技术领域
本发明涉及一种电连接器,尤其是指一种能够改善高频特性的电连接器。
背景技术
随着现今科学技术的发展,电连接器的种类越来越多,应用的领域越来越广泛,因此对电连接器的要求越来越高,包括电连接器的高速率传输和小型化设计等方面。
习用的电连接器通常包括有绝缘本体和收容于绝缘本体内的端子以及包覆绝缘本体外的外壳。其中,如插槽类电连接器的端子一般为弹性端子,而将弹性端子固定于绝缘本体时为了弹性端子在与对接元件接触时能够正常的弹性变形,需要将弹性端子很长的一段凸伸出本体外而暴露于空气当中。而为了达到理想的高频特性,需要使端子位于绝缘本体内的部分和位于绝缘本体外的部分的阻抗达到一个平衡值,当弹性端子很长的一段暴露于空气当中时,由于绝缘本体和空气的介电常数存在差异,暴露于空气当中的部分之阻抗相对位于绝缘本体内的部分之阻抗要高,因此会使高频特性受到影响。
因此,有必要设计一种新的电连接器,以克服上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的创作目的在于提供一种能够改善高频特性的电连接器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电连接器,供一对接元件对接,其特征在于,包括:一主体,所述主体沿横向延伸;多个端子固定于所述主体且沿横向排列;至少一绝缘件与所述主体连接且设置在所述端子上方,当所述对接元件对接时,所述端子与所述对接元件电性连接且朝向所述绝缘件接触,使所述绝缘件同时在上下方向和前后方向上位移。
进一步,所述主体上具有一接地件,所述接地件延伸至少一固定臂与所述绝缘件连接。
进一步,所述端子包括至少一对差分信号端子,所述绝缘件贴附于所述差分信号端子的表面或不贴附于所述差分信号端子的表面。
进一步,所述对接元件未对接时所述绝缘件与所述端子的接触面积小于所述对接元件完全对接时的接触面积。
进一步,所述绝缘件具有一倾斜面,在所述对接元件未对接时所述倾斜面的一部分与所述绝缘件不接触,而在所述对接元件完全对接后与所述绝缘件接触。

【具体实施方式】
为便于更好的理解本发明的目的、结构、特征以及功效等,现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
请参照图1至图7,为本发明的一种电连接器100的第一实施例,所述电连接器100焊接于一电路板200上,用于与一对接元件300对接,具有一主体A(由一上绝缘本体1和一下绝缘本体2组成)、一接地件3、多个端子4、多个绝缘件5、一外壳6。
请参照图1至图3,所述上绝缘本体1和所述下绝缘本体2在上下方向上(相当于竖直方向)组装而形成所述主体A,所述上绝缘本体1包括一基部11、多个第一凹槽12、多个第二凹槽13和两固持槽14。所述基部11的中央于外表面凹设有多个基槽111,所述基槽111沿横向方向排列,相邻的所述基槽111之间由一隔栏112相隔开。所述第一凹槽12位于所述基部11前后的相对两侧,位于前方的所述第一凹槽12和位于后方的所述第一凹槽12位于同一直线上且均与所述基槽111隔离设置而未连通。所述第二凹槽13设置于所述基部11的前侧,与所述第一凹槽12均沿横向方向排列且间隔设置,所述第二凹槽13与所述基槽111相连通。两所述固持槽14分别位于所述基部11横向的两端,与最外侧的所述隔栏112相邻设置。所述下绝缘本体2与所述上绝缘本体1结构类似故不再赘述。
请参照图1和图3、图4,所述接地件3的数量为两个,结构相同,上下对称设置而分别固定于所述上绝缘本体1和所述下绝缘本体2中。以位于上方的所述接地件3为例,所述接地件3包括一基板31、由所述基板31横向两端分别向下弯折延伸的固持臂32和自所述基板31前后两侧对称延伸的多个弹片33以及自所述基板31前侧弯折延伸的多个固定臂34。所述基板31设置在所述基槽111的上侧,多个所述隔栏112的上表面抵持所述基板31的下表面以为所述接地件3提供支撑。所述固持臂32弯折延伸而进入所述固持槽14内,为所述接地件3提供固持而不易松脱。所述弹片33进入所述第一凹槽12而位于所述第一凹槽12内;所述固定臂34进入所述第二凹槽13内且所述固定臂34的前端凸伸出所述第二凹槽13的前端面。
