本发明属于营养保健食品领域,具体涉及一种增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂及其制作方法。
背景技术
维生素是维持人体生命活动必需的一类有机物质,也是保持人体健康的重要活性物质。维生素在体内的含量很少,但在人体生长、代谢、发育过程中却发挥着重要的作用。各种维生素的化学结构以及性质虽然不同,但它们却有着以下共同点:维生素均以维生素原的形式存在于食物中;维生素不是构成机体组织和细胞的组成成分,也不会产生能量,但它的作用主要是参与机体代谢的调节是机体酶系统中辅酶的重要组成成分。人体对维生素的需要量很小,日需要量常以毫克(mg)或微克(ug)计算,但一旦缺乏就会引发相应的维生素缺乏,对人体健康造成损害。大多数的维生素,机体不能合成或合成量不足,不能满足机体的需要,必须经常通过食物中获得。健康人的胃肠道内寄居着种类繁多的微生物,这些微生物称为肠道菌群。肠道益生菌的生理作用之一是补充人体维生素,益生菌产生各种维生素,同时抑制某些的分解来保障供养。
随着现代生活节奏加快,工作紧张程度增强,不少的年轻人,尤其是白领一族,因没时间调理膳食,多以快餐充饥。早餐匆匆抓个馒头或两根油条了事,中餐则不是康师傅方便就是洋快餐。热量、脂肪勉强能够满足人体需要,但由于没有蔬菜水果而使维生素缺乏。如此长期下去极易引起维生素缺乏症,使身体内许多酶的代谢活性下降,免疫力低下,抗病能力差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂,该复合维生素制剂在补充维生素的同时能够有效调节肠道菌群,促进益生菌在肠道内增值生长。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂的制作方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是提供一种增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂,该复合维生素按以下重量份数的原料制成:维生素50~200份、益生菌5~25份、益生元15~75份。
作为优选地,制备所述增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂的原料还包括钙盐、吐温80和甘油,所述钙盐的重量份数为10~30份,所述吐温80的重量份数为20~30份,所述甘油的重量份数为20~30份。
作为优选地,按以下重量份数的原料制成:维生素80~150份、益生菌10~16份、益生元25~50份、钙盐14~23份、吐温80 24~27份、甘油25~26份。
作为优选地,所述维生素为维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E中的两种或多种。
作为优选地,所述益生菌为鼠李糖乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌中的三种或多种。
作为优选地,所述益生菌的活菌量为109-1010CFU/g。

本发明还提供一种增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比将维生素、吐温、甘油和纯化水混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合物;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合物中加入配方量的益生菌、益生元和钙盐,混合均匀,即得有增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
本发明的增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂按以下重量份数的原料制成:维生素50~200份、益生菌5~25份、益生元15~75份、钙盐10~30份、吐温80 20~30份、甘油20~30份。甘油可对脂溶性的维生素进行包被,增加了维生素在水中的稳定性,同时增加了在水中的溶解性和提高了动物的吸收利用;吐温80能够保持各种维生素相对的独立,减少了维生素相互间的影响,特别是维生素C与维生素B族之间的反应;益生元是指不易被消化的食品成分通过选择性的刺激一种或几种菌落中的细菌的生长与活性而对寄主产生有益的影响从而改善寄主健康的物质;钙盐可治疗急性血钙缺乏症、防治慢性营养性钙缺乏症、抗炎、抗过敏。
进一步的,该增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂按以下重量份数的原料制成:维生素80~150份、益生菌10~16份、益生元25~50份、钙盐14~23份、吐温80 24~27份、甘油25~26份。
本发明的维生素为维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E中的两种或多种。维生素 A 具有促进生长,维持上皮组织正常功能的作用,并参与视紫红质的合成,增强视网膜的感光力。缺少维生素A易患夜盲症。维生素B包括B1、B2、B6、B12、生物素、叶酸、烟酸、泛酸。维生素D有五种化合物,能调节钙、磷的代谢,促进骨骼的正常生长,对健康关系较密切的是维生素D2和维生素D3。维生素 E 包括生育酚类、三烯生育酚类,都有抗氧化功能,为正常生长和生育所必需。
本发明的益生菌为鼠李糖乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌中的三种或多种。鼠李糖乳杆菌具有高效降胆固醇,促进细胞分裂,可起到调节肠道菌群、预防和治疗腹泻、排除毒素、预防龋齿、提高机体免疫力及抗癌等重要的生理保健功能。嗜酸乳杆菌在肠道内发酵后,可产生乳酸和醋酸,能提高钙、磷、铁的利用率,促进铁和维生素D的吸收,产生维生素K及维生素B,还可以减少胆固醇的吸收,并能降低辐射对人体的伤害。植物乳杆菌具有很多的保健作用,如有一定的免疫调节作用对致病菌有抑制作用,降低血清胆固醇含量和预防心血管疾病,维持肠道内菌群平衡,促进营养物质吸收,缓解乳糖不耐症,抑制肿瘤细胞的形成等。干酪乳杆菌具有良好的耐酸及胆汁抗性,可降低血浆胆固醇,增强宿主对微生物病原体的非特异性抵抗力,加快清除肠道内病原体,治疗肠道菌群紊乱和增强肠道透性,从而防止食物过敏和急性腹泻。此外,干酪乳杆菌还可使抗低密度氧化脂抗体和淋巴细胞增加,使粒细胞的噬菌作用明显增强,对宿主进行免疫调节,防止肿瘤的产生。

