Abstract

Description
发明内容
本发明涉及一种车辆,所述车辆具有用于使车辆在诸如公路或铁路的载体上行驶的车轮,所述车辆具有电池和连接到其上的发电机,所述发电机具有布置成生成用于对所述电池充电的电力的定子和转子,其中所述车轮借助于连接到所述车轮的中心并从其轴向延伸的轴驱动所述转子,其中所述转子与所述轴之间的连接件包括用于调节相对于所述车轮的转速的所述转子的转速的齿轮箱。
具体地说,本发明涉及一种包括冷藏载货空间的非自行式挂车或铁路车厢。载货空间具有冷却单元,所述冷却单元布置成将所述载货空间冷却到期望的温度,其中所述冷却单元由电池供电。为了向载货空间的制冷装置的电池供电,发电机的转子借助于所述车轮轴和所述齿轮箱连接到挂车的车轮。由于在转子轴与车轮轴之间存在齿轮箱,发电机的轴线与车轮的轴线相距一定距离。
可能发生的问题是发电机未与车轮对齐导致机械悬架结构中的不期望的扭矩和振动,这可能导致故障。本发明的目的在于可靠、紧凑、轻便的解决方案。
为此,所述齿轮箱包括具有太阳齿轮、行星齿轮和环形齿轮的类型的行星齿轮系,并且所述轴、所述太阳齿轮和所述转子围绕公共轴线延伸。
优选地,所述环形齿轮固定地连接到所述定子,所述太阳齿轮固定地连接到所述转子,并且所述行星齿轮各自可旋转地连接到所述轴。此外,轴优选地借助于至少一个轴承可旋转地连接到转子。
所述发电机优选地是异步发电机或永磁发电机,其中AC/DC逆变器/充电器连接在所述发电机与所述电池之间,以用于调节所述电池的充电电源的电流和电压,使得它们不依赖于车轮的转速。因为这些类型的发电机中的转子不需要通电,所以产生的热量较少。
所述电池优选地是锂离子电池。所述发电机与所述车轮之间的所述机械连接件优选地包括齿轮箱,以用于调节相对于所述车轮的转速的所述转子的转速。所述至少一个车轮优选地借助于连接到所述车轮的中心并从其轴向延伸的轴驱动所述发电机的所述转子。在一个替代实施方案中,所述至少一个车轮借助于液压系统驱动所述发电机的所述转子。优选地,所述车辆包括控制单元,以用于选择性地布置所述发电机以同时由所述车轮驱动,并且如果所述车辆设定为减速则生成用于对所述电池充电的电力。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出了挂车的两个相应的同轴车轮附接凸缘20和制动盘21,所述附接凸缘20和制动盘21可旋转地安装在挂车的车轮轴承(未示出)中。车轮轴22连接到安装在凸缘20上的左车轮,并且从凸缘20的中心朝向车轮之间的区域在轴线上轴向延伸穿过车轮。在车轮之间的区域中,轴22连接到行星齿轮系34、40、52的太阳齿轮52,所述太阳齿轮52将车轮轴22的旋转传递到发电机31、50、51的转子轴50,使得与车轮轴22的转速相比,转子轴50的转速增加。发电机的电输出连接器连接到AC/DC逆变器/充电器,以用于调节输出电流和电压,所述AC/DC逆变器/充电器继而连接到锂离子电池组,以用于为制冷装置供电以冷却挂车的载货空间(未示出)。
行星齿轮箱34、40、52和发电机封闭在壳体10中。壳体10安装在两个固定的圆柱形管30上,所述圆柱形管30借助于支架36安装在挂车上,并且围绕轴线延伸穿过车轮轴承与壳体10之间的车轮。壳体10包括焊接到所述管30的相应端部的两个凸缘32、35,以及在所述凸缘32、35之间延伸的圆柱形壁33。
如图2中更详细地所示,发电机的定子31抵靠圆柱形壁33的内侧安装,并且发电机的转子51安装在转子轴50上。转子轴50借助于圆柱形滚子轴承3050a和滚珠轴承3050b可旋转地安装在壳体10中。行星齿轮系34、40、52的带齿太阳齿轮52固定地安装在转子轴的左侧外端上。带齿环形齿轮34抵靠圆柱形壁33的内侧安装。两个、三个、四个或甚至更多个带齿行星齿轮40均匀地分布在太阳齿轮52的周围,并且各自借助于轴承可旋转地连接到盘形安装头23,所述安装头固定在轴22的外端上。
轴22的安装头23借助于滚珠轴承3020a、3020b可旋转地连接到壳体10。此外,轴22借助于滚珠轴承2050a、2050b可旋转地连接到转子轴50。
这种结构在两个车轮轴承之间提供了直线对齐的连接件,其中结构的重量较低并且以轴线为中心,并且显示出对轴向拉伸载荷的良好抵抗力。

Claims (10)
1.一种车辆,所述车辆具有用于使所述车辆在诸如公路或铁路的载体上行驶的车轮,所述车辆具有电池和连接到其上的发电机,所述发电机具有布置成生成用于对所述电池充电的电力的定子和转子,其中所述车轮借助于连接到所述车轮的中心并从其轴向延伸的轴驱动所述转子,其中所述转子与所述轴之间的连接件包括用于调节相对于所述车轮的转速的所述转子的转速的齿轮箱,其特征在于所述齿轮箱包括具有太阳齿轮、行星齿轮和环形齿轮的类型的行星齿轮系,并且所述轴、所述太阳齿轮和所述转子围绕公共轴线延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中所述环形齿轮固定地连接到所述定子,所述太阳齿轮固定地连接到所述转子,并且所述行星齿轮各自可旋转地连接到所述轴。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆,其中所述轴还借助于至少一个轴承可旋转地连接到所述转子。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的车辆,其中所述发电机是异步发电机或永磁发电机,其中AC/DC逆变器/充电器连接在所述发电机和所述电池之间,以用于调节所述电池的充电电源的电流和电压。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆,其中所述发电机是异步发电机。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆,其中所述发电机是永磁发电机。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆,其中所述电池是锂离子电池。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆,其中所述车辆是非自行式挂车或铁路车厢。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆,其中所述车辆包括控制单元,以用于选择性地布置所述发电机以同时由所述车轮驱动,并且如果所述车辆设定为减速则生成用于对所述电池充电的电力。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆,其中所述车辆包括载货空间,所述载货空间具有布置成将所述载货空间冷却到期望温度的冷却单元,其中所述冷却单元由所述电池供电。
