一种轴承用润滑脂，按重量份计算，包括双酯类合成基础油50份、聚α烯烃10份、12‑羟基硬脂肪酸20份、硬脂酸30份、蒸馏水50份、单水氢氧化锂20份、烷基化二苯胺抗氧剂1份、脂肪酸胺盐1份、高粘度复酯2份、苯骈类防锈剂2份、沸石咪唑酯5份、酸衍生物防锈剂1份、吐温类防锈剂10份、烷基萘混合物10份。本发明的轴承用润滑配方合理，性能优异，可以使轴承在高温下连续工作不受损害，低了使用成本、提高抗磨性能，减少摩擦，能够显著降低工作温度，提升润滑效果，有效延长了轴承的使用寿命。

本发明涉及润滑材料领域，特别涉及一种轴承用润滑脂。
背景技术
轴承是当代机械设备的重要零部件，其主要功能是支撑机械旋转体，降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数，并保证其回转精度。除了考虑轴承的材质，对轴承使用所必需的润滑油的性能要求也在逐渐提高，滚动轴承的润滑主要采用润滑脂组合物，因此，专门用于轴承润滑脂度对于延长轴承的使用寿命具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轴承用润滑脂，具有良好的润滑效果，降低使用过程中轴承的温度，避免轴承长期过热导致轴承使用寿命低，能够有效延长轴承的使用寿命。
本发明的技术方案：一种轴承用润滑脂，按重量份计算，包括双酯类合成基础油50-80份、聚α烯烃10-20份、12-羟基硬脂肪酸20-50份、硬脂酸30～40份、蒸馏水50～60份、单水氢氧化锂20-30份、烷基化二苯胺抗氧剂1-10份、脂肪酸胺盐1-5份、高粘度复酯2-8份、苯骈类防锈剂2-8份、沸石咪唑酯5-12份、酸衍生物防锈剂1-10份、吐温类防锈剂10-18份、烷基萘混合物10-20份。
前述轴承用润滑脂，按重量分计算，包括双酯类合成基础油65-75份、聚α烯烃12-15份、12-羟基硬脂肪酸25-35份、硬脂酸32-35份、蒸馏水55-58份、单水氢氧化锂22-28份、烷基化二苯胺抗氧剂2-8份、脂肪酸胺盐2-4份、高粘度复酯3-5份、苯骈类防锈剂3-5份、沸石咪唑酯6-10份、酸衍生物防锈剂2-8份、吐温类防锈剂12-16份、烷基萘混合物12-18份。
前述轴承用润滑脂，按重量分计算，包括双酯类合成基础油70份、聚α烯烃14份、12-羟基硬脂肪酸30份、硬脂酸34份、蒸馏水57份、单水氢氧化锂25份、烷基化二苯胺抗氧剂6份、脂肪酸胺盐3份、高粘度复酯4份、苯骈类防锈剂4份、沸石咪唑酯8份、酸衍生物防锈剂6份、吐温类防锈剂15份、烷基萘混合物15份。
与现有技术相比，本发明的轴承用润滑配方合理，性能优异，可以使轴承在高温下连续工作不受损害，低了使用成本、提高抗磨性能，减少摩擦，能够显著降低工作温度，提升润滑效果，有效延长了轴承的使用寿命。
