Abstract

本发明涉及一种治疗盆腔炎的内服中药组合物，包括下述重量份数配比的药材：春树根皮20‑40，蛇莓20‑40，败酱草20‑40，红藤20‑40。其特征在于还包括下述重量配比的药材：茯苓15‑30，桂枝10‑30，苡仁15‑30，丹参15‑30，元胡15‑30，泽兰10‑20，刘寄奴10‑20，血竭3‑10，水蛭3‑10。将上述药材清洗烘干研成细面，过100‑120目筛，消毒后制成各种常规内服剂型。例如：将这些原料研成粉混合均匀制成散剂冲服或制成其他水丸、蜜丸、胶丸等口服剂型，也可以直接制成汤药口服。日1剂，煎水2至3次服完，制成丸剂时，每天服用量为生药粉12‑15克，二周为一个疗程，一般连用2‑3个疗程。本发明的优点是配伍合理，服用方便，疗效可靠，无毒副作用，治愈高，追访一年未见复发。

技术领域
本发明涉及中医药学领域，特别涉及一种治疗盆腔炎的内服中药组合物。
背景技术
盆腔炎是由一般化脓菌引起的内生殖器和周围组织的炎性疾病并伴有纤维组织增生，形成黏连、瘢痕和包块、积水等。临床上主要以小腹胀痛、腰酸腰痛、带下、月经不调为主要特征。中医学认为盆腔炎的病因为邪毒入侵，客于胞脉，以致气血瘀滞，冲任受阻，带脉失司所致。“气有一息之不通，则血有一息之不行。”中医治疗盆腔炎有着独特的优势，经检索发现用药红藤、茯苓、桂枝、丹参、元胡等组成，通过临床使用验证，对盆腔炎治疗疗效不尽人意。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服已有技术的治疗效果差的缺点，提供一种具有配伍完善，无毒副作用，疗效可靠的治疗盆腔炎的内服中药组合物。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案。
一种治疗盆腔炎的中药组合物，包括下述重量份数配比的药材：春树根皮30，蛇莓30，败酱草30，红藤30。其特征在于还包括下述重量配比的药材：茯苓20，桂枝15，苡仁20，丹参20，元胡15，刘寄奴15，泽兰15，血竭5，水蛭6。
将上述药材清洗烘干研成细面，过100-120目筛，消毒后制成各种常规内服剂型。例如：将这些原料研成粉混合均匀制成散剂冲服或制成其他水丸、蜜丸、胶丸等口服剂型，也可以直接制成汤药口服。早晚分服，每次服含生药6克，二周为一疗程，一般用2-3个月疗程。
本发明特点是内服中药组合物治疗盆腔炎，其优点是配伍合理 ，服用方便，疗效可靠，无毒副作用，治愈率高，追访一年未见复发。
具体实施方式
实施1：取春树根皮20，蛇莓20，败酱草20，红藤20,茯苓10，桂枝10，苡仁15，丹参15，元胡10，泽兰10，刘寄奴10，血竭3，水蛭10。将上述药材清洗烘干研成细面，过1001-120目筛，消毒后制成各种常规内服剂型。例如：将这些原料研成粉混合均匀制成散剂冲服或制成其他水丸、蜜丸、胶丸等口服剂型，也可以直接制成汤药口服。早晚分服，每次服含生药粉6克。治疗50例患者，服用一个月后考核临床疗效，治愈28例，有效15例，无效7例，总治愈率为56%，有效率83%，无效为17%。
实施例2：取春树根皮30，蛇莓30，败酱草30，红藤30,茯苓20，桂枝15，苡仁20，丹参20，元胡15，泽兰15，刘寄奴20，血竭5，水蛭6。
将上述药材清洗烘干研成细面，过100-120目筛，消毒后制成各种常规内服剂型。例如：将这些原料研成粉混合均匀制成散剂冲服或制成其他水丸、蜜丸、胶丸等口服剂型，也可以直接制成汤药口服。早晚分服，每次服含生药粉6克，治疗50例患者，此比例配药患者服药后无任何毒副反应。服用一个月后考核临床疗效，治愈35例，有效12例，无效3例。总治愈率70%，有效率94%，无效为6%。该发明取得了较为满意的临床疗效。可见春树根皮、蛇莓、泽兰、刘寄奴、血竭、水蛭在配伍中起着显著的作用，也是本发明的关键所在。
以下通过临床疗效观察进一步阐述本发明内服中药的效果。
1、一般资料。
以治门诊患者一共100例，年龄18-48岁。
2、疗效标准。
按《中医病症诊断疗效标准》中盆腔炎疗效标准为治疗依据。
治愈：症状消失，体征及检查指标恢复正常；好转：症状改善，体征及检查指标有所好转；未愈：症状及体征检查指标均无变化。
3、治疗方法：分治疗组和对照组。
治疗组：各组分别50例。取实施2配方，每日2次，每次5粒，二周为一个疗程，连用3个疗程。治愈35例，有效12例，无效3例。治疗率70%，总有效率94%，无效6%。
对照组：取桂枝茯苓丸，每日2次，每次6g，二周为一疗程，连用3个疗程。治愈20例，有效6例，无效14例，治愈率40%，总有效率68%，无效32%。
治疗结果：通过二组疗效比较，本发明治疗治愈率高，疗效可靠，无毒副作用，追访一年未见复发。
中药内服治疗盆腔炎的中医理论和用药依据。
中医认为，本病由湿热之邪损伤胞脉，胞脉受伤易感受邪毒，邪毒侵入胞宫，以及气血瘀滞，冲任受阻，带脉失司，故见腰酸腰痛，小腹坠痛，带下，月经不调。可见，本病的病理机制是脾虚湿胜，毒邪，瘀滞，针对病机选择具有清热解毒，逐瘀，健脾利湿消肿，活血调经止痛功效的中药，是在中医理论指导下的具体用药的典范，更体现了中医理论指导临床的现实意义。
用药依据：春树根皮燥湿清热，固下止血；蛇莓清热解毒，凉血散瘀；败酱草清热解毒，祛瘀止痛；红藤清热解毒，活血止痛；茯苓利水渗湿，健脾宁心；桂枝温经通脉，通阳化气；苡仁利水渗湿，健脾排脓；丹参活血调经，凉血消痛；元胡活血行气止痛；泽兰、刘寄奴活血调经，利水消肿；血竭活血化瘀止痛；水蛭破血逐瘀通经。
现代药理证明，清热解毒逐瘀，活血调经止痛，具有明显的抗炎作用，不但能扩张外周血管，改善局部血液循环，更重要的是能增强自身的免疫功能，从而达到治愈的目的。
纵观本发明，配伍严谨，君、臣、佐、使分明，切中盆腔炎的病机，符合盆腔炎的发生和发展的治疗原则。
典型病例。
病例1：邢某某，女，30岁，教师，小腹坠痛，带下较多，月经前后不定，B超显示：盆腔积液，于2014年3月服本发明连服一个月，诸症明显好转，彩超复查：盆腔积液消失，追访一年未见复发。
病例2：夏某，女，42岁，工人，腰酸腰痛，小腹胀痛，白带较多，色黄，2014年5月做彩超显示为：盆腔炎（有积液），服用本发明一个月，症状消失，彩超复查，盆腔炎消失，追访一年未见复发。

1.一种治疗盆腔炎的内服中药组合物，其特征在于由下述重量份数配比的药材组成：春树根皮30，蛇莓30，败酱草30，红藤30，茯苓20，桂枝15，苡仁20，丹参20，元胡15，刘寄奴15，泽兰15，血竭5，水蛭6。
