本发明公开了一种涤纶纤维的染色工艺,包括步骤:(1)前处理:将涤纶纤维浸入前处理液中,升温至80‑85℃,保温30‑50min;随后降温至常温并烘干;(2)酶处理:将羊毛织物浸入酶处理液中,酶处理液中含过氧化氢35‑45mL/L,酸性蛋白酶35‑45u/mL,pH为9.6‑10.4,处理时间60‑80min,浴比1:20‑25;(3)染色:在60°C条件下,按照1:10‑15的浴比将涤纶散纤维放入水中,依次加入醋酸、低温染色助剂和分散染料,并搅拌均匀,保持20min;(4)固色:将步骤(3)后的涤纶纤维用固色液蒸汽热蒸1~1.5h,然后冷却至室温;(5)后处理:取出涤纶织物水洗2‑3次,经还原清洗后水洗3‑4次,最后于80‑85℃下将涤纶织物烘干,本发明得到的涤纶纤维具有染色均匀、洗涤不褪色的优点。

一种涤纶纤维的染色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及染色领域,特别涉及一种涤纶纤维的染色工艺。
背景技术
涤纶纤维具有优良的耐热性、耐光性、化学稳定性以及尺寸稳定性等特性,拥有广泛的应用领域,而且随着涤纶差异化率的提高,其应用领域将会不断扩展。但涤纶纤维是一种疏水性强的合成纤维,分子结构中缺少像纤维素分子和蛋白质分子中能够与染料分子发生作用的活性基团,且其分子排列紧密,结晶度高,在常压无合适助剂的条件下,涤纶纤维很难染色,使涤纶织物需采取高压染色工艺,染色设备复杂,故使产品成本提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种涤纶纤维的染色工艺,能够使得涤纶散纤维在染色时具有高色牢度且染色均匀。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种涤纶纤维的染色工艺,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:将涤纶纤维浸入前处理液中,升温至80-85℃,保温30-50min;随后降温至常温并烘干;
(2)酶处理:将羊毛织物浸入酶处理液中,酶处理液中含过氧化氢35-45mL/L,酸性蛋白酶35-45u/mL,pH为9.6-10.4,处理时间60-80min,浴比1:20-25;
(3)染色:在60°C条件下,按照1:10-15的浴比将涤纶散纤维放入水中,依次加入醋酸、低温染色助剂和分散染料,并搅拌均匀,保持20min;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)后的涤纶纤维用固色液蒸汽热蒸1~1.5h,然后冷却至室温;
(5)后处理:取出涤纶织物水洗2-3次,经还原清洗后水洗3-4次,最后于80-85℃下将涤纶织物烘干。
本发明进一步设置为,前处理液用氢氧化钠、无磷去油剂和分散剂配置,氢氧化钠为4~5g/L、无磷去油剂为5~6g/L、分散剂为0.5~1g/L。
本发明进一步设置为,醋酸的加入量为占涤纶散纤维的量比为0.5-2.5%,所述的低温染色助剂的加入量为占涤纶散纤维的重量比为1-3%,所述分散染料的加入量占涤纶散纤维的重量比为1-5%。
本发明进一步设置为,烘干采用悬挂烘干或在烘干机中烘干。
本发明进一步设置为,还原清洗的工艺的参数为:氢氧化钠3g/L,保险粉3g/L,浴比为1:20-30,还原清洗温度为80-88℃,时间为25-30min。
本发明进一步设置为,步骤(5)后还包括抑菌处理步骤:将烘干的涤纶纤维放置在抑菌液中进行处理,抑菌液按照质量份包括:含磷聚马来酸30-40份、次亚磷酸10-20份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯3-5份,处理时间30-60min,温度为常温,此步骤能增加羊毛衫的抗菌效果。
本发明进一步设置为,步骤(4)中的蒸汽热蒸为混合蒸汽湿度25%-50%,温度95-103℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种涤纶纤维染色工艺,通过合理配置染液中的各原料以及助剂,可有效降低涤纶纤维的染色温度,不仅提高了涤纶纤维对染料的吸附性能,而且增强了染料的固色效果,同时降低了能耗,提高生产率,所制备的染色涤纶纤维具有染色均匀、洗涤不褪色的优点,综合性能优异。

