酸铵1-3份、云母粉0.1-0.3份和藻酸盐0.3-0.8份。
进一步,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,钛白粉15份、增塑剂22.7份、钛酸酯1.8份、钛酸钙3.5份,加工助剂12.34份。
进一步,所述增塑剂包括石墨烯1.2份,硼酸锌6份、水玻璃4.5份、煤精6份、苯酐5份。
进一步,所述加工助剂包括木质素纤维0.25份,云母粉2.5份,氧化镧0.4份,改性氧化石墨烯溶液2.5份、纳米火山泥0.13份、羟基氟硅油3.5份、钼酸铵2.3份、云母粉0.16份和藻酸盐0.6份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述一种零收缩超宽超透薄膜,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,钛白粉10-15份、增塑剂10-30份、钛酸酯1-2份、钛酸钙3~5份,加工助剂6-18份,所述加工助剂包括木质素纤维0.2-0.4份,云母粉2-4份,氧化镧0.3-0.6份,其在使用和裁剪中均零收缩,产品质量好,而且产品延展性和韧性好,可达到3.2米宽,稳定好,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种零收缩超宽超透薄膜,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,钛白粉15份、增塑剂22.7份、钛酸酯1.8份、钛酸钙3.5份,加工助剂12.34份。
增塑剂包括石墨烯1.2份,硼酸锌6份、水玻璃4.5份、煤精6份、苯酐5份,石墨烯的加入,使其延展性更好。
加工助剂包括木质素纤维0.25份,云母粉2.5份,氧化镧0.4份,改性氧化石墨烯溶液2.5份、纳米火山泥0.13份、羟基氟硅油3.5份、钼酸铵2.3份、云母粉0.16份和藻酸盐0.6份,改性氧化石墨烯的加入,降低其冷脆性,而且减小收缩,云母粉使薄膜分子更小,结合更紧密,增强其延展性。

1.一种零收缩超宽超透薄膜,其特征在于,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,钛白粉10-15份、增塑剂10-30份、钛酸酯1-2份、钛酸钙3~5份,加工助剂6-18份,所述加工助剂包括木质素纤维0.2-0.4份,云母粉2-4份,氧化镧0.3-0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种零收缩超宽超透薄膜,其特征在于,所述增塑剂包括石墨烯1-2份,硼酸锌5-10份、水玻璃2-5份、煤精3-7份、苯酐3-6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种零收缩超宽超透薄膜,其特征在于,所述加工助剂包括改性氧化石墨烯溶液1-3份、纳米火山泥0.1-0.2份、羟基氟硅油2-4份、钼酸铵1-3份、云母粉0.1-0.3份和藻酸盐0.3-0.8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种零收缩超宽超透薄膜,其特征在于,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,钛白粉15份、增塑剂22.7份、钛酸酯1.8份、钛酸钙3.5份,加工助剂12.34份。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种零收缩超宽超透薄膜,其特征在于,所述增塑剂包括石墨烯1.2份,硼酸锌6份、水玻璃4.5份、煤精6份、苯酐5份。
6.根据权利要求4所述一种零收缩超宽超透薄膜,其特征在于,所述加工助剂包括木质素纤维0.25份,云母粉2.5份,氧化镧0.4份,改性氧化石墨烯溶液2.5份、纳米火山泥0.13份、羟基氟硅油3.5份、钼酸铵2.3份、云母粉0.16份和藻酸盐0.6份。