将50g维生素A、20g维生素D3、50g维生素E、20g维生素B1、20g维生素B2、10g维生素B6、5g维生素B12、20g维生素C、5g生物素、30g吐温80、30g甘油和纯化水混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合物;向上述混合物中加入5g鼠李糖乳杆菌、4g长双歧杆菌、3g嗜酸乳杆菌、4g干酪乳杆菌、4g发酵乳杆菌、25g低聚果糖、25g低聚麦芽糖、25g低聚木糖、15g柠檬酸钙、15g葡萄糖酸钙,混合均匀,即得有增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂。
实施例3
将25g维生素A、25g维生素D3、25g维生素E、25g维生素B1、25g维生素C、25g吐温80、25.5g甘油和纯化水混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合物;向上述混合物中加入3g鼠李糖乳杆菌、4g两歧双歧杆菌、3g嗜酸乳杆菌、5g干酪乳杆菌、10g低聚果糖、12g低聚半乳糖、13g低聚异麦芽糖,混合均匀,即得增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂。
功能试验
受试动物:体重为20± 2g的SPF级昆明种雌性小鼠20只。每10只分为一组,共2组。每组分别对应空白组、实施例1的增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂进行试验。
剂量及用法:以灌胃方式给予受试动物,每日灌胃1次,灌胃体积为0.2ml/10g.bw,空白对照组灌给予等量蒸馏水,连续灌胃14d。
试验方法:肠道菌群的计数:给予受试物前及最后一次给受试药物后24h,无菌采取小鼠粪便,放入已灭菌的装有3ml稀释液的试管中,称重后震荡摇匀,使粪便完全均质于稀释液中。采取10倍系列稀释至10-8。选择合适的稀释度分别接种在各培养基上培养益生菌。培养48~72h后,以菌落形态,革兰氏染色镜检计数菌落,计算每克湿便中的各益生菌菌落数,去对数后进行统计处理。
测试结果见表1。从表中数据可以看出,本发明的增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂可有效增值肠道益生菌,调整肠道菌群。

Claims (9)
1.一种增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂,其特征在于:按以下重量份数的原料制成:维生素50~200份、益生菌5~25份、益生元15~75份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂,其特征在于:制备所述增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂的原料还包括钙盐、吐温80和甘油,所述钙盐的重量份数为10~30份,所述吐温80的重量份数为20~30份,所述甘油的重量份数为20~30份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂,其特征在于:按以下重量份数的原料制成:维生素80~150份、益生菌10~16份、益生元25~50份、钙盐14~23份、吐温80 24~27份、甘油25~26份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂,其特征在于:所述维生素为维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E中的两种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂,其特征在于:所述益生菌为鼠李糖乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌中的三种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂,其特征在于:所述益生菌的活菌量为109-1010CFU/g。
7.根据权利要求1所述的增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂,其特征在于:所述益生元为低聚果糖、低聚木糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚麦芽糖中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂,其特征在于:所述钙盐为碳酸钙、醋酸钙、柠檬酸钙、磷酸氢钙、乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙中的一种或多种。
9.一种增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比将维生素、吐温、甘油和纯化水混合,搅拌均匀得到混合物;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合物中加入配方量的益生菌、益生元和钙盐,混合均匀,即得有增殖肠道益生菌的多联复合维生素制剂。