请参照图1至图5,多个所述端子4分为上下两排而分别注塑成型于所述上绝缘本体1和所述下绝缘本体2中,位于上下两排的所述端子4沿横向排列且结构相同。以位于上排的所述端子4为例,每一所述端子4包括一延伸段B(由一接触部41和一连接部42组成)、一固持部43、一凸伸部44和一焊接部45。所述接触部41具有弹性,位于所述端子4的前端,与所述对接元件300电性接触时能够向上弹性变形。所述连接部42自所述接触部41向后延伸,位于所述上绝缘本体1的前方,能跟随所述接触部41以相同的方向移动。所述固持部43自所述连接部42向后延伸且位于所述上绝缘本体1内用以固持所述端子4;所述凸伸部44和所述焊接部45自所述固持部43依序向后延伸而暴露于所述上绝缘本体1之外,所述焊接部45具有弹性,在将所述电连接器100夹持所述电路板200时能起到导引的作用而不会造成所述端子4的损坏。每一端子4包括五对差分信号对46和分隔每一所述差分信号对46的多个接地端子47,每一差分信号对46包括相邻设置的一第一差分信号端子461和一第二差分信号端子462。每一所述接地端子47的所述固持部43部分显露于所述第一凹槽12内与所述弹片33接触。
请参照图1至图5,所述绝缘件5分成上下两排且与所述上绝缘本体1和下绝缘本体2分开成型,所述绝缘件5上下对称设置且与所述固定臂34注塑成型固定以与所述上绝缘本体1和所述下绝缘本体2实现连接。在本实施例中所述绝缘件5为塑胶材料,在其它实施例中可以为介电常数比空气大的其它绝缘材料。以位于上方的所述绝缘件5为例,所述绝缘件5位于所述第二凹槽13前方,设置在所述差分信号对46的所述连接部42上,位于所述第一差分信号端子461和所述第二差分信号端子462相对远离的横向边缘之间。位于上方的所述绝缘件5具有自前向后倾斜向上延伸的一第一倾斜面51,位于下方的所述绝缘件5具有自前向后向下倾斜延伸的的一第二倾斜面51',所述第一倾斜面51和所述第二倾斜面51'均具有前后设置的一第一区域511和一第二区域512,所述第二区域512的长度和面积都大于所述第一区域511对应的长度和面积。
请参照图5和图7,图7中的虚线部分表示未与所述对接元件300对接之前的状态,在未与所述对接元件300对接之前,所述第一区域511与所述连接部42抵持,所述第二区域512与所述连接部42具有间隙而未与所述连接部42接触。
请参照图6和图7,图7中的实线部分表示与所述对接元件300对接后的状态,当所述对接元件300完全对接后,所述接触部41与所述对接元件300电性接触,位于上方和位于下方的所述接触部41在所述对接元件300的作用下分别朝上和朝下移动,而所述接触部41的移动会带动所述连接部42朝与所述接触部41相同的方向移动,因此位于上方和位于下方的所述绝缘块5会分别被所述连接部42带动,位于上方的所述绝缘件5会同时向上和向后位移,位于下方的所述绝缘件5会同时向下和向后位移。同时,所述第一区域511和所述第二区域512贴附于所述连接部42的表面与所述连接部42接触,此时所述连接部42与所述绝缘件5的所述第一倾斜面51和所述第二倾斜面51'的接触面积达到最大。而在另一种情况中,当所述连接部42在上下方向有足够的变形量时,会使所述绝缘件5也产生较大位移,此时,所述绝缘件5会给所述固定臂34施加一个向后的作用力,所述固定臂34向后移动会使得所述绝缘件5也向后移动,因此所述绝缘件5除了同时在上下方向和前后方向上位移之外,还会在前后方向上与所述端子4有相对位移(未图示)。另外,在整个对接过程中,所述绝缘件5不与所述对接元件300接触。所述绝缘件5和所述下绝缘本体2以及位于下排的所述端子4之间的位置关系与以上所述相同故不再赘述。
请参照图1和图2,所述外壳6包围所述上绝缘本体1和所述下绝缘本体2以及所述接地件4。所述外壳6具有一插口61以及位于所述插口61上下两侧的多个让位槽62。所述插口61与所述让位槽62相连通,用于供所述对接元件300插入以完成对接。所述接触部41显露于所述插口61,用于与所述对接元件300电性连接,所述连接部42和所述绝缘件5收容于所述让位槽62且能在所述让位槽62内上下移动。
