图2显示与图1相同的机器,但具有附加的子组件,其中两个在以下更详细地描述。两个X-Y保护盖11和12将工作空间与机床的其它区域(特别是线性引导件1和2)隔开,从而将碎片以及冷却剂和润滑剂保持在工作空间中。这些X-Y保护盖可为已知的构造,具有驱动板13和与其可操作地连接的板翅片,例如EP19861324A1中所述。在根据本发明的具有旋转臂6的机器中,现存在的问题是,穿过驱动板13的刀具主轴8的部分通过旋转臂6的旋转不可避免地在驱动板13中执行旋转运动。因此,刀具主轴8不能直接连接至驱动板8,而是通过枢轴轴承14的插入。
在图2中可见的另一子组件是刀具保持链式刀库15,其为角形或弓形配置并且配置成使肢部16终止于在工作区域顶部中的至少大约水平定向的端部,并且肢部17终止于在背向工作区域的、第一线性引导件后面的区域中的至少大约竖直定向的端部。在肢部16的端部区域中布置有刀具更换器18,其被刀具主轴8沿短路径可到达。肢部17的端部区域配置成用于装载和清空刀具保持链式存储库15并且操作者容易地可到达。
图3在剖视图中显示旋转臂6的安装细节。后者在本示例中通过外转子扭矩马达驱动。表示为19的扭矩马达定子具有以旋转上固定的方式连接至其的定子部件20。扭矩马达转子21通过油润滑的滑动轴承22附加地支撑在定子部件20上。滑动轴承22凭借其油膜具有振动阻尼效果(挤压膜阻尼)。

Claims (7)

1.包含机床床身(10)的机床,所述机床床身具有第一水平线性引导件(1)和与第一线性引导件(1)成直角布置的第二水平线性引导件(2),其中,在第一线性引导件(1)上以能轴向移位的方式布置工件夹具固定件(3),所述工件夹具固定件能围绕平行于第二线性引导件(2)定向的旋转轴线(4)旋转,并且能围绕与旋转轴线(4)成直角定向的转动轴线(5)转动;其中,旋转臂(6)能在第二线性引导件(2)上轴向移位,所述旋转臂的旋转轴线(7)平行于第一线性引导件(1)布置,并且在所述旋转臂的自由端部上承载刀具主轴(8),所述刀具主轴的轴线(9)平行于第一线性引导件(1)定向;其特征在于,旋转臂(6)能通过设置在所述旋转臂的旋转轴线(7)上的扭矩马达旋转。
2.如权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,为了工件夹具固定件(3)在第一线性引导件(1)上的轴向移位和/或旋转臂(6)的在第二线性引导件(2)上的轴向移位,存在有线性马达。
3.如前述权利要求任一项所述的机床,其特征在于,为了所述工件夹具固定件(3)的旋转运动和转动运动,分别存在有扭矩马达。
4.如前述权利要求任一项所述的机床,其特征在于,与第二线性引导件(2)平行地、在面向工件夹具固定件(3)的一侧上布置有X-Y保护盖(11),具有驱动板(13),其中容纳有围绕刀具主轴(8)的刀具侧端部的枢轴轴承(14)。
5.如前述权利要求任一项所述的机床,其特征在于,与第二线性引导件(2)平行地、在面向工件夹具固定件(3)的一侧上布置有角形或弓形的刀具保持链式刀库(15),具有大约水平布置的肢部(16)和大约竖直布置的肢部(17),并且在大约水平肢部(16)的自由端部处布置有刀具更换器(18)。
6.一种用于机床的旋转臂(6),能围绕旋转轴线(7)旋转并且在所述旋转臂的自由端部上承载刀具主轴(8),其特征在于,旋转臂(6)通过扭矩马达(19、20、21)直接驱动,并且在定子(20)和转子(21)之间作用的滑动轴承(22)布置有油阻尼。
7.如权利要求6所述的旋转臂(6),其特征在于,扭矩马达(19、20、21)具有外转子(21)和内定子(19、20)。
