Abstract
本发明实施例公开了一种非标四点接触外球面球轴承,其至少包括外圈、内圈、以及设于外圈和内圈之间的钢球,钢球与内、外圈环形沟道的接触点的连线与轴承径向平面之间形成第一接触角a1和第二接触角a2,外圈的外表面为外球面。本发明实施例,既可承受径向载荷,也可承受轴向载荷,或者同时承受径向和轴向的联合载荷,并具有更高的载荷能力,同时还可承受更高的倾覆力矩,将外圈的外表面设计成外球面,在与带内球面安装孔的轴承座相结合应用时,即使受到倾覆力矩,也可通过其外圈的外球面与轴承座安装孔的内球面进行自动调心校正,从而延长轴承产品的使用寿命。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种轴承,尤其是一种非标四点接触外球面球轴承。
背景技术:
现有的四点接触球轴承,一般包括外圈、内圈、设于内外圈之间的若干个钢球和保持架。其通常应用于空间受限,但又对双向负荷或承载能力有更高要求的场合,接触角通常为35°。因现有四点接触球轴承的外圈外表面截面形状为平面,在与轴承座结合应用时,如果安装轴倾斜度偏大或存在长轴挠度、弯曲时,会产生较大轴向力或倾覆力矩,而导致轴承快速损毁。
发明内容:
为克服现有四点接触球轴承在与轴承座结合应用时,如果安装轴倾斜度偏大或存在长轴挠度、弯曲时,会产生较大轴向力或倾覆力矩,而导致轴承快速损毁的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种非标四点接触外球面球轴承。
非标四点接触外球面球轴承,其至少包括外圈、内圈、以及设于外圈和内圈之间的钢球,钢球与内、外圈环形沟道的接触点的连线与轴承径向平面之间形成第一接触角a1和第二接触角a2,外圈的外表面为外球面。
本发明实施例,既可承受径向载荷,也可承受轴向载荷,或者同时承受径向和轴向的联合载荷,并具有更高的载荷能力,同时还可承受更高的倾覆力矩,将外圈的外表面设计成外球面,在与带内球面安装孔的轴承座相结合应用时,即使受到倾覆力矩,也可通过其外圈的外球面与轴承座安装孔的内球面进行自动调心校正,从而延长轴承产品的使用寿命。

为了使本发明所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,非标四点接触外球面球轴承,其至少包括外圈1、内圈2、以及设于外圈1和内圈2之间的钢球3,钢球3与内、外圈环形沟道的接触点的连线与轴承径向平面之间形成第一接触角a1和第二接触角a2,外圈1的外表面为外球面。
本发明实施例,既可承受径向载荷,也可承受轴向载荷,或者同时承受径向和轴向的联合载荷,并具有更高的载荷能力,同时还可承受更高的倾覆力矩,将外圈的外表面设计成外球面,在与带内球面安装孔的轴承座相结合应用时,即使受到倾覆力矩,也可通过其外圈的外球面与轴承座安装孔的内球面进行自动调心校正,从而延长轴承产品的使用寿命。
进一步地,作为本发明的优选实施方式而非限定,如图1所示,第一接触角a1和第二接触角a2均为28°。在保证轴向承载力的同时,可满足比通常更大的径向承载力需求。
再进一步地,作为本发明的优选实施方式而非限定,如图1所示,轴承左端面和/或右端面均设有防尘组合结构。结构简单,防尘效果良好。
更进一步地,作为本发明的优选实施方式而非限定,如图1所示,防尘组合结构包括设于内圈2与外圈1之间的防尘挡圈21和密封圈11。结构简单,防尘效果良好。
又进一步地,作为本发明的优选实施方式而非限定,如图1所示,本发明的防尘组合结构中,
防尘挡圈21,固设于内圈2外周面,其外侧面与外圈1端面位于同一径向平面;
密封圈11,位于防尘挡圈21内侧,其上端嵌装于外圈1内表面的安装槽,其下端密封唇与内圈2外表面弹性相抵,密封圈11与防尘挡圈21之间形成第一防尘腔室10。结构简单,防尘组合结构安装方便,防尘效果良好。
再进一步地,作为本发明的优选实施方式而非限定,如图1所示,内圈2外周面设有轴向套接部22、以及位于套接部22内侧并高出于套接部22的环形凸起23,防尘挡圈21装设于套接部22,密封圈11的密封唇与套接部22外表面弹性相抵,密封圈11的密封唇内侧面与环形凸起23的外侧面之间形成第二防尘腔室20。第一防尘腔室10与第二防尘腔室20相互隔断,结构简单,形成多重独立的防尘腔室,防尘效果良好。
