技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,尤其涉及一种润滑脂组合物。
背景技术
目前,轿车的座椅多是电动可调的,又称电动座椅。人们对轿车舒适性的评价多是通过座椅感受的,因此轿车上配备的电动座椅必须要满足便利性和舒适性两大要求。为了满足这些要求,汽车厂家不断采用机械和电子技术手段,制造出可调整的电动座椅。
轿车的电动座椅系统由双向电动机、传动机构以及调节控制电路等组成。其中,传动机构是必不可少的重要部件之一。一个舒适的座椅要求传动机构运行时有十分良好的平稳性,噪音要低。轿车的电动座椅的传动机构一般有蜗轮蜗杆传动与驱动钢丝传动等类型。蜗轮蜗杆传动的传动部件有蜗杆轴、蜗轮、齿轴和齿条等;驱动钢丝传动方式是驱动钢丝将电机与驱动螺母相连,齿轮螺母转动千斤顶螺栓和座椅每一侧的调节器。
在座椅传动机构中,蜗杆轴、蜗轮、齿轴、齿条以及齿轮螺母等部位需涂抹润滑脂进行润滑和防护,因此要求润滑脂具有良好的粘附性、润滑性、低温启动性以及低的运行噪音。普通润滑脂用于该部位存在的主要问题是低温启动及运行阻力大,降噪效果不好。

本发明实施例公开了一种润滑脂组合物,包括:
在润滑脂组合物中,本申请添加基础油、增粘剂、稠化剂、防腐蚀剂、防锈剂与抗氧剂,并通过将基础油、稠化剂与其他添加剂的含量进行配比,使润滑脂组合物具有良好的润滑性、高低温性能、粘附性、不流失与降噪效果好。
本申请所述基础油为本领域技术人员熟知的基础油,对此本申请没有特别的限制。作为优选方案,所述基础油优选选自烃类油与酯类油中的一种或多种;更具体的,所述烃类油优选为聚α烯烃,所述酯类油优选为多元醇酯。所述基础油的含量为55wt%~85wt%,在实施例中,所述基础油的含量优选为62wt%~80wt%,更优选为65wt%~76wt%。

以下实施例中的原料均为市售产品。
实施例1
将84.5kg聚α-烯烃、2kg二苯基硅二醇、8.7kg硅胶、3kg乙丙共聚物、0.5kg苯基α萘胺、0.3kg苯骈三氮唑和1kg石油磺酸钡经成脂、降温加剂与碾磨,得到润滑脂组合物;
所述聚α-烯烃100℃运动粘度65~95mm2/s。
本发明对上述润滑脂组合物进行性能测试,结果见表1,表1为本发明实施例1~3制备的润滑脂组合物的性能测试结果数据表。
实施例2
将77.5kg聚α烯烃、5kg三羟甲基丙烷复酯、15kg聚异丁烯,10kg硅胶、0.5kg二辛基二苯胺、1.5kg烷基琥珀酸、0.5kg 2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物经成脂、降温加剂与碾磨,得润滑脂组合物;
所述聚α烯烃100℃下的运动粘度为30~70mm2/s,三羟甲基丙烷复酯100℃下的运动粘度为3~25mm2/s。
本发明对上述润滑脂组合物进行性能测试,结果见表1。
实施例3
将84.2kg聚α烯烃、1kg聚甲基丙烯酸酯、12kg硅胶、1kg石油磺酸钙、0.5kg烷基二苯胺、0.3kg苯骈三氮唑、0.5kg 2,6-二叔丁基酚经成脂、降温加剂与碾磨,得到润滑脂组合物;
所述聚α烯烃100℃下的运动粘度为90~130mm2/s。
本发明对上述润滑脂组合物进行性能测试,结果见表1。

1.一种润滑脂组合物,包括:
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述基础油为烃类油和酯类油中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述增粘剂选自聚异丁烯、乙丙共聚物和聚甲基丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述稠化剂为硅胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述防腐蚀剂选自苯三唑衍生物类和噻二唑衍生物中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述防锈剂选自金属磺酸盐、脂肪胺和烷基琥珀酸衍生物中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自有机酚类和胺类化合物中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述增粘剂的含量为5~22wt%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述稠化剂的含量为8.5~13wt%。
10.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述基础油的含量为62wt%~80wt%。
