外圈带储脂沟的角接触球轴承,包括外圈、内圈,在内圈与外圈之间设置保持架和钢球,在保持架的两端有固接在内、外圈上的密封圈,其特征在于所述外圈的滚道边制有储脂沟。在外圈的滚道边制有一个储脂沟,比常规角接触球轴承可增加25%的脂量,特别是储脂沟的位置离流道边和钢球极近,沟中的润滑脂易进入滚道而成为有效脂,同时外圈双挡边的密封圈设计,和外引导的保持架共同组成了一个较密闭的小空间,脂不易外泄,而使轴承的使用寿命得到延长,解决了长期以来制约着脂润滑角接触球轴承的使用寿命,从而延长了电主轴的使用期限,取得了意想不到的效果。

背景技术
高速密封脂润滑的精密角接触球轴承,广泛的应用于各种电主轴中,脂润滑角接触球轴承与传统的油雾润滑的轴承相比,脂润滑角接触球轴承无油雾对电主轴使用环境的污染,同时省掉了油雾用的压力气源,节约了能源。脂润滑的轴承,装入润滑脂后就一直可以使用,用脂量一定,而油雾润滑的轴承,只要一开始使用,就要有油雾不断地送入轴承,一般油雾润滑的电主轴使用8小时就要消耗300ml的油,对油的消耗量很大。使用脂润滑轴承的电主轴,使用期的长短决定于轴承的寿命,轴承的寿命从某种意义上讲,取决于轴承中润滑脂的有效期的长短。润滑脂在轴承旋转中,在滚动的钢球附近也会蠕动,使新脂蠕动到滚动区,滚动区的旧脂蠕动到滚动区附近,所以轴承中的润滑脂,能进入滚动区的才是有效润滑脂,不能进入滚动区的润滑脂,也就成无效润滑脂,若能多些润滑脂都有机会进入滚动区,轴承的寿命也就自然会延长。现有技术由于脂润滑轴承受结构限制,储脂量少,一直制约着脂润滑角接触球轴承的使用寿命,从而也影响了电主轴的使用期限。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种在轴承外圈中制有储脂装置,增加有效润滑脂的容量,提高轴承使用寿命,从而延长电主轴使用期的外圈带储脂沟的角接触球轴承。