请参照图8和图9,为本发明的第二实施例,图中虚线表示在所述对接元件300未对接时所述绝缘件5和所述端子4的状态,与第一实施例的不同之处仅在于,在所述对接元件300未对接时,所述绝缘件5处于悬空状态,与所述差分信号对46的所述连接部42之间具有间隙,即所述第一区域511和所述第二区域512均不与所述连接部42接触。在所述对接元件300对接时,所述对接元件300与所述接触部41电性接触且带动所述接触部41移动,所述接触部41移动带动所述连接部42移动,因此所述连接部42朝远离所述对接元件300的方向移动,与所述第一区域511和所述第二区域512接触而带动所述绝缘件5在上下方向和前后方向位移。
请参照图10和图11,为本发明的第三实施例,实施例的不同之处在于,所述接地件4未设置所述固定臂34,所述绝缘块5'直接注塑成型而包覆在所述差分信号对46的所述连接部42'之外,在与所述对接元件300对接时,所述差分信号对46的所述接触部41'与所述对接元件300电性连接而移动至所述接触部41所在位置,从而所述连接部42'会与所述绝缘件5'一起朝远离所述对接元件300的方向位移而达到所述连接部42和所述绝缘件5所在的位置,在整个对接过程中,所述绝缘件5'不与所述对接元件300接触且与所述差分信号对46维持相同的接触面积。
综上所述,本发明的电连接器具有以下有益效果:
1.另外设置介电常数比空气大的所述绝缘件5与所述差分信号对46接触,在保证所述端子4与所述对接元件300对接过程中能正常弹性变形的同时,还能降低所述差分信号对46的阻抗,使所述端子4暴露于空气的部分与位于所述上绝缘本体1和所述下绝缘本体2内的部分的阻抗达到平衡,达到改善高频特性的目的。
2.所述绝缘件5设有所述第一倾斜面51和所述第二倾斜面51',在所述连接部42移动以接触所述绝缘件5时,能够保证两者之间的接触面积足够大,保证阻抗的调节效果。
3.在所述对接元件300完全对接时,所述绝缘件5与所述连接部42的接触面积达到最大值,能够达到最佳的阻抗调节效果。
4.所述绝缘件5与所述固定臂34注塑成型使所述绝缘件5达到更好的固定。
5. 在所述对接元件对接时,所述对接元件300与所述端子4电性接触,所述端子4在上下方向弹性变形而接触所述绝缘件5,能更好的提供正向力,使所述端子4与所述对接元件300接触更稳固。
6.所述绝缘件5设置于所述连接部42且位于所述让位槽62而未显露于所述插口61,能防止所述对接元件300与所述绝缘件5接触而造成所述接触部41与所述对接元件300未充分接触,从而影响所述电连接器100的性能。
7.在所述对接元件300未对接时,所述绝缘件5与所述端子4不接触而具有一间隙,所述对接元件300对接时所需的插入力更小,更容易插入。
8.所述绝缘件5'注塑成型于所述端子4上,保证所述绝缘件5'与所述端子4有足够的接触面积,能防止所述对接元件300在对接时未为所述端子4提供足够的力,使得所述端子4与所述绝缘件5'未充分接触,而未达到调节阻抗的目的。

Claims (20)

1.一种电连接器,供一对接元件对接,其特征在于,包括:
一主体,所述主体沿横向延伸;
多个端子固定于所述主体且沿横向排列;
至少一绝缘件与所述主体连接且设置在所述端子上方,当所述对接元件对接时,所述端子与所述对接元件电性连接且朝向所述绝缘件接触,使所述绝缘件同时在上下方向和前后方向上位移。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述主体上具有一接地件,所述接地件延伸至少一固定臂与所述绝缘件连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子包括至少一对差分信号端子,所述绝缘件贴附于所述差分信号端子的表面或不贴附于所述差分信号端子的表面。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述对接元件未对接时所述绝缘件与所述端子的接触面积小于所述对接元件完全对接时的接触面积。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘件具有一倾斜面,在所述对接元件未对接时所述倾斜面的一部分与所述绝缘件不接触,而在所述对接元件完全对接后与所述绝缘件接触。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述倾斜面为所述绝缘件的下表面,所述倾斜面自前向后倾斜向上延伸,所述倾斜面包括前后设置的一第一区域和一第二区域,所述对接元件未对接,只有所述第一区域与所述端子上表面接触,当所述对接元件对接且与所述端子的下表面接触,所述第一区域和所述第二区域均与所述端子的上表面接触。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘件和所述对接元件不接触。
