Abstract
本发明公开了一种润滑脂,包括79‑95质量份的聚α烯烃和烷基萘混合物、4‑9质量份的有机增稠剂、6‑11质量份的沸石咪唑酯、3‑7质量份的其他添加剂。本发明提供的润滑脂,具有较好的耐磨和抗压性能,以及良好的伸缩性、机械性能和稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及石油化工领域,具体涉及一种润滑脂。
背景技术
轴承是当代机械设备的重要零部件,其主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。随着工业制造的发展,对轴承的要求也越来越高,要求轴承材料环保安全不含有有害成分,轴承材料具有高强度,同时轴承能够适应不同的环境和工况,具有抗应力腐蚀和化学腐蚀的能力。
除了考虑轴承的材质,对轴承使用所必需的润滑油的性能要求也在逐渐提高。润滑脂用于机械的摩擦部分,起润滑和密封作用,也用于金属表面,起填充空隙和防锈作用,主要由矿物油(或合成润滑油)和稠化剂调制而成。
沸石咪唑酯(ZIFs)是以含有机配体咪唑或其衍生物形成的金属有机配合物,是一类新型的纳米多孔功能骨架材料,因其具有良好的机械性能、可伸缩性能、硬度性能和憎水亲油性,而被广泛应用;在润滑油脂方面,作为添加剂又可以有效地提高润滑油脂的抗摩和抗压性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种润滑脂,具有较好的耐磨和抗压性能,以及良好的伸缩性、机械性能和稳定性。
本发明的技术方案:一种润滑脂,包括79-95质量份的聚α烯烃和烷基萘混合物、4-9质量份的有机增稠剂、6-11质量份的沸石咪唑酯、3-7质量份的其他添加剂。
前述的润滑脂,所述有机增稠剂是聚丙烯酸钠、聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或多种混合物。
前述的润滑脂,所述沸石咪唑酯的粒径为100-550nm。
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的润滑脂,采用具有具有多孔骨架结构的沸石咪唑酯作为添加剂,具有较好的耐磨和抗压性能,以及良好的伸缩性、机械性能和稳定性。

实施例1:
一种润滑脂,包括83质量份的聚α烯烃和烷基萘混合物、6质量份的有机增稠剂、9质量份的沸石咪唑酯、5质量份的其他添加剂。
所述有机增稠剂是聚丙烯酸钠、聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯酰胺的混合物。
所述沸石咪唑酯的粒径为350nm。
实施例2:
一种润滑脂,包括85质量份的聚α烯烃和烷基萘混合物、4质量份的有机增稠剂、6质量份的沸石咪唑酯、3质量份的其他添加剂。
所述有机增稠剂是聚丙烯酸钠、聚四氟乙烯的混合物。
所述沸石咪唑酯的粒径为200nm。
实施例3:
一种润滑脂,包括79质量份的聚α烯烃和烷基萘混合物、4质量份的有机增稠剂、7质量份的沸石咪唑酯、4质量份的其他添加剂。
所述有机增稠剂是聚丙烯酸钠。
所述沸石咪唑酯的粒径为100nm。
实施例4:
一种润滑脂,包括95质量份的聚α烯烃和烷基萘混合物、9质量份的有机增稠剂、11质量份的沸石咪唑酯、7质量份的其他添加剂。
所述有机增稠剂是聚丙烯酰胺。
所述沸石咪唑酯的粒径为550nm。
实施例5:
一种润滑脂,包括90质量份的聚α烯烃和烷基萘混合物、7质量份的有机增稠剂、10质量份的沸石咪唑酯、6质量份的其他添加剂。
所述有机增稠剂是聚四氟乙烯。
所述沸石咪唑酯的粒径为450nm。

1.一种润滑脂,其特征在于:包括79-95质量份的聚α烯烃和烷基萘混合物、4-9质量份的有机增稠剂、6-11质量份的沸石咪唑酯、3-7质量份的其他添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂,其特征在于:所述有机增稠剂是聚丙烯酸钠、聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或多种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑脂,其特征在于:所述沸石咪唑酯的粒径为100-550nm。
