本发明涉及一种高转速、低噪音、耐高温探入式轴承密封组件,该密封组件用于高速电机轴承上,属于滚动轴承技术领域。密封组件一端嵌入到轴承外圈内径,另一端延伸到轴承内圈外径,所述轴承内圈外径设置沟槽,密封组件靠近轴承内圈的一侧设置有第一密封唇和第二密封唇,第一密封唇与轴承内圈外径间隙配合,第二密封唇伸入沟槽内,并且第二密封唇的侧壁与沟槽侧壁接触配合。本发明结构上采用非接触式独特的手枪式形状密封,该结构具有轴向、径向多层密封,密封效果完全达到接触式密封效果。且具有启动力矩低,噪音低,能耗低等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高转速、低噪音、耐高温探入式轴承密封组件,该密封组件用于高速电机轴承上,属于滚动轴承技术领域。
背景技术
随着市场经济的迅猛发展,用户对轴承质量的要求越来越高,特别是电机市场对密封轴承高转速时的温升,异常声,漏脂及能耗提出了更高的要求。
作为精密密封电机轴承,技术含量高,加工精度高,附加值高,要求在运转中具有较高的综合性能,一般深沟球轴承的密封为接触式密封和非接触式密封两种。接触式密封用在电机上,摩擦力矩大,非接触式密封又漏油。急需研究一种密封结构介于接触与非接触之间。满足电动轴承的启动力矩及不漏油的功能。
发明内容
根据现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种能够满足密封效果,结构简单;装配方便的探入式轴承密封组件。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种探入式轴承密封组件,密封组件一端嵌入到轴承外圈内径,另一端延伸到轴承内圈外径,所述轴承内圈外径设置沟槽,密封组件靠近轴承内圈的一侧设置有第一密封唇和第二密封唇,第一密封唇与轴承内圈外径间隙配合,第二密封唇伸入沟槽内,并且第二密封唇的侧壁与沟槽侧壁接触配合。
进一步地,所述密封组件为包裹着刚性骨架的橡胶密封体。
进一步地,所述橡胶密封体为氢化丁腈橡胶密封体。
进一步地,所述密封组件应用于电机用深沟球轴承。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明结构上采用非接触式独特的手枪式形状密封,该结构具有轴向、径向多层密封,密封效果完全达到接触式密封效果。且具有启动力矩低,噪音低,能耗低等特点。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的结构的功能更加清晰,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
一种探入式轴承密封组件,应用于电机用深沟球轴承,所述密封组件一端嵌入到轴承外圈2内径,另一端延伸到轴承内圈1外径,所述轴承内圈外径设置沟槽7,密封组件4靠近轴承内圈的一侧设置有第一密封唇5和第二密封6唇,第一密封唇5与轴承内圈1外径间隙配合,第二密封唇6伸入沟槽7内,并且第二密封唇6的侧壁与沟槽7侧壁接触配合。
进一步地,所述密封组件4为包裹着刚性骨架的橡胶密封体。
进一步地,所述橡胶密封体为氢化丁腈橡胶密封体。具有耐热性、耐油性及耐候性,比传统的丁腈橡胶性能更加优良。
本专利发明了该结构的密封形式,侧面与内圈沟槽贴合,起到了密封的作用,阻力小,又不漏油。
本专利为贴合式接触,第二密封唇的侧壁与沟槽侧壁接触配合,并保证在轴向上具有一定的压缩量。
本专利密封密封结构远离钢球的一侧与轴承外圈、内圈为间隙配合,第二密封唇侧壁与内圈沟槽贴合,第一密封唇与轴承内圈外径间隙配合,摩擦阻力很小。
本发明轻量化设计,异型结构,创新设计出有利于轴承装配和热胀冷缩要求的新结构型式。采用ZWZ品牌长寿命专用润滑脂,提高轴承使用寿命。

1.探入式轴承密封组件,其特征在于:密封组件一端嵌入到轴承外圈内径,另一端延伸到轴承内圈外径,所述轴承内圈外径设置沟槽,密封组件靠近轴承内圈的一侧设置有第一密封唇和第二密封唇,第一密封唇与轴承内圈外径间隙配合,第二密封唇伸入沟槽内,并且第二密封唇的侧壁与沟槽侧壁接触配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的探入式轴承密封组件,其特征在于:所述密封组件为包裹着刚性骨架的橡胶密封体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的探入式轴承密封组件,其特征在于:所述橡胶密封体为氢化丁腈橡胶密封体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的探入式轴承密封组件,其特征在于:所述密封组件应用于电机用深沟球轴承。
