Class 80(1) An endless driving belt of trapezoidal cross-section for engagement with V- pulleys comprises a core of rubber or like material in which is embedded at least one flat strip 12 of flexible metal whose ends overlap and have a series of aligned holes which are filled by the core material to prevent relative movement. An outer wrapping 11 is provided comprising layers of canvas impregnated with the core material.
