Abstract
本发明公开了一种装饰用PVC膜,由以下重量份原料组成:PVC440树脂粉、纳米碳化钛、壳聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、钛酸四丁酯、硬脂酸乙酯、正十八醇、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯、饱和脂肪醇多元羧酸酯、偏锑酸钠、铬酸锌、增塑剂、稳定剂、抗氧化剂。本发明通过配方的合理组合,所得的PVC薄膜具有抗老化、韧性高,热稳定性、阻燃性好的优点。同时,还具有耐酸碱腐蚀的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰用PVC膜,属于PVC材料领域。
背景技术
一般PVC薄膜是由PVC树脂、稳定剂、润滑剂、改性剂等成分组成的,物料混合均匀后定量加入螺槽,有螺杆动力向前输送,机筒的加热作用和螺杆的剪切作用使物料塑化熔融,从螺槽到口模型腔截面积逐渐减小,因而在螺杆动力作用下形成一定的背压,使PVC材料成型。
目前,市场上的普通装饰用PVC膜,表面毛糙、没有光洁度且单层PVC薄膜大多不抗老化、易受光氧化和韧性低,热稳定性差、阻燃性差,不耐酸碱腐蚀等问题的彰显。如果应用到其它装饰材料,如壁纸中,会使得产品的各方面性能大大降低。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种热稳定性能强、抗氧化剂强、阻燃性好、抗老化的装饰用PVC膜。
本发明的方案如下:一种装饰用PVC膜,由以下重量份原料组成:PVC440树脂粉150-200份、纳米碳化钛5-12份、壳聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸2-8份、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.2-0.7份、钛酸四丁酯0.6-2份、硬脂酸乙酯0.5-3份、正十八醇1-2份、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯0.4-1.1份、饱和脂肪醇多元羧酸酯0.1-0.5份、偏锑酸钠1-3份、铬酸锌1-3份、增塑剂0.2-0.5份、稳定剂0.3-1份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.8份。
一种装饰用PVC膜,由以下重量份原料组成:PVC440树脂粉180份、纳米碳化钛8份、壳聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸6份、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.5份、钛酸四丁酯1份、硬脂酸乙酯2份、正十八醇1.5份、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯0.6份、饱和脂肪醇多元羧酸酯0.2份、偏锑酸钠2份、铬酸锌1.5份、增塑剂0.3份、稳定剂0.6份、抗氧化剂0.5份。

进一步,所述的增塑剂为磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯、酞酸双(2-乙基己基)酯、二苯甲酸二聚丙二醇酯、己二酸二异壬酯中的任意一种或多种。
进一步,所述的稳定剂为双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、2-丙烯酸环己基酯、2-乙氧基乙基丙烯酸脂、3-丙烯酰氧-2-甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯中的一种或多种。
进一步,所述的抗氧化剂为N,N'-六次甲基双—3(3,5二叔丁基-4羟基苯基)丙酰胺、4,4'-二叔辛基二苯胺、二亚磷酸双十八酯季戊四醇酯、二亚磷酸双十八酯、季戊四醇酯中的一种或多种。
一种装饰用PVC膜的生产方法,步骤如下:
(1)将各原料放置到高速混合机中进行混合,高速混合机每工作40-60min就停止,然后静置10-20min,重复3-4次;
(2)将混合充分的原料直接送入到挤塑机,挤压得到PVC膜;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的PVC膜过纯水池进行冷却,即可得装饰用PVC膜。
本发明各个工艺参数之间存在相互作用的关系,确保制造而成的PVC膜的塑化非常均匀,增加了PVC膜产品的柔韧性能,使得PVC膜产品变得牢固,延长了PVC膜产品的使用寿命。通过这些配方的合理组合,所得的PVC薄膜具有抗老化、韧性高,热稳定性、阻燃性好的优点。同时,还具有耐酸碱腐蚀的特点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种装饰用PVC膜,由以下重量份原料组成:PVC440树脂粉180份、纳米碳化钛8份、壳聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸6份、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.5份、钛酸四丁酯1份、硬脂酸乙酯2份、正十八醇1.5份、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯0.6份、饱和脂肪醇多元羧酸酯0.2份、偏锑酸钠2份、铬酸锌1.5份、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯0.3份、双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯0.6份、N,N'-六次甲基双—3(3,5二叔丁基-4羟基苯基)丙酰胺0.5份。
生产方法,步骤如下:
(1)将各原料放置到高速混合机中进行混合,高速混合机每工作52min就停止,然后静置16min,重复4次;
(2)将混合充分的原料直接送入到挤塑机,挤压得到PVC膜;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的PVC膜过纯水池进行冷却,即可得装饰用PVC膜。
实施例2
一种装饰用PVC膜,由以下重量份原料组成:PVC440树脂粉170份、纳米碳化钛10份、壳聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸5份、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.3份、钛酸四丁酯1.2份、硬脂酸乙酯1.6份、正十八醇1.8份、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯0.7份、饱和脂肪醇多元羧酸酯0.2份、偏锑酸钠1.6份、铬酸锌2.5份、酞酸双(2-乙基己基)酯0.4份、2-乙氧基乙基丙烯酸脂0.6份、4,4'-二叔辛基二苯胺0.3份。
