本发明公开了一种耐高温润滑剂,由如下原料组成:10‑20重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、8‑16重量份月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、2‑6重量份油酰肌氨酸、2‑6重量份油酸、1‑5重量份硬脂酸钡、1‑5重量份三乙醇胺、1‑3重量份乙二醇、1‑3重量份丙酮、2‑5重量份聚丙烯酸钠、30‑40重量份水。本发明以脂肪酸甘油酯、月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、油酰肌氨酸、油酸、硬脂酸钡、三乙醇胺、乙二醇、丙酮、聚丙烯酸钠为原料,合理组方,各个成分相互作用、相互影响,制得的耐高温润滑剂具有优良的耐高温、抗震性、润滑性能,可有效延长轴承寿命。

本发明涉及润滑剂技术领域,具体涉及一种耐高温润滑剂。
背景技术
轴承是在机械传动过程中起固定和减小载荷摩擦系数的部件。也可以说,当其它机件在轴上彼此产生相对运动时,用来降低动力传递过程中的摩擦系数和保持轴中心位置固定的机件。轴承是当代机械设备中一种举足轻重的零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,用以降低设备在传动过程中的机械载荷摩擦系数。轴承在运动中转速一般很高,产生大量的热量,如不能及时发现,摩擦会很严重,影响轴承的正常使用。轴承润滑油就是用在轴承上的润滑油,起到润滑,降温,抗压,延长轴承寿命等作用。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温润滑剂,具有优良的耐高温、抗震性、润滑性能,可有效延长轴承寿命。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种耐高温润滑剂,由如下原料组成:10-20重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、8-16重量份月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、2-6重量份油酰肌氨酸、2-6重量份油酸、1-5重量份硬脂酸钡、1-5重量份三乙醇胺、1-3重量份乙二醇、1-3重量份丙酮、2-5重量份聚丙烯酸钠、30-40重量份水。
进一步地,所述的耐高温润滑剂,由如下原料组成:13-17重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、10-14重量份月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、3-5重量份油酰肌氨酸、3-5重量份油酸、2-4重量份硬脂酸钡、2-4重量份三乙醇胺、1.5-2.5重量份乙二醇、1.5-2.5重量份丙酮、3-4重量份聚丙烯酸钠、33-37重量份水。
更进一步地,所述的耐高温润滑剂,由如下原料组成:15重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、12重量份月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、4重量份油酰肌氨酸、4重量份油酸、3重量份硬脂酸钡、3重量份三乙醇胺、2重量份乙二醇、2重量份丙酮、3.5重量份聚丙烯酸钠、35重量份水。
本发明的优点是:本发明以脂肪酸甘油酯、月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、油酰肌氨酸、油酸、硬脂酸钡、三乙醇胺、乙二醇、丙酮、聚丙烯酸钠为原料,合理组方,各个成分相互作用、相互影响,制得的耐高温润滑剂具有优良的耐高温、抗震性、润滑性能,可有效延长轴承寿命。

本发明实施例公开了一种耐高温润滑剂,由如下原料组成:10-20重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、8-16重量份月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、2-6重量份油酰肌氨酸、2-6重量份油酸、1-5重量份硬脂酸钡、1-5重量份三乙醇胺、1-3重量份乙二醇、1-3重量份丙酮、2-5重量份聚丙烯酸钠、30-40重量份水。
从以上方案可知,本发明以脂肪酸甘油酯、月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、油酰肌氨酸、油酸、硬脂酸钡、三乙醇胺、乙二醇、丙酮、聚丙烯酸钠为原料,合理组方,各个成分相互作用、相互影响,制得的耐高温润滑剂具有优良的耐高温、抗震性、润滑性能,可有效延长轴承寿命。

一种耐高温润滑剂,由如下原料组成:13重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、10重量份月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、3重量份油酰肌氨酸、3重量份油酸、2重量份硬脂酸钡、2重量份三乙醇胺、1.5重量份乙二醇、1.5重量份丙酮、3重量份聚丙烯酸钠、33重量份水。

一种耐高温润滑剂,由如下原料组成:15重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、12重量份月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、4重量份油酰肌氨酸、4重量份油酸、3重量份硬脂酸钡、3重量份三乙醇胺、2重量份乙二醇、2重量份丙酮、3.5重量份聚丙烯酸钠、35重量份水。
实施例4
一种耐高温润滑剂,由如下原料组成:17重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、14重量份月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、5重量份油酰肌氨酸、5重量份油酸、4重量份硬脂酸钡、4重量份三乙醇胺、2.5重量份乙二醇、2.5重量份丙酮、4重量份聚丙烯酸钠、37重量份水。
实施例5
一种耐高温润滑剂,由如下原料组成:20重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、16重量份月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、6重量份油酰肌氨酸、6重量份油酸、5重量份硬脂酸钡、5重量份三乙醇胺、3重量份乙二醇、3重量份丙酮、5重量份聚丙烯酸钠、40重量份水。

1.一种耐高温润滑剂,其特征在于由如下原料组成:10-20重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、8-16重量份月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、2-6重量份油酰肌氨酸、2-6重量份油酸、1-5重量份硬脂酸钡、1-5重量份三乙醇胺、1-3重量份乙二醇、1-3重量份丙酮、2-5重量份聚丙烯酸钠、30-40重量份水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温润滑剂,其特征在于由如下原料组成:13-17重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、10-14重量份月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、3-5重量份油酰肌氨酸、3-5重量份油酸、2-4重量份硬脂酸钡、2-4重量份三乙醇胺、1.5-2.5重量份乙二醇、1.5-2.5重量份丙酮、3-4重量份聚丙烯酸钠、33-37重量份水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温润滑剂,其特征在于由如下原料组成:15重量份脂肪酸甘油酯、12重量份月桂醇醚聚氧乙烯醚、4重量份油酰肌氨酸、4重量份油酸、3重量份硬脂酸钡、3重量份三乙醇胺、2重量份乙二醇、2重量份丙酮、3.5重量份聚丙烯酸钠、35重量份水。
