技术领域
本发明涉及药品包装技术领域,具体涉及一种用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着医药以及药品包装行业的迅速发展,特别是中成药、颗粒冲剂、粉剂等药品市场不断扩大,软包装袋凭借其优良的阻隔性在药品包装领域占有越来越大的比例。由于一些PTP泡罩包装的高阻隔性要求,使得某些药品在使用泡罩包装后还需要在包装外面加上一层复合膜软包装袋,以此来增强对药品的保护功能,防止水汽、光照等外在因素对包装内药品的药效破坏。为了防止包装袋受到药品中化学性能的作用,比如酸、碱以及腐蚀作用,还要增强包装袋对外界条件的阻隔功效,所以复合包装膜袋不能仅采用单层的塑料薄膜包装,要用多层不同性能的塑料播磨复合成高性能的复合膜包装袋。
目前,热封合适应用在复合包装材料中最普遍、最实用的一种制袋方式。它是利用外界各种条件(比如加热、高频电压以及超声波等)使塑料薄膜封口部位受热变成粘连状态,并借助一定压力,使两层膜熔合为一体,冷却后保持强度。热封合方式有很多,比如熔断封合、超声波封合、热空气封合、棒式封合等。根据医药包装的特点及要求,医药软包装袋大多都是采用棒式热封合,它也是整个包装行业中最常见的一种封合方式。这种热封方式主要是通过对加热棒温度、热封时间、加热棒与硅胶板之间压力三者进行协调,最终达到满意的封合效果。一般情况下,好的封合效果取决于它是否具有良好的热封强度以及完好无损的外观。
作为颗粒冲剂用的膜袋除了以上的问题需要注意,还需要在使用时的体验上进一步地完善,比如在如何方便人们轻松地打开膜袋,或在倾倒颗粒时如何防止撒漏,为了解决这些问题还需要在膜袋的构造上多做文章。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋及其制备方法。本发明方法所制备的膜袋具有耐热性好、机械强度高的优点。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋,包括膜袋本体,所述膜袋本体上顶端设置有热封口,所述热封口端的一边袋角设置有易撕线,所述易撕线内侧设置有自封口,自封口在闭合时能起到密封的作用,也可随时打开,方便药品的存放;所述膜袋本体还包括包装内层,所述包装内层外表面复合有阻隔层,所述阻隔层外表面复合有印刷层。
进一步地,所述包装内层是由氯化聚乙烯和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜按照质量比为(8-12):(5-7)的比例熔融共混而成。
进一步地,所述阻隔层是由聚酰胺、聚乙烯和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜按照质量比为(4-6):(3-7):(2-5)的比例熔融共混而成。
进一步地,所述印刷层是由双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯按照质量比为(11-13):(7-10)的比例熔融共混而成。
本发明还提供一种制备所述用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将所述包装内层的外表面在压辊的作用下涂覆粘合剂,放入烘干室中内烘干3-5min,烘干温度为65-85℃,再于压辊的作用下将所述阻隔层复合于涂覆有粘合剂的包装内层表面,放入熟化室内熟化24-28h;
步骤2、将所述阻隔层的另一面在压辊的作用下涂覆粘合剂,放入烘干室中烘干20-35min,再于压辊的作用下将所述印刷层复合于涂覆有粘合剂的阻隔层表面,放入熟化室内熟化1-3h,得到复合膜;
步骤3、将步骤2得到的复合膜分切、制袋以及印刷,得到膜袋;
步骤4、使用热封机对步骤3得到的膜袋进行热压封口处理,得到用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋。
其中,步骤1和步骤2的熟化温度为80-120℃。
进一步地,所述步骤1和步骤2的粘合剂是由以下组分按照重量比组成:聚醚型聚氨酯85份、水性丙烯酸乳液64份、N-苯基-β-萘胺18份、石墨烯12份以及丙二醇3份。
进一步地,所述步骤4热压封口的温度为120-135℃,热压压力为2-3Mpa,热压时间为0.8-1.5s。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)、本发明中采用氯化聚乙烯和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜按照质量比为(8-12):(5-7)的比例熔融共混制成包装内层,氯化聚乙烯具有良好的耐油性和韧性,耐化学药品和耐老化性能也很优异,适合与未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜复合使用,以未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜复合为基膜,可显著提高包装内层的延展性以及耐化学腐蚀性;本发明采用聚酰胺、聚乙烯和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜按照质量比为(4-6):(3-7):(2-5)的比例熔融共混制成阻隔膜,聚酰胺具有优良的绝热性能,耐摩擦性能好,具有优秀的力学性能,与同样具有优良耐热性能的聚乙烯复合使用能起到很好的阻隔效果,并且聚乙烯无毒、无臭,在高温下也不会产生有毒有害的物质,保证了包装中冲剂药品的食用安全;采用双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯按照质量比为(11-13):(7-10)的比例熔融共混制成印刷层,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯抗蠕变性,耐疲劳性,耐摩擦性、尺寸稳定性都很好,并在较宽的温度范围内都能保持其优良的物理机械性能,双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜物理稳定性、机械强度、气密性较好,透明度和光泽度较高,坚韧耐磨,因此被广泛地应用于制作印刷薄膜,但其缺点是热封性差,而聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯恰能弥补这一缺点,因此它们的复合使用能起到扬长避短的效果。