生产方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种装饰用PVC膜,由以下重量份原料组成:PVC440树脂粉200份、纳米碳化钛9份、壳聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸7份、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.3份、钛酸四丁酯1.8份、硬脂酸乙酯2.1份、正十八醇1份、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯0.5份、饱和脂肪醇多元羧酸酯0.1份、偏锑酸钠3份、铬酸锌2份、己二酸二异壬酯0.4份、3-丙烯酰氧-2-甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯0.8份、季戊四醇酯0.5份。
生产方法同实施例1。
将上述实施例1-3所得的PVC复合薄膜进行进行拉伸强度(Mpa)测试、自熄时间测试、紫外光照射2500h后伸长率保持率(%)测试与断裂伸长率(%)测试,拉伸强度测试按照GB/T528-1998标准测试,断裂伸长率测试按照国家标准GB3923-83测试,结果见下表。在下表中,还对从市场上购得的常规壁纸用PVC薄膜也进行了相应测试。

1.一种装饰用PVC膜,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:PVC440树脂粉150-200份、纳米碳化钛5-12份、壳聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸2-8份、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.2-0.7份、钛酸四丁酯0.6-2份、硬脂酸乙酯0.5-3份、正十八醇1-2份、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯0.4-1.1份、饱和脂肪醇多元羧酸酯0.1-0.5份、偏锑酸钠1-3份、铬酸锌1-3份、增塑剂0.2-0.5份、稳定剂0.3-1份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰用PVC膜,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:PVC440树脂粉180份、纳米碳化钛8份、壳聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸6份、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.5份、钛酸四丁酯1份、硬脂酸乙酯2份、正十八醇1.5份、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯0.6份、饱和脂肪醇多元羧酸酯0.2份、偏锑酸钠2份、铬酸锌1.5份、增塑剂0.3份、稳定剂0.6份、抗氧化剂0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰用PVC膜,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:PVC440树脂粉170份、纳米碳化钛10份、壳聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸5份、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.3份、钛酸四丁酯1.2份、硬脂酸乙酯1.6份、正十八醇1.8份、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯0.7份、饱和脂肪醇多元羧酸酯0.2份、偏锑酸钠1.6份、铬酸锌2.5份、增塑剂0.4份、稳定剂0.6份、抗氧化剂0.3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰用PVC膜,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:PVC440树脂粉200份、纳米碳化钛9份、壳聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸7份、聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.3份、钛酸四丁酯1.8份、硬脂酸乙酯2.1份、正十八醇1份、二(三乙醇胺)钛酸二异丙酯0.5份、饱和脂肪醇多元羧酸酯0.1份、偏锑酸钠3份、铬酸锌2份、增塑剂0.4份、稳定剂0.8份、填充剂0.6份、抗氧化剂0.5份。
5.根据权利要求1述的一种装饰用PVC膜,其特征在于,所述的增塑剂为磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯、酞酸双(2-乙基己基)酯、二苯甲酸二聚丙二醇酯、己二酸二异壬酯中的任意一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1述的一种装饰用PVC膜,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂为双(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)癸二酸酯、二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸镍、2-丙烯酸环己基酯、2-乙氧基乙基丙烯酸脂、3-丙烯酰氧-2-甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1述的一种装饰用PVC膜,其特征在于,所述的抗氧化剂为N,N'-六次甲基双—3(3,5二叔丁基-4羟基苯基)丙酰胺、4,4'-二叔辛基二苯胺、二亚磷酸双十八酯季戊四醇酯、二亚磷酸双十八酯、季戊四醇酯中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一权利要求所述的一种装饰用PVC膜的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
(1)将各原料放置到高速混合机中进行混合,高速混合机每工作40-60min就停止,然后静置10-20min,重复3-4次;
(2)将混合充分的原料直接送入到挤塑机,挤压得到PVC膜;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的PVC膜过纯水池进行冷却,即可得装饰用PVC膜。
