Abstract
本发明公开了一种阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:将原料进行组分配比;再经雾化喷射混合装置进行高速混合;将组合物经高温塑化装置进行塑化,再经螺杆挤出机熔融挤出;压延处理,PVC塑料薄膜压延后经由引离辊引出;压花处理,引离辊引出的薄膜经压花处理,上辊采用压花辊,下辊为橡胶辊,压花后的薄膜再经温炼轮组进入下道工序;冷却处理,采用五辊冷却;卷取包装,将冷却后的薄膜卷取打包,得到所需要的阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜。本发明中通过雾化喷射混合、五辊压延处理、五辊冷却处理等步骤,生产出的阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜,增加了阻燃性,耐磨,改善了平整度,原料采用环保物质,淘汰传统膜中的有害重金属物质,应用广泛。

技术领域
本发明属于地砖膜领域,具体涉及一种阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜的生产工艺。
背景技术
常用的墙纸膜阻燃性不好,阻燃系数较低,使用过程中防滑性不好,装饰性能差,对于公共安全要求较高的公共场所如机场、医院、幼儿园等地,存在使用限制等技术问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜的生产工艺。
技术方案:一种阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:原料配方按质量组成包括:96-115份PVC粉、24-36份增塑剂、18-29份稳定剂、6-9份抗氧化剂、3-6份ACR促进剂、5-8份阻燃剂、15-25份钛白粉;
步骤二:将上述粉体原料组份按配比分别经过计量装置计量,再经雾化喷射混合装置进行高速混合;
步骤三:将步骤二中得到的组合物经高温塑化装置进行塑化,塑化温度控制在210-240℃,塑化时间控制在25-35min,再经螺杆挤出机熔融挤出;
步骤四:压延处理,PVC塑料薄膜压延后经由引离辊引出;
步骤五:压花处理,引离辊引出的薄膜经压花处理,其中上辊采用压花辊,下辊为橡胶辊,压花后的薄膜再经温炼轮组进入下道工序;
步骤六;冷却处理,采用五辊冷却,五辊从前到后温度依次为210~220℃、200~210℃、190~200℃、180~190℃、170~180℃;
步骤七:卷取包装,将冷却后的薄膜卷取打包,得到所需要的阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜。
作为优化:所述压延处理采用倒L型五辊压延,包括位于下方竖直方向紧密分布的三个压延辊和位于上方前后方向分布的的两个压延辊,
作为优化:所述位于下方的三个压延辊处在前后分布的两个压延辊中处于前方的压延辊的正下方。
作为优化:所述压花处理中压花纹路为专用印刷的消光纹路。
作为优化:所述压花纹路的厚度为0.16-0.50mm。
作为优化:所述压花处理中压花辊内通有循环水,循环水的温度为40~60℃。
有益效果:本发明中通过雾化喷射混合、五辊压延处理、五辊冷却处理等步骤,生产出的阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜,增加了阻燃性,耐磨,改善了平整度,原料采用环保物质,淘汰传统膜中的有害重金属物质,应用广泛。具体优势如下:
(1)采用雾化喷射混合,将原料均匀进行分布,原料采用粉体材料,挥发性小,环保;
(2)采取五辊压延,通过对压延辊位置的设置,可以通过增加薄膜压延在压延辊上的长度来增加压延薄膜在压延辊上的停留时间;
(3)采用五辊冷却,五辊之间出现一定的温度差,使压花后的PVC薄膜温度降低,从而使薄膜表面出现轻微收缩,表面结构更加紧密和光滑,从而提高了其表面张力;
(4)在压花过程中花纹效果明显,而且通入循环水进行压花,使薄膜与压花辊之间的温度差不至于太大。

具体实施例1
一种阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:原料配方按质量组成包括:96份PVC粉、24份增塑剂、18份稳定剂、6份抗氧化剂、3份ACR促进剂、5份阻燃剂、15份钛白粉;
步骤二:将上述粉体原料组份按配比分别经过计量装置计量,再经雾化喷射混合装置进行高速混合;
步骤三:将步骤二中得到的组合物经高温塑化装置进行塑化,塑化温度控制在210℃,塑化时间控制在25min,再经螺杆挤出机熔融挤出;
步骤四:压延处理,PVC塑料薄膜压延后经由引离辊引出;
步骤五:压花处理,引离辊引出的薄膜经压花处理,其中上辊采用压花辊,下辊为橡胶辊,压花后的薄膜再经温炼轮组进入下道工序;
步骤六;冷却处理,采用五辊冷却,五辊从前到后温度依次为210℃、200℃、190℃、180℃、170℃;
步骤七:卷取包装,将冷却后的薄膜卷取打包,得到所需要的阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜。

