Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合润滑脂,各组分以质量份配比如下:基础油200~500份、聚丙烯胺5~12份、异丙醇2~5份、乙二醇6~9份、十二羟基硬脂酸30~50份、甲苯二异氰酸酯20~40份、对苯二甲酸15~20份、苯甲酸15~20份、脂肪胺30~40份和蒸馏水5~10份。本发明的产品具有黏度低、稳定性好、用量少的优点,且其机械安定性和极压抗磨性都很良好。

技术领域
本发明属于润滑剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是一种稠厚的油脂状半固体,由矿物油(或合成润滑油)和稠化剂调制而成,主要用于机械的摩擦部分,起润滑和密封的作用,也可用于金属表面,起填充空隙和防锈作用。润滑脂在常温下可附着于垂直表面不流失,并能在敞开或密封不良的摩擦部位工作,具有其它润滑剂所不可替代的持点,一般而言,相同皂基的润滑脂相容性较好。因此,在汽车和工程机械上的许多部位都使用润滑脂作为润滑材料。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有黏度低、稳定性好、用量少的优点,且其机械安定性和极压抗磨性均良好的复合润滑脂。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种复合润滑脂,各组分以质量份配比如下:基础油200~500份、聚丙烯胺5~12份、异丙醇2~5份、乙二醇6~9份、十二羟基硬脂酸30~50份、甲苯二异氰酸酯20~40份、对苯二甲酸15~20份、苯甲酸15~20份、脂肪胺 30~40份和蒸馏水5~10份。
优选地,前述基础油为矿物油或合成油。
再优选地,前述脂肪胺为十二胺、十四胺或十六胺中的一种。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明具有黏度低、稳定性好、用量少的优点,而且其机械安定性和极压抗磨性均良好。

实施例1
一种复合润滑脂,各组分以质量份配比如下:基础油500份、聚丙烯胺5份、异丙醇5份、乙二醇9份、十二羟基硬脂酸30份、甲苯二异氰酸酯20份、对苯二甲酸20份、苯甲酸20份、脂肪胺 30份和蒸馏水10份。
实施例2
一种复合润滑脂,各组分以质量份配比如下:基础油200份、聚丙烯胺12份、异丙醇2份、乙二醇9份、十二羟基硬脂酸50份、甲苯二异氰酸酯40份、对苯二甲酸20份、苯甲酸20份、脂肪胺 30份和蒸馏水5~份。

1.一种复合润滑脂,其特征在于,各组分以质量份配比如下:基础油200~500份、聚丙烯胺5~12份、异丙醇2~5份、乙二醇6~9份、十二羟基硬脂酸30~50份、甲苯二异氰酸酯20~40份、对苯二甲酸15~20份、苯甲酸15~20份、脂肪胺 30~40份和蒸馏水5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合润滑脂,其特征在于,所述基础油为矿物油或合成油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合润滑脂,其特征在于,所述脂肪胺为十二胺、十四胺或十六胺中的一种。
