Description

感应密封装置
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及感应加热领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及用于感应焊接具有至少一层金属箔的包装材料的感应密封装置。本发明还涉及一种包括该感应密封装置的密封机以及制造用于感应焊接具有至少一层金属箔的包装材料的感应密封装置的相关方法。
背景技术
通过感应加热对层合包装材料进行的焊接用于包装工业中。这种层合材料的一个示例是沿着层合材料的内表面和外表面的纸载体层、铝箔和热塑性涂层。感应焊接的技术基于以下事实:导体周围的由交流电产生的磁场能够在邻接的导电材料中感应出电流(具体取决于材料的电阻),使材料变热。因此,在感应焊接中,电感器环或线圈抵靠包含铝箔的层合材料提供,并且层合材料与待接合的材料一起压制。通过适当选择的电流和处理时间段加热铝箔。将材料加热到足够高的温度以密封相邻的热塑性层,使组合的热塑性层熔合在一起,从而产生紧密且耐用的密封。
以前的感应密封装置的典型问题包括难以使电感器与感应加热电路中的其他电气部件匹配,这通常是由于在电路中需要小公差的不合适的品质因数(Q因数)导致的,这又使得系统在要求苛刻的应用中(如在高通量密封机中)鲁棒性较差。这种电感器的电特性的小的变化因此可能对其电匹配产生显著的影响,这可能导致对包装容器上的焊接密封质量的损害。另一个问题是由以前的感应密封装置产生的热量,这需要更复杂的设计以处理升高的温度。因此,繁琐的制造方法也是以前的解决方案的问题,进一步导致感应密封装置对于不同的应用更难以定制化。
因此,改进的感应密封装置将是有利的,并且特别地使得能够避免较多上述的问题和损害,包括提高感应加热电路中的感应密封装置的鲁棒性,以促进高速密封系统中的密封处理的优化。包括这种感应密封装置的相关密封机以及改进和促进制造这种感应密封装置的方法也是有利的。
发明内容
因此,本发明的示例优选寻求通过提供根据下文中的条款所述的装置来单独或以任何组合方式减轻、减缓或消除本领域中的例如上述的一个或多个缺陷、缺点或问题。

