Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals, relates to a scalp care composition, and particularly relates to a scalp anti-aging composition.
Background
The mechanisms of skin aging are typically described by the theory of free radicals, the theory of metabolic disorders, the theory of photoaging, and gene regulation. The scalp is continuously contacted with oxygen, is often subjected to air pollution, industrial pollution, chemical injury caused by hair perming and dyeing and ultraviolet invasion, is most easily affected by substances such as active oxygen, lipid peroxide and the like, and excessive free radicals generated by the substances such as the active oxygen, the lipid peroxide and the like can react with biological molecules of the skin to cause lipid peroxide damage, thus causing damage and aging of the scalp; the supply and absorption of comprehensive nutrition of scalp, scalp moisture retention and scalp free radical removal are key factors influencing the scalp aging process, the problems of scalp dryness, scurf, sensitivity, hair oil, hair loss, hair dryness, weakness and the like caused by scalp aging are continuously caused, the scalp aging problem is more closely related to facial skin aging, and great attention is paid to people.
CN 104887580 a discloses a shampoo and conditioner composition with scalp anti-aging function and its preparation method, wherein the composition is composed of shampoo and hair conditioner, but the components of the shampoo and hair conditioner are complex, and the synthesis steps are complicated.
CN 105853326A discloses an infant lip balm and a preparation method thereof, and the infant lip balm disclosed by the method is prepared from beeswax, candelilla wax, shea butter, jojoba seed oil, meadowfoam seed oil, argan tree kernel oil, squalane, tocopherol acetate, diisostearyl malate, honey, olive fruit oil and fenugreek enzyme as raw materials. However, the lip balm prepared by the method is suitable for the infant lip balm with less grease and cutin, and cannot be directly used for the scalp with more grease and cutin.
CN 106236613 a discloses a clean, moist, clear bubble cleanser which cleans the face by a large amount of foam generated by shaking before use, and a method for preparing the same. However, the method and the bubble cleanser prepared by the method can only clean grease, lock water and preserve moisture, and cannot play a role in resisting oxidation and aging.
CN 102949318A discloses a soapberry shampoo and a preparation process thereof, the shampoo takes soapberry extract containing natural soapberry saponin as a main component, but the shampoo only has the effects of bacteriostasis, dandruff removal and hair loss prevention, and cannot play the role of antioxidation and anti-aging.
Because problems of dry scalp, dandruff, sensitivity, hair oil, alopecia, hair loss, dry and fragile hair and the like are caused by scalp aging, the scalp anti-aging and anti-oxidation composition is urgently needed.

TABLE 1
As can be seen from table 1, the scalp anti-aging compositions provided in examples 1 to 8 had a certain anti-aging effect, and after trial for 60 days, the scalp of more than 8 subjects was remarkably tight, and wrinkles were improved.
The avocado oil was not added to the product provided in comparative example 1, and only 9 out of 15 subjects had their scalp becoming fine and smooth, which was not as tight as that of example 1, and the wrinkle-improving effect of the scalp of 9 persons in comparative example 1 was not as great.
The product provided in comparative example 2 was not added with the deep-sea two-joint mustard oil, and among 15 subjects, only 10 subjects had lighter scalp wrinkles and finer scalp, but the improvement of the moisturizing effect of the scalp was not significant.
The product provided in comparative example 3 had no jojoba seed oil added, and only 8 of the 15 subjects had improved scalp condition, and the 8 subjects had their scalp becoming firmer, but less effective than that of example 1, and no significant improvement in scalp wrinkles was observed in the 8 subjects of comparative example 3.

In summary, as can be seen from table 1, the scalp antiaging agents provided in examples 1 to 8 have certain moisturizing and antiaging effects; the moisturizing and anti-aging effects provided by the products provided in comparative examples 1-4 are poor, the scalp anti-aging substances provided in comparative examples 5-8 do not show obvious anti-aging effects, and although jojoba oil and avocado oil have certain moisturizing and anti-aging effects when used alone, the effects are limited; the four substances are mutually cooperated to form the scalp anti-aging composition, so that the scalp anti-aging composition plays a better anti-aging role.
III) DPPH radical scavenging test
The DPPH free radical scavenging test was performed by using the equal-mass scalp anti-aging compositions and the modified shampoos provided in examples 1-8 and examples 1-8, respectively, wherein the anti-aging substances prepared in examples 1-8 were diluted with ethanol solution to obtain 100mg/L ethanol solution, and the modified shampoos prepared in examples 1-8 were diluted with clear water to obtain 100mg/L aqueous solution. The test principle is as follows: DPPH is a stable organic radical with a strong absorption peak at 517nm, which is dark purple when added to an ethanol solution, and when a certain amount of antioxidant is added, the absorbance value of the antioxidant after color lightening caused by DPPH scavenging by the antioxidant can be measured at 517 nm. And (3) carrying out quantitative analysis by adopting a spectrophotometry method to detect the scavenging condition of the free radicals, thereby evaluating the capability of the active ingredients with antioxidant effect in the product for scavenging the free radicals, wherein the higher the scavenging rate is, the stronger the capability of the active ingredients for scavenging the free radicals is. The DPPH clearance of the blank sample was 0 and the test results are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
As can be seen from Table 2, the scalp antiaging compositions provided in examples 1 to 8 have a potent DPPH radical scavenging activity, and the scalp antiaging compositions provided in examples 1 to 8 were diluted with ethanol to prepare ethanol solutions having a concentration of 100mg/L and DPPH radical scavenging rate of 41 to 69%. The rate of DPPH radical scavenging varies with the relative amounts of the four components of the composition.
Application examples 1-8 modified shampoos were prepared from the compositions of examples 1-8 and a conventional shampoo containing sodium laureth sulfate, and the resulting modified shampoos were also capable of scavenging DPPH radicals, wherein DPPH radicals are scavenged at a rate of 26-38%.