(2)、本发明采用热压封口的温度为120-135℃,这是由于高聚物没有固定的熔点,是一个熔融温度范围,即在固相和液相之间有一个温度区域,当加热到改温度区域时,薄膜进入熔融状态,高聚物的粘流温度与分解温度分别是热封温度的上限和下限,粘流温度和分解温度差值的大小是衡量热封难易的重要因素,随着热封温度的增大,热封强度也会增大,但到了一定的温度以后,强度不会增加。如果热封温度过高,极易损伤接连处的热封材料,降低了封口的热封强度和膜袋的耐冲击性能;采用0.8-1.5s的热压时间时因为在相同的热封温度下和压力下,热封时间长,则热封层熔合更充分,结合更牢固。但热封时间过长,容易造成热焊接缝处起皱变形,影响平整度和外观,因此在这一时间范围内能达到最好的热封效果;采用3-5Mpa热压压力是因为压力越大,所需要的热封时间和热封温度都可以降低,但同时热封范围将会变窄;本发明采用由聚醚型聚氨酯85份、水性丙烯酸乳液64份、N-苯基-β-萘胺18份、石墨烯12份以及丙二醇3份制成的粘合剂,该粘合剂流动性强,有利于在膜上的铺展,加上压辊的作用,可以使粘合剂更加均匀的涂覆于膜上,从而避免了由于粘合剂的涂覆不均而导致的夹缝中小气泡,影响粘连效果,并且该粘合剂具有很高的剥离强度,有效的增强膜与膜之间的结合度。
(3)、本发明在膜袋本体上角设置有易撕线,使消费者在在打开包装时更加方便省力,由于是开设在上角部位置,撕开后倒撒时不容易发生漏撒在外面的情况,并在易撕线内侧设置了自封口,可以方便在没有一次性倒完时可以密闭封存,防止药品洒落在外,并减少药品与外界空气的接触,从而延长药品的使用期限。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋,包括膜袋本体,所述膜袋本体上顶端设置有热封口,所述热封口端的一边袋角设置有易撕线,所述易撕线内侧设置有自封口,自封口在闭合时能起到密封的作用,也可随时打开,方便药品的存放;所述膜袋本体还包括包装内层,所述包装内层是由氯化聚乙烯和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜按照质量比为8:5的比例熔融共混而成,所述包装内层外表面复合有阻隔层,所述阻隔层是由聚酰胺、聚乙烯和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜按照质量比为4:3:2的比例熔融共混而成,所述阻隔层外表面复合有印刷层,所述印刷层是由双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯按照质量比为11:7的比例熔融共混而成。
本实施例还提供一种制备所述用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将所述包装内层的外表面在压辊的作用下涂覆粘合剂,粘合剂是由以下组分按照重量比组成:聚醚型聚氨酯85份、水性丙烯酸乳液64份、N-苯基-β-萘胺18份、石墨烯12份以及丙二醇3份,放入烘干室中内烘干3min,烘干温度为62℃,再于压辊的作用下将所述阻隔层复合于涂覆有粘合剂的包装内层表面,放入熟化室内熟化24h;
步骤2、将所述阻隔层的另一面在压辊的作用下涂覆粘合剂,放入烘干室中烘干20min,再于压辊的作用下将所述印刷层复合于涂覆有粘合剂的阻隔层表面,放入熟化室内熟化1h,得到复合膜,熟化温度为80℃;
步骤3、将步骤2得到的复合膜分切、制袋以及印刷,得到膜袋;
步骤4、使用热封机对步骤3得到的膜袋进行热压封口处理,热压封口的温度为120℃,热压压力为2Mpa,热压时间为1.5s,得到用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋。
实施例2
一种用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋,包括膜袋本体,所述膜袋本体上顶端设置有热封口,所述热封口端的一边袋角设置有易撕线,所述易撕线内侧设置有自封口,自封口在闭合时能起到密封的作用,也可随时打开,方便药品的存放;所述膜袋本体还包括包装内层,所述包装内层是由氯化聚乙烯和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜按照质量比为10:6的比例熔融共混而成,所述包装内层外表面复合有阻隔层,所述阻隔层是由聚酰胺、聚乙烯和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜按照质量比为5:6:3的比例熔融共混而成,所述阻隔层外表面复合有印刷层,所述印刷层是由双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯按照质量比为12:8的比例熔融共混而成。
本实施例还提供一种制备所述用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将所述包装内层的外表面在压辊的作用下涂覆粘合剂,粘合剂是由以下组分按照重量比组成:聚醚型聚氨酯85份、水性丙烯酸乳液64份、N-苯基-β-萘胺18份、石墨烯12份以及丙二醇3份,放入烘干室中内烘干4min,烘干温度为66℃,再于压辊的作用下将所述阻隔层复合于涂覆有粘合剂的包装内层表面,放入熟化室内熟化26h;
步骤2、将所述阻隔层的另一面在压辊的作用下涂覆粘合剂,放入烘干室中烘干27min,再于压辊的作用下将所述印刷层复合于涂覆有粘合剂的阻隔层表面,放入熟化室内熟化2h,得到复合膜,熟化温度为100℃;
步骤3、将步骤2得到的复合膜分切、制袋以及印刷,得到膜袋;