一种阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:原料配方按质量组成包括:115份PVC粉、36份增塑剂、18-29份稳定剂、9份抗氧化剂、6份ACR促进剂、8份阻燃剂、25份钛白粉;
步骤二:将上述粉体原料组份按配比分别经过计量装置计量,再经雾化喷射混合装置进行高速混合;
步骤三:将步骤二中得到的组合物经高温塑化装置进行塑化,塑化温度控制在240℃,塑化时间控制在35min,再经螺杆挤出机熔融挤出;
步骤四:压延处理,PVC塑料薄膜压延后经由引离辊引出;
步骤五:压花处理,引离辊引出的薄膜经压花处理,其中上辊采用压花辊,下辊为橡胶辊,压花后的薄膜再经温炼轮组进入下道工序;
步骤六;冷却处理,采用五辊冷却,五辊从前到后温度依次为220℃、210℃、200℃、190℃、180℃;
步骤七:卷取包装,将冷却后的薄膜卷取打包,得到所需要的阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜。
所述压延处理采用倒L型五辊压延,包括位于下方竖直方向紧密分布的三个压延辊和位于上方前后方向分布的的两个压延辊,

一种阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:原料配方按质量组成包括:109份PVC粉、27份增塑剂、22份稳定剂、8份抗氧化剂、4份ACR促进剂、7份阻燃剂、19份钛白粉;
步骤二:将上述粉体原料组份按配比分别经过计量装置计量,再经雾化喷射混合装置进行高速混合;
步骤三:将步骤二中得到的组合物经高温塑化装置进行塑化,塑化温度控制在230℃,塑化时间控制在31min,再经螺杆挤出机熔融挤出;
步骤四:压延处理,PVC塑料薄膜压延后经由引离辊引出;
步骤五:压花处理,引离辊引出的薄膜经压花处理,其中上辊采用压花辊,下辊为橡胶辊,压花后的薄膜再经温炼轮组进入下道工序;
步骤六;冷却处理,采用五辊冷却,五辊从前到后温度依次为215℃、205℃、195℃、185℃、175℃;
步骤七:卷取包装,将冷却后的薄膜卷取打包,得到所需要的阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜。
所述压延处理采用倒L型五辊压延,包括位于下方竖直方向紧密分布的三个压延辊和位于上方前后方向分布的的两个压延辊,
所述位于下方的三个压延辊处在前后分布的两个压延辊中处于前方的压延辊的正下方。
所述压花处理中压花纹路为专用印刷的消光纹路。

1.一种阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一:原料配方按质量组成包括:96-115份PVC粉、24-36份增塑剂、18-29份稳定剂、6-9份抗氧化剂、3-6份ACR促进剂、5-8份阻燃剂、15-25份钛白粉;
步骤二:将上述粉体原料组份按配比分别经过计量装置计量,再经雾化喷射混合装置进行高速混合;
步骤三:将步骤二中得到的组合物经高温塑化装置进行塑化,塑化温度控制在210-240℃,塑化时间控制在25-35min,再经螺杆挤出机熔融挤出;
步骤四:压延处理,PVC塑料薄膜压延后经由引离辊引出;
步骤五:压花处理,引离辊引出的薄膜经压花处理,其中上辊采用压花辊,下辊为橡胶辊,压花后的薄膜再经温炼轮组进入下道工序;
步骤六;冷却处理,采用五辊冷却,五辊从前到后温度依次为210~220℃、200~210℃、190~200℃、180~190℃、170~180℃;
步骤七:卷取包装,将冷却后的薄膜卷取打包,得到所需要的阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述压延处理采用倒L型五辊压延,包括位于下方竖直方向紧密分布的三个压延辊和位于上方前后方向分布的两个压延辊。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述位于下方的三个压延辊处在前后分布的两个压延辊中处于前方的压延辊的正下方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述压花处理中压花纹路为专用印刷的消光纹路。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述压花纹路的厚度为0.16-0.50mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃性PVC塑料墙纸膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述压花处理中压花辊内通有循环水,循环水的温度为40~60℃。