8.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子包括一延伸段,所述延伸段延伸出所述主体,所述绝缘件设置于所述延伸段上。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述延伸段包括位于前端的一接触部和自所述接触部向后延伸的一连接部,所述接触部与所述对接元件电性连接,所述绝缘件位于所述连接部正上方。
10.如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于:包括一外壳,所述外壳收容所述主体、所述端子和所述绝缘件,所述外壳具有一插口和多个让位槽,多个所述让位槽位于所述插口的一侧且与所述插口连通,所述绝缘件收容于所述让位槽内,所述延伸段收容于所述让位槽内且部分显露于所述插口。
11.一种电连接器,供一对接元件对接,其特征在于,包括:
一主体,所述主体沿横向延伸;
多个端子固定于所述主体,所述端子沿横向排列且至少包括一对差分信号端子;
至少一绝缘件与所述主体连接且设置在所述差分信号端子上,或至少一绝缘件直接固定于所述差分信号端子上,当所述对接元件对接时,所述对接元件与所述端子电性接触,所述差分信号端子与所述绝缘件接触且带动所述绝缘件位移。
12.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述主体上具有一接地件,所述接地件延伸至少一固定臂与所述绝缘件连接。
13.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘件贴附于所述差分信号端子的表面或注塑成型而包覆在所述差分信号端子外。
14.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述对接元件未对接时所述绝缘件与所述差分信号端子的接触面积和所述对接元件完全对接时的接触面积相同。
15.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述对接元件未对接时所述绝缘件与所述差分信号端子的接触面积不同于所述对接元件完全对接时的接触面积。
16.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述对接元件完全对接时与所述差分信号端子的下表面电性接触,所述绝缘件具有一倾斜面,所述倾斜面与所述差分信号端子上表面的接触面积达到最大值。
17.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘件具有一倾斜面,所述倾斜面自前向后倾斜向上延伸,所述倾斜面包括前后设置的一第一区域和一第二区域,当所述对接元件未对接,所述第一区域与所述差分端子上表面的接触面积大于所述第二区域与所述差分端子上表面的接触面积,当所述对接元件完全对接,所述第一区域与所述差分端子上表面的接触面积小于所述第二区域与所述差分端子上表面的接触面积。
18.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:当所述对接元件对接时,所述差分信号端子和所述对接元件以及所述绝缘件接触,所述绝缘件同时在竖直方向和前后方向上位移。
19.如权利要求11所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子包括一延伸段,所述延伸段延伸出所述主体,所述绝缘件设置于所述延伸段上。
20.如权利要求19所述的电连接器,其特征在于:包括一外壳,所述外壳收容所述主体、所述端子和所述绝缘件,所述外壳具有一插口和多个让位槽,多个所述让位槽位于所述插口的一侧且与所述插口连通,所述绝缘件收容于所述让位槽内,所述延伸段收容于所述让位槽内且部分露出所述插口。