步骤4、使用热封机对步骤3得到的膜袋进行热压封口处理,热压封口的温度为128℃,热压压力为2.5Mpa,热压时间为0.8s,得到用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋。
实施例3
一种用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋,包括膜袋本体,所述膜袋本体上顶端设置有热封口,所述热封口端的一边袋角设置有易撕线,所述易撕线内侧设置有自封口,自封口在闭合时能起到密封的作用,也可随时打开,方便药品的存放;所述膜袋本体还包括包装内层,所述包装内层是由氯化聚乙烯和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜按照质量比为12:7的比例熔融共混而成,所述包装内层外表面复合有阻隔层,所述阻隔层是由聚酰胺、聚乙烯和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜按照质量比为6:7:5的比例熔融共混而成,所述阻隔层外表面复合有印刷层,所述印刷层是由双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯按照质量比为13:10的比例熔融共混而成。
本实施例还提供一种制备所述用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将所述包装内层的外表面在压辊的作用下涂覆粘合剂,粘合剂是由以下组分按照重量比组成:聚醚型聚氨酯85份、水性丙烯酸乳液64份、N-苯基-β-萘胺18份、石墨烯12份以及丙二醇3份,放入烘干室中内烘干5min,烘干温度为70℃,再于压辊的作用下将所述阻隔层复合于涂覆有粘合剂的包装内层表面,放入熟化室内熟化28h;
步骤2、将所述阻隔层的另一面在压辊的作用下涂覆粘合剂,放入烘干室中烘干35min,再于压辊的作用下将所述印刷层复合于涂覆有粘合剂的阻隔层表面,放入熟化室内熟化3h,得到复合膜,熟化温度为120℃;
步骤3、将步骤2得到的复合膜分切、制袋以及印刷,得到膜袋;
步骤4、使用热封机对步骤3得到的膜袋进行热压封口处理,热压封口的温度为135℃,热压压力为3Mpa,热压时间为2.5s,得到用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例2的制备方法相同,不同之处在于对比例1粘合剂为通常使用的胶水。
通过对实施例1-实施例3以及对比例1所制备的膜袋,分别进行剥离力和耐热性进行检测,检测方法如下:
剥离力:GB/T 8808-1988《软质复合塑料材料剥离试验方法》。
耐热性:将膜热封制成200mm×120mm的小袋,充入袋容积二分之一到三分之一的水后排气密封好,放入带反压装置的高压灭菌锅中,放置30min,高压灭菌锅的温度,水煮用的为100℃,高温水煮用的按最高使用温度处理。减压冷却至室温取出,检查小袋有无明显变形、层间剥离、热封部位的剥离等异常现象。如样品封口破裂时取样重做。
检测结果如下表1所示:

从上表1可以看出实施例2各项检测数值均最好,为最优实施例。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋,包括膜袋本体,其特征在于,所述膜袋本体上顶端设置有热封口,所述热封口端的一边袋角设置有易撕线,所述易撕线内侧设置有自封口;所述膜袋本体还包括包装内层,所述包装内层外表面复合有阻隔层,所述阻隔层外表面复合有印刷层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋,其特征在于,所述包装内层是由氯化聚乙烯和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜按照质量比为(8-12):(5-7)的比例熔融共混而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋,其特征在于,所述阻隔层是由聚酰胺、聚乙烯和未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜按照质量比为(4-6):(3-7):(2-5)的比例熔融共混而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋,其特征在于,所述印刷层是由双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯按照质量比为(11-13):(7-10)的比例熔融共混而成。
5.一种制备权利要求1所述用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、将所述包装内层的外表面在压辊的作用下涂覆粘合剂,放入烘干室中内烘干1-2min,烘干温度为65-85℃,再于压辊的作用下将所述阻隔层复合于涂覆有粘合剂的包装内层表面,放入熟化室内熟化24-28h;
步骤2、将所述阻隔层的另一面在压辊的作用下涂覆粘合剂,放入烘干室中烘干1-2minmin,再于压辊的作用下将所述印刷层复合于涂覆有粘合剂的阻隔层表面,放入熟化室内熟化1-3h,得到复合膜;
步骤3、将步骤2得到的复合膜分切、制袋以及印刷,得到膜袋;
步骤4、使用热封机对步骤3得到的膜袋进行热压封口处理,得到用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1和步骤2的粘合剂是由以下组分按照重量比组成:聚醚型聚氨酯85份、水性丙烯酸乳液64份、N-苯基-β-萘胺18份、石墨烯12份以及丙二醇3份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于冲剂药品的易撒膜袋的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4热压封口的温度为120-135℃,热压压力为2-3Mpa,热压时间为0.8-1.5s 。
