Abstract

本发明公开了一种橡胶V带骨架的改良及其应用材料。特征是橡胶V带骨架为片状结构,该片状骨架由聚酯、尼龙、钢带等材料制成。特点是该骨架片状结构增强了带体的横向钢度,提高了带体的传动功率;由于片状结构,避免了层间剪切力,提高了带体的使用寿命;该片状结构,使制带工艺简化,降低了制带生产成本。片状结构伸长率小,避免了V带在使用中机械设备间隙多次调节的麻烦。

Description

橡胶V带片状骨架及其应用的材料
本发明涉及橡胶V带制造技术领域,尤其涉及橡胶V带片状骨架及其应用的材料。
目前,国内外V带的骨架结构基本存在两种结构,一是线层结构;一种是绳结构,其绳结构的骨架存在着横向钢度不够,而出现传动功率损失。其线层结构则存在着层间剥离,造成带体早期损坏,寿命短的缺陷。
本发明的目的一是提供一种橡胶V带片状骨架;
本发明的目的二是提供橡胶V带片状骨架应用的材料。
本发明的技术方案是这样完成的。
一种橡胶V带骨架,包布层的断面内有一层骨架层,该骨架层的上面为缓冲层,该骨架层的下面为压缩层,该缓冲层和压缩层为橡胶材料制成,其特征在于:橡胶V带骨架为片状结构。其片状结构为整体片状。根据需要其片状还可以由各种几何形状组成的片状。
上述橡胶V带片状骨架应用的材料,其特征在于:骨架结构可以是由聚脂切片、尼龙切片、带孔钢片材料制成。
本发明的特点是:
2.该骨架片状结构增强了带体的横向钢度,提高了带体的传动功率;
2.由于片状结构,避免了层间剪切力,提高了带体的使用寿命;
3.该片状结构,使制带工艺简化,降低制带的生产成本;
4.片状结构伸长率小,避免了V带在使用中机械设备间隙多次调节的麻烦。

实施例1
本发明的实施例是这样实施的(见图1)。该缓冲层2和压缩层4为橡胶材料制成,缓冲层2为橡胶材料制成,缓冲层下面的骨架层3为片状结构,压缩层4为橡胶材料制成,包布层1为擦胶或浸胶帆布制成。
其片状骨架材料由聚脂切片高温挤出,高倍牵伸拉成断面为矩形的片状,根据V带的规格,将骨架粘接成环形,经过浸渍橡胶结合剂制成橡胶V带。
实施例2
其片状骨架材料由聚脂切片高温挤出,高倍牵伸拉成断面为矩形的片状,绕成环形片状骨架结构制成环形橡胶V带。其余同实施例1。
实施例3
除上述实施例2的矩形以外,还包括三角形、圆柱形等,或可使其成型的材料都是本专利保护范围之内。
实施例4
本实施例4可采用尼龙原料挤出牵伸成片状,其它同实施例1。
实施例5
本实施例5可采用钢带材料(经镀铜处理或制成多孔形)。其它同实施例1。

Claims (4)

1.一种橡胶V带骨架,包布层的断面内有一层骨架层,该骨架层的上面为缓冲层,该骨架层的下面为压缩层,该缓冲层和压缩层为橡胶材料制成,其特征在于:橡胶V带骨架为片状结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种橡胶V带骨架,其特征在于:其片状结构为整体片状。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种橡胶V带骨架,其特征在于:根据需要其片状还可以由各种几何形状组成的片状。
4.上述权利要求1的橡胶V带片状骨架应用的材料,其特征在于:骨架结构可以是由聚脂切片、尼龙切片、带孔钢片材料制成。