更进一步地,作为本发明的优选实施方式而非限定,如图1所示,内圈2外周面的环形沟道开设于环形凸起23。结构简单,防尘效果良好,且有利于提高轴承的径向承载能力。
又进一步地,作为本发明的优选实施方式而非限定,如图1所示,内圈2左右两端的套接部22均凸出于外圈1的对应端面。结构简单。
再进一步地,作为本发明的优选实施方式而非限定,如图1所示,外圈1上开设有润滑油孔12,润滑油孔12自外圈1外球面径向贯穿至外圈1内表面。结构简单,润滑效果好。
更进一步地,作为本发明的优选实施方式而非限定,如图1所示,外圈1外球面设有止动球13。在与带内球面安装孔的轴承座相结合应用时,可防止外圈在轴承座中打转旋转。
又进一步地,作为本发明的优选实施方式而非限定,如图2、图3所示,与本发明实施例的非标四点接触外球面球轴承相结合的轴承座4,其开设有轴承安装孔41,该轴承安装孔41的内表面为内球面,组合应用时,外圈1的外球面与轴承座4上的轴承安装孔41的内球面相配合。结构简单,便于轴承外圈的外球面与轴承座安装孔的内球面进行自动调心校正。
再进一步地,作为本发明的优选实施方式而非限定,如图2、图3所示,轴承座4上开设有与止动球13相配合的定位缺口42,该定位缺口42用于防止外圈1相对轴承安装孔41周向旋转。
更进一步地,作为本发明的优选实施方式而非限定,如图3所示,定位缺口42沿轴向开设于内球面上。结构简单。
又进一步地,作为本发明的优选实施方式而非限定,如图2、图3所示,轴承座4内球面上设有两个定位缺口42,两定位缺口42位于轴承座4的同一侧,且相互对称设置。结构简单。
再进一步地,作为本发明的优选实施方式而非限定,如图2、图3所示,轴承座4的外表面设有润滑油加注口43,轴承座4的内球面上开设有润滑油槽44,润滑油槽44与润滑油加注口43相互连通,同时,润滑油槽44也与外圈1上开设的润滑油孔12相互连通。结构简单,润滑效果好。

Claims (10)
1.非标四点接触外球面球轴承,其至少包括外圈、内圈、以及设于外圈和内圈之间的钢球,钢球与内、外圈环形沟道的接触点的连线与轴承径向平面之间形成第一接触角a1和第二接触角a2,其特征在于,外圈的外表面为外球面。
2.如权利要求1所述的非标四点接触外球面球轴承,其特征在于,第一接触角a1和第二接触角a2均为28°。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的非标四点接触外球面球轴承,其特征在于,轴承左端面和/或右端面均设有防尘组合结构。
4.如权利要求3所述的非标四点接触外球面球轴承,其特征在于,防尘组合结构包括设于内圈与外圈之间的防尘挡圈和密封圈。
5.如权利要求4所述的非标四点接触外球面球轴承,其特征在于,
防尘挡圈,固设于内圈外周面,其外侧面与外圈端面位于同一径向平面;
密封圈,位于防尘挡圈内侧,其上端嵌装于外圈内表面的安装槽,其下端密封唇与内圈外表面弹性相抵,密封圈与防尘挡圈之间形成第一防尘腔室。
6.如权利要求5所述的非标四点接触外球面球轴承,其特征在于,内圈外周面设有轴向套接部、以及位于套接部内侧并高出于套接部的环形凸起,防尘挡圈装设于套接部,密封圈的密封唇与套接部外表面弹性相抵,密封圈的密封唇内侧面与环形凸起的外侧面之间形成第二防尘腔室。
7.如权利要求6所述的非标四点接触外球面球轴承,其特征在于,内圈外周面的环形沟道开设于环形凸起。
8.如权利要求7所述的非标四点接触外球面球轴承,其特征在于,内圈左右两端的套接部均凸出于外圈的对应端面。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的非标四点接触外球面球轴承,其特征在于,外圈上开设有润滑油孔,润滑油孔自外圈外球面径向贯穿至外圈内表面。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的非标四点接触外球面球轴承,其特征在于,外圈外球面设有止动球。