实施例1
一种涤纶纤维的染色工艺,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:将涤纶纤维浸入前处理液中,升温至82℃,保温45min;随后降温至常温并烘干,其中前处理液用氢氧化钠、无磷去油剂和分散剂配置,氢氧化钠为4.6g/L、无磷去油剂为5.6g/L、分散剂为0.9g/L;
(2)酶处理:将羊毛织物浸入酶处理液中,酶处理液中含过氧化氢36mL/L,酸性蛋白酶44u/mL,pH为10.3,处理时间75min,浴比1:23;
(3)染色:在60°C条件下,按照1:10的浴比将涤纶散纤维放入水中,依次加入醋酸、低温染色助剂和分散染料,并搅拌均匀,保持20min,其中醋酸的加入量为占涤纶散纤维的量比为2%,的低温染色助剂的加入量为占涤纶散纤维的重量比为3%,分散染料的加入量占涤纶散纤维的重量比为4%;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)后的涤纶纤维用固色液蒸汽热蒸1.3h,其中蒸汽热蒸为混合蒸汽湿度45%,温度102℃,然后冷却至室温;
(5)后处理:取出涤纶织物水洗3次,经还原清洗后水洗3次,最后于81℃下将涤纶织物烘干,烘干使用悬挂烘干或在转筒烘干机上干燥。
实施例2
一种涤纶纤维的染色工艺,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:将涤纶纤维浸入前处理液中,升温至84℃,保温45min;随后降温至常温并烘干,其中前处理液用氢氧化钠、无磷去油剂和分散剂配置,氢氧化钠为4.5g/L、无磷去油剂为5.5g/L、分散剂为0.8g/L;
(2)酶处理:将羊毛织物浸入酶处理液中,酶处理液中含过氧化氢41mL/L,酸性蛋白酶38u/mL,pH为9.9,处理时间70min,浴比1:22;
(3)染色:在60°C条件下,按照1:13的浴比将涤纶散纤维放入水中,依次加入醋酸、低温染色助剂和分散染料,并搅拌均匀,保持20min,其中醋酸的加入量为占涤纶散纤维的量比为0.5-2.5%,的低温染色助剂的加入量为占涤纶散纤维的重量比为2%,分散染料的加入量占涤纶散纤维的重量比为3%;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)后的涤纶纤维用固色液蒸汽热蒸1.2h,其中蒸汽热蒸为混合蒸汽湿度35%,温度100℃,然后冷却至室温;
(5)后处理:取出涤纶织物水洗2次,经还原清洗后水洗4次,最后于83℃下将涤纶织物烘干,烘干使用悬挂烘干或在转筒烘干机上干燥。
实施例3
一种涤纶纤维的染色工艺,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:将涤纶纤维浸入前处理液中,升温至82℃,保温40min;随后降温至常温并烘干,其中前处理液用氢氧化钠、无磷去油剂和分散剂配置,氢氧化钠为5g/L、无磷去油剂为5g/L、分散剂为0.8g/L;
(2)酶处理:将羊毛织物浸入酶处理液中,酶处理液中含过氧化氢40mL/L,酸性蛋白酶40u/mL,pH为9.7,处理时间60min,浴比1:20;
(3)染色:在60°C条件下,按照1:10的浴比将涤纶散纤维放入水中,依次加入醋酸、低温染色助剂和分散染料,并搅拌均匀,保持20min,其中醋酸的加入量为占涤纶散纤维的量比为1%,的低温染色助剂的加入量为占涤纶散纤维的重量比为2%,分散染料的加入量占涤纶散纤维的重量比为2%;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)后的涤纶纤维用固色液蒸汽热蒸1.1h,其中蒸汽热蒸为混合蒸汽湿度30%,温度98℃,然后冷却至室温;
(5)后处理:取出涤纶织物水洗2次,经还原清洗后水洗4次,最后于82℃下将涤纶织物烘干,烘干使用悬挂烘干或在转筒烘干机上干燥;
(6)抑菌处理步骤:将烘干的涤纶纤维放置在抑菌液中进行处理,抑菌液按照质量份包括:含磷聚马来酸30份、次亚磷酸20份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯3份,处理时间50min,温度为常温。
实施例4
一种涤纶纤维的染色工艺,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:将涤纶纤维浸入前处理液中,升温至85℃,保温50min;随后降温至常温并烘干,其中前处理液用氢氧化钠、无磷去油剂和分散剂配置,氢氧化钠为5g/L、无磷去油剂为5g/L、分散剂为1g/L;
(2)酶处理:将羊毛织物浸入酶处理液中,酶处理液中含过氧化氢45mL/L,酸性蛋白酶45u/mL,pH为9.7,处理时间65min,浴比1:20;
(3)染色:在60°C条件下,按照1:10-15的浴比将涤纶散纤维放入水中,依次加入醋酸、低温染色助剂和分散染料,并搅拌均匀,保持20min,其中醋酸的加入量为占涤纶散纤维的量比为2.5%,的低温染色助剂的加入量为占涤纶散纤维的重量比为3%,分散染料的加入量占涤纶散纤维的重量比为2%;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)后的涤纶纤维用固色液蒸汽热蒸1.5h,其中蒸汽热蒸为混合蒸汽湿度50%,温度103℃,然后冷却至室温;
(5)后处理:取出涤纶织物水洗3次,经还原清洗后水洗4次,最后于85℃下将涤纶织物烘干,烘干使用悬挂烘干或在转筒烘干机上干燥;
(6)抑菌处理步骤:将烘干的涤纶纤维放置在抑菌液中进行处理,抑菌液按照质量份包括:含磷聚马来酸35份、次亚磷酸15份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯5份,处理时间60min,温度为常温。
实施例5
一种涤纶纤维的染色工艺,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:将涤纶纤维浸入前处理液中,升温至80℃,保温30min;随后降温至常温并烘干,其中前处理液用氢氧化钠、无磷去油剂和分散剂配置,氢氧化钠为4g/L、无磷去油剂为5g/L、分散剂为1g/L;

