本发明涉及一种耐磨PET膜材,其由以下重量份数的各原料充分混合后熔融挤出而成:PET 150‑195份、PC 21‑25份、纳米二硫化钼8‑23份、润滑剂20‑35份、纳米二氧化钛10‑20份、三(2,4‑二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯5‑8份、乙二醇7‑9份、乙二胺5‑8份、聚乙烯醇4‑7份、氧化石墨烯0.5‑1.3份、纳米碳化硅0.8‑1.6份。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明得到的PET膜材各组分配比合理,尤其是含PC及纳米碳化硅组分,可极好的增强膜材的耐磨性能;另外该膜材中含有的纳米二硫化钼、氧化石墨烯及纳米二氧化钛等组分使膜材具有极好的增亮能力,使其在光学膜方面具有更好的应用。

一种耐磨PET膜材
技术领域
本发明属于新材料领域,具体涉及一种耐磨PET膜材。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,人们不光关注各种生活中使用的产品的性能,同时日益追求其美观,并希望其购买的产品具有良好的外观。由于塑料制品具有原料来源丰富,价格便宜,无毒、易于成型加工,较高的刚性和韧性,机械强度好,所以现在人们生活中充斥着各式各样的塑料制品,而色母粒着色是现今最普遍采用的塑料着色法。色母粒是20世纪60年代开发的一种塑料、纤维的着色新产品,它是把颜料超常量均匀的载附于树脂中而制得的聚合物的复合物。随着技术的进步,塑料加工过程中,通过添加色母粒,从而起到美化、装饰、便于识别、提高耐候性、提高力学性能、改进光学性能等作用。采用色母粒着色时,颜料经过预处理并均匀分散于载体树脂中,大大提高了颜料的分散性能和着色效率,具有操作简单、成本低廉、对环境无污染等优点。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),由对苯二甲酸二甲酯与乙二醇酯交换或以对苯二甲酸与乙二醇酯化先合成对苯二甲酸双羟乙酯,然后再进行缩聚反应制得。属结晶型饱和聚酯,为乳白色或浅黄色、高度结晶的聚合物,表面平滑有光泽。在较宽的温度范围内具有优良的物理机械性能,长期使用温度可达120℃,电绝缘性优良,甚至在高温高频下,其电性能仍较好,但耐电晕性较差,抗蠕变性,耐疲劳性,耐摩擦性、尺寸稳定性都很好。现有的PET膜材通常用于制作高透光的薄膜且覆盖于设备表面,这就要求其具有极高的耐磨及增亮能力,目前的PET膜材在这些方面还有欠缺,需要进一步加强。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐磨且增亮能力好的PET膜材料以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种耐磨PET膜材,其由以下重量份数的各原料充分混合后熔融挤出而成:PET 150-195份、PC 21-25份、纳米二硫化钼8-23份、润滑剂20-35份、纳米二氧化钛10-20份、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯5-8份、乙二醇7-9份、乙二胺5-8份、聚乙烯醇4-7份、氧化石墨烯0.5-1.3份、纳米碳化硅0.8-1.6份。
最佳的,上述的耐磨PET膜材由以下重量份数的各原料充分混合后熔融挤出而成:PET 182份、PC 23份、纳米二硫化钼15份、润滑剂33份、纳米二氧化钛11份、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯7、乙二醇9份、乙二胺8份、聚乙烯醇5份、氧化石墨烯1.3份、纳米碳化硅1.2份。
最佳的,所述润滑剂为聚四氟乙烯蜡和羟基硅油的等质量混合。
最佳的,所述纳米二氧化钛的粒径为20-60nm。
最佳的,所述纳米碳化硅的粒径为15-30nm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明得到的PET膜材各组分配比合理,尤其是含PC及纳米碳化硅组分,可极好的增强膜材的耐磨性能;另外该膜材中含有的纳米二硫化钼、氧化石墨烯及纳米二氧化钛等组分使膜材具有极好的增亮能力,使其在光学膜方面具有更好的应用。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案作进一步的详细描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种耐磨PET膜材由以下重量份数的各原料充分混合后熔融挤出而成:PET 182份、PC 23份、纳米二硫化钼15份、润滑剂33份、纳米二氧化钛11份、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯7、乙二醇9份、乙二胺8份、聚乙烯醇5份、氧化石墨烯1.3份、纳米碳化硅1.2份。
实施例2
一种耐磨PET膜材由以下重量份数的各原料充分混合后熔融挤出而成:PET 150份、PC 21份、纳米二硫化钼8份、润滑剂22份、纳米二氧化钛10份、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯5、乙二醇7份、乙二胺5份、聚乙烯醇4份、氧化石墨烯0.5份、纳米碳化硅0.8份。

