自泄压的多唇密封轴承
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及轴承领域,具体涉及一种自泄压的多唇密封轴承。
背景技术
[0002]现有轴承上自带的密封圈,具有密封件和骨架,密封件的内周有三个平行排列厚 度相同的接触唇,与轴承内圈外径面接触,接触唇与轴承内圈外径面的单边过盈量为 0.4mm左右,骨架外侧面有定位密封件的挡边,其收口直径比轴承内圈外径大1.0mm左 右,这种结构使得密封件的接触唇与轴承内圈外径间的过盈量过小,且密封件的弹性不足, 造成密封圈的密封性能降低,影响了轴承的润滑效果,对于长时间在混有水汽、灰尘、草屑 的环境下工作的轴承,这种密封结构形式就更显不足,灰尘等很容易渗入轴承内部,细微的 颗粒与润滑油脂混为一体,加剧了轴承的磨损,最终造成轴承使用寿命的大大缩短。
[0003]另现有的轴承密封大多采用整体式密封防尘设计,这种设计虽然密封性能优越, 但不仅会导致轴承的起动力矩大,而且整体式防尘密封圈会造成轴承内外部的压强差,导 致轴承卡死失效,使用寿命短。
发明内容
[0004] 为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种密封性能好的自泄压的多唇密封轴承,密封性 能好,且能够有效排出轴承内部的压强,使轴承内外部的压强保持一致。
[0005] 本发明技术方案: 一种自泄压的多唇密封轴承,它包括有内圈、外圈、内圈与外圈之间设有钢球、用于安 装钢球的保持架、以及位于钢球两侧的内圈与外圈之间设置有密封圈,所述的密封圈包括 密封件和L形骨架,L形骨架设置在密封件的内部,所述的密封件的外侧缘设置有卡头, 密封件的内侧缘上设置有若干向外呈倾角的密封唇,卡头卡装在设置在外圈内周面的凹槽 内,密封唇卡与内圈外周面过盈接触,密封唇由内向外均匀分布,密封唇与内圈共同构成迷 宫密封,且外侧的密封唇的厚度大于内侧密封唇的厚度,所述最内侧密封唇一侧设有内凹 槽,最内侧密封唇一侧设有外凹槽,所述的密封件采用改性的氢化丁腈橡胶材质。当轴承旋 转工作时,轴承发热膨胀,内部压力逐渐增大并沿着密封回路的边沿进行扩散,压力沿内凹 槽向密封唇扩散时,越往外扩散压强越大,便会顶开密封唇,将压力从轴承内部排出,实现 了轴承的自卸载内部压强功能,改性的氢化丁腈橡胶耐热、耐磨性能及机械强度可得到有 效的改进和提高,使得密封圈整体性能更佳。
[0006] 对上述技术方案作进一步的改进和细化,所述的改性的氢化丁腈橡胶各组分含量 按重量计为:氢化丁腈橡胶100份、碳纳米管0.5-15份、气相白炭黑20-35份、阻燃剂35-55份、防老剂3-6.5份、硫化机剂4-7份、着色剂1_3份、增塑剂4-25份;先对碳纳米管进行表 面处理,将表面处理后的碳纳米管与一种液体橡胶通过超声波混合均匀,然后加入部分氢 化丁腈橡胶中制得母炼胶,在母炼胶中加入余下的氢化丁腈橡胶、气相白炭黑、阻燃剂、防 老剂、着色剂、增塑剂,用开炼机或者密炼机对上述混合物进行乳炼加工,得到以碳纳米管 改性的氢化丁腈橡胶混炼胶,再通过硫化机硫化加工,即可得到改性的氢化丁腈橡胶。
[0007] 对上述技术方案作进一步的改进和细化,所述的内圈的外周面上还设置有径向凸 起,凸起卡在最外侧密封唇与其余密封唇之间,因多层密封唇设计,密封件弹性强,过盈接 触不能过有效防止密封圈脱落,利用凸起进一步防止密封圈脱落。

[0011] 本发明的有益效果是,解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,实现了轴承的自卸载内部 压强功能,避免了整体式密封导致轴承内外部存在压强差,使得轴承抱死而早期失效;且利 用密封唇与内圈过盈配合,增加密封性能,密封唇厚度加厚,使其与内圈外周面接触长度加 长,增强了密封件的弹性,提高了轴承的密封性能,多层密封唇与内圈形成迷宫密封,可有 效地防止水汽、灰尘、草屑等混入轴承内部,减少轴承的磨损,延长轴承的工作寿命,进一步 利用改性的氢化丁腈橡胶材质,增强了密封圈的整体性能。