(4)固色:将步骤(3)后的涤纶纤维用固色液蒸汽热蒸1h,其中蒸汽热蒸为混合蒸汽湿度25%,温度95℃,然后冷却至室温;
(5)后处理:取出涤纶织物水洗2次,经还原清洗后水洗3次,最后于80℃下将涤纶织物烘干,烘干使用悬挂烘干或在转筒烘干机上干燥;
(6)抑菌处理步骤:将烘干的羊毛衫织物放置在抑菌液中进行处理,抑菌液按照质量份包括:含磷聚马来酸40份、次亚磷酸20份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯4份,处理时间30min,温度为常温。

Claims (7)

1.一种涤纶纤维的染色工艺,其特征在于,包括步骤:
(1)前处理:将涤纶纤维浸入前处理液中,升温至80-85℃,保温30-50min;随后降温至常温并烘干;
(2)酶处理:将羊毛织物浸入酶处理液中,酶处理液中含过氧化氢35-45mL/L,酸性蛋白酶35-45u/mL,pH为9.6-10.4,处理时间60-80min,浴比1:20-25;
(3)染色:在60°C条件下,按照1:10-15的浴比将涤纶散纤维放入水中,依次加入醋酸、低温染色助剂和分散染料,并搅拌均匀,保持20min;
(4)固色:将步骤(3)后的涤纶纤维用固色液蒸汽热蒸1~1.5h,然后冷却至室温;
(5)后处理:取出涤纶织物水洗2-3次,经还原清洗后水洗3-4次,最后于80-85℃下将涤纶织物烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶纤维的染色工艺,其特征在于,所述前处理液用氢氧化钠、无磷去油剂和分散剂配置,氢氧化钠为4~5g/L、无磷去油剂为5~6g/L、分散剂为0.5~1g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶纤维的染色工艺,其特征在于,醋酸的加入量为占涤纶散纤维的量比为0.5-2.5%,所述的低温染色助剂的加入量为占涤纶散纤维的重量比为1-3%,所述分散染料的加入量占涤纶散纤维的重量比为1-5%。