一种耐磨PET膜材由以下重量份数的各原料充分混合后熔融挤出而成:PET 195份、PC 25份、纳米二硫化钼23份、润滑剂35份、纳米二氧化钛11份、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯7、乙二醇9份、乙二胺8份、聚乙烯醇5份、氧化石墨烯1.3份、纳米碳化硅1.2份。
实施例4
一种耐磨PET膜材由以下重量份数的各原料充分混合后熔融挤出而成:PET 165份、PC 25份、纳米二硫化钼23份、润滑剂34份、纳米二氧化钛20份、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯8、乙二醇8份、乙二胺4份、聚乙烯醇4份、氧化石墨烯1份、纳米碳化硅1份。
实施例5
一种耐磨PET膜材由以下重量份数的各原料充分混合后熔融挤出而成:PET 172份、PC 18份、纳米二硫化钼13份、润滑剂28份、纳米二氧化钛14份、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯8、乙二醇8份、乙二胺8份、聚乙烯醇4份、氧化石墨烯1.3份、纳米碳化硅1.6份。
对比例1
一种耐磨PET膜材由以下重量份数的各原料充分混合后熔融挤出而成:PET 182份、纳米二硫化钼15份、润滑剂33份、纳米二氧化钛11份、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯7、乙二醇9份、乙二胺8份、聚乙烯醇5份、氧化石墨烯1.3份、纳米碳化硅1.2份。
对比例2

一种耐磨PET膜材由以下重量份数的各原料充分混合后熔融挤出而成:PET 182份、PC 23份、润滑剂33份、纳米二氧化钛11份、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯7、乙二醇9份、乙二胺8份、聚乙烯醇5份、氧化石墨烯1.3份。
以实施例1至5及对比例1至4得到的耐磨PET膜材为样品,分别测试了各样品的耐磨性能及增亮特性,发现实施例1至5得到的膜材在耐磨及增亮性能方面均明显优于对比例1至4的膜材,其中对比例1和2与实施例1相比,耐磨性能方面下降非常明显,增亮特性稍有下降,对比例3和4与实施例1相比,两方面的性能均下降的非常明显。

1.一种耐磨PET膜材,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的各原料充分混合后熔融挤出而成:PET 150-195份、PC 21-25份、纳米二硫化钼8-23份、润滑剂20-35份、纳米二氧化钛10-20份、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯5-8份、乙二醇7-9份、乙二胺5-8份、聚乙烯醇4-7份、氧化石墨烯0.5-1.3份、纳米碳化硅0.8-1.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨PET膜材,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的各原料充分混合后熔融挤出而成:PET 182份、PC 23份、纳米二硫化钼15份、润滑剂33份、纳米二氧化钛11份、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯7、乙二醇9份、乙二胺8份、聚乙烯醇5份、氧化石墨烯1.3份、纳米碳化硅1.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨PET膜材,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为聚四氟乙烯蜡和羟基硅油的等质量混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨PET膜材,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化钛的粒径为20-60nm。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的一种耐磨PET膜材,其特征在于,所述纳米碳化硅的粒径为15-30nm。
