Abstract
一种高阻隔牛奶保鲜复合包装薄膜,由聚乙烯的黑白膜内层与高阻隔性的外表层结合而成,内层和外表层是用粘合剂复合的,这种结构不透光、耐蒸煮、对湿气、氧气阻隔性好特别适用于牛奶、酸奶等含有活性杆菌的乳品的包装,是一种理想的液体食品包装材料。
Description
本实用新型涉及复合包装薄膜,特别涉及高阻隔牛奶保鲜复合包装薄膜。
普通塑料包装膜透光,对湿气和氧气阻隔性能差,耐湿性能差,在食品包装行业中正在被初步淘汰,新一代应用于牛奶、酸奶等乳品的包装对包装膜材料提出了更高要求。中国专利CN2227020Y公开了一种“干式复合包装薄膜”采用了聚偏二氯乙烯薄膜做中间层,与内、外表层的树脂薄膜干式复合,虽然解决了强度高、耐蒸煮等问题,但对于牛奶、酸奶等乳品包装保鲜存在着受光照易氧化分解的缺点。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种保鲜复合包装薄膜,特别适用于牛奶、酸奶等乳品的保鲜包装,达到延长保质期的效果。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用一种高阻隔牛奶保鲜复合包装薄膜由中间层、内层、外表层构成:中间层为粘合剂,外表层为厚度12—40μm阻隔性材料,内层为厚度30—60μm的热封性黑白膜材料。
上述黑白膜由于不透光、耐蒸煮通过中间层粘合剂与外表层结合能阻挡湿气、氧气的浸入,且能进行高温灭菌,可有效地延长牛奶、酸奶等含有活性杆菌的乳品的保质期。

以下结合附图用具体的实施例对本实用新型做详细说明:
在附图中,1为外表层采用25μm厚的双轴定向聚丙烯薄膜BOPP,为了增加印刷性表面经过电晕处理;2为粘合剂复合层采用聚氨酯胶粘剂加异氰酸酯固化剂;3为内层聚乙烯黑白膜厚度为35μm。
内表层与外表层采用以下工艺结合:已反印刷了的BOPP膜→张力辊放卷能力控制→凹眼涂布辊涂布→60℃—90℃的烘道加热干燥→同已电晕处理了的底膜复合→收卷张力控制→收卷了的复合膜在熟化室中熟化即成产品。
本实施例的外表层还可以是PET聚酯膜、PA尼龙膜、PVDC聚偏二氯乙烯涂布膜,内层也可以是乳白膜均为本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1、一种高阻隔牛奶保鲜复合包装薄膜,由内层、中间层、外表层构成,其特征在于:内层和外表层是用中间层粘合剂复合的,外表层厚度为12--40μm高阻隔材料,内层厚度为30--60μm的热封性材料;
2、根据权利要求1所述的高阻隔牛奶保鲜复合包装薄膜,其特征在于:外表层材料可分别采用BOPP、PET、PA、PVDC涂布膜等可印刷、复合的阻隔性塑料薄膜;
3、根据权利要求1所述的高阻隔牛奶保鲜复合包装薄膜,其特征在于:内层是聚乙烯黑白膜或乳白膜。