电感器线圈101可以在其相对的第一端112和第二端112'之间在纵向方向111上延伸,如图2中示意性示出的。连接单元105可以布置在第一端112处。电感器线圈101可以包括第一成对的电感器条109、109'以及第二成对的电感器条110、110',如例如图1和图4所示的。第一成对的电感器条109、109'和第二成对的电感器条110、110'可以布置成沿着电感器线圈101的纵向方向111彼此平行地延伸。每一相应的成对的电感器条109、109'和成对的电感器条110、110'可以进一步在第二端112'处彼此连接。例如,第一成对的电感器条109、109'如图4所示可以相应地在第二端112'处连接,以与第二端112'处的转折点形成连续的连接环,并且对于第二成对的电感器条110、110'也是这样。第一成对的电感器条109、109'和第二成对的电感器条110、110'在第一端112处连接到连接单元105。这提供了紧凑且有效的感应密封装置100。
连接单元105可以包括耦合到电感器线圈101的第一成对的电感器条109、109'和第二成对的电感器条110、110'的第一连接器元件107和第二连接器元件108。因此,在第一端112处,第一和第二连接器元件107、108各自可以耦合到第一成对的电感器条109、109'中的一个电感器条上并且耦合到第二成对的电感器条110、110'中的一个电感器条上。因此,如果电感器线圈101具有如上所述的有利效果,则可以提供便于降低电感的紧凑型感应密封装置100。如图1的示例所示,第一连接器元件107可以连接到第一成对的电感器条中的电感器条109',并连接到第二成对的电感器条中的电感器条110'。相应地,第二连接器元件108可以连接到第一成对的电感器条中的电感器条109,并连接到第二成对的电感器条中的电感器条110。
在第一端112处,第一连接器元件107和第二连接器元件108中的每一个可以具有扁平形状并且在彼此平行布置的相应的第一平面和第二平面中延伸。此外,上述第一和第二平面可以具有与纵向方向111平行延伸的法线方向117,如在例如图1和图2中示意性示出的。具有第一和第二连接器元件107、108的彼此平行延伸的平面使得第一和第二连接器元件107、108彼此紧密地布置,并且连接单元105紧凑以及因此感应密封装置100具有减小的电感,感应密封装置100的电感通过将相应的平面的法线方向117布置成与纵向方向111平行地延伸而进一步改善。
相应的第一和第二连接器元件107、108的第一和第二平面可以由电绝缘材料片113分开,如在例如图1中示意性地示出的那样。因此,第一和第二连接器元件107、108可以在纵向方向111上以减小的轮廓布置,使得如所讨论的那样降低感应密封装置100的电感。电绝缘材料片可以具有约0.5mm的厚度,以允许特别小的轮廓,同时保持必要的电隔离。
第一成对的电感器条109、109'可与第二成对的电感器条110、110'分开,并且在垂直于纵向方向111的横向方向119上具有间隔距离118。第一连接器元件107和/或第二连接器元件108可以如上所述在相应的平面中延伸。第一连接器元件107和/或第二连接器元件108的相应平面在横向方向119上可以具有对应于至少间隔距离118的宽度120,如图1中示意性示出的。具有至少对应于间隔距离118的宽度120允许增加的电流量沿第一连接器元件107和/或第二连接器元件108的相应表面流动。在图1的示例中,宽度120基本上对应于第一成对的电感器条109、109'中的电感器条与第二成对的电感器条110、110'中的电感器条分离的最宽间隔距离的宽度,该最宽间隔距离即第一成对的电感器条中的电感器条109与第二成对的电感器条中的电感器条110之间的分隔距离。第一连接器元件107和/或第二连接器元件108的相应平面的这种进一步增加的表面积可以允许进一步增加沿相应表面流动的电流量。第一连接器元件107和/或第二连接器元件108的相应平面的高度,即在垂直于横向和纵向方向111,119的方向上的高度也可以相对于表面积进行优化,以使得电流传输能增加。因此,不间断的宽度120可以基本上从第一成对的电感器条109、109'和第二成对的电感器条110、110'的位置沿着感应密封装置100的侧面且至少沿着磁性插入件延伸的距离保持。可以在第一成对的电感器条109、109'和第二成对的电感器条110、110'之间在第一连接器元件107和/或第二连接器元件108的平面中设置凹部123。图5示出了这方面的另一个示例,其中所述平面的表面积已经被优化以传输增加的电流量。电绝缘材料片113因此可以沿着第一连接器元件107和/或第二连接器元件108的整个高度延伸。
如上所述,第一成对的电感器条109、109'可以与第二成对的电感器条110、110'分开,在垂直于纵向方向111的横向方向119上具有间隔距离118。此外,连接到第一连接器元件107的电感器条109'、110'可以彼此相对地布置并且彼此分开间隔距离118。因此,电感器条109'、110'可以彼此面对,如图1所示的示例,以便电流沿着这些相邻电感器条109'、110'的相同方向传输。电流因此也可以在连接到第二连接器元件108的外感应器杆109、110中沿相同方向传输。
磁性插入件102可以包封第一连接器元件107和第二连接器元件108。图6示出了感应密封装置100的示例,其中磁性插入件102已经布置为包围第一连接器元件107和第二连接器元件108,以提供改进的和更高效的感应密封装置100。磁性插入件102可以被模制成包围第一和第二连接器元件107、108,从而便于感应密封装置100的制造过程。
感应密封装置100可包括支撑材料114,支撑材料114布置成将除了所述交互式表面104以外的磁性插入件102包围,如在例如图3a中示意性示出的。支撑材料114使得能增加感应密封装置100的机械完整性,并且还使其形状能适合于集成到各种密封应用中。如上所述,感应密封装置100的温度降低提供了更多种类的待使用的支撑材料114,并促进了对不同密封应用的制造和适应性。支撑材料114可被模制成在磁性插入件102周围呈现各种构造。这便于制造,并且可提供更复杂的结构而不需要例如研磨和以其他方式形成以前为了传输更大量的热量远离电感器线圈101所需的各种合金的支撑结构。因此,支撑材料114可以包括聚合物。
因此,支撑材料114可以包括通过模制处理形成在磁性插入件102周围的形状。
如图3b所示,感应密封装置可以包括布置在第一成对的电感器条109、109'和第二成对的电感器条110、110'之间的加固部分121。因此,加固部分121可以布置在第一成对的电感器条109、109'和第二成对的电感器条110、110'之间的凹部周围,其中切割装置可以移动以在密封之后切割包装材料。磁性插入件102因此可以与这种切割装置隔离。加固部分121可以连接到包围磁性插入件102的支撑材料114,并且因此也可以支撑将支撑材料114保持在磁性插入件102周围的适当位置。加固部分121可以包括支撑材料114。因此,当磁性插入件102被设置成例如通过模制工艺包围支撑材料114时,加固部分121可以被同时提供。即支撑材料114可以扩散到加固部分121的位置中,从而在加固部分121和外部支撑材料114之间形成连接,从而包围磁性插入件102。图6示出了感应密封装置100的空腔125的示例,支撑材料114可以在模制过程中扩散到空腔125中,到达加固部分121的位置。

Claims (16)

1.一种用于感应焊接用于生产可倾倒食品的密封包装的包装材料的感应密封装置(100),所述包装材料具有至少一层金属箔,所述感应密封装置包括:
电感器线圈(101),其被配置为在所述金属箔中感生交流电以感应加热所述包装材料,
磁性插入件(102),所述磁性插入件(102)将除了所述电感器线圈的外部部分(103)以外的所述电感器线圈包封,所述外部部分(103)被布置成朝向待密封的所述包装材料,其中,所述磁性插入件被配置为通过至少一个交互式表面(104)与待密封的所述包装材料相互作用,以及
连接单元(105),所述连接单元(105)包括连接到所述电感器线圈并且被配置用于连接到AC电源的并联连接件(106),
其中所述电感器线圈在其相对的第一端(112)和第二端(112')之间沿纵向方向(111)延伸,所述连接单元布置在所述第一端处,
其中所述电感器线圈包括第一成对的电感器条(109、109')和第二成对的电感器条(110、110'),
其中所述第一成对的电感器条和所述第二成对的电感器条被布置为沿着所述电感器线圈的所述纵向方向(111)彼此平行地延伸,以及
其中每一相应的成对的电感器条中的所述电感器条在所述第二端处彼此连接,
其中所述连接单元包括耦合到所述电感器线圈的所述第一成对的电感器条和所述第二成对的电感器条的第一连接器元件(107)和第二连接器元件(108),以及
其中在所述第一端处,所述第一连接器元件和第二连接器元件中的每一个耦合到所述第一成对的电感器条中的一个电感器条和所述第二成对的电感器条中的一个电感器条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的感应密封装置,其中,在所述第一端处,所述第一连接器元件和所述第二连接器元件中的每一个具有扁平形状并且在彼此平行布置的相应的第一平面和第二平面中延伸,并且
其中所述第一平面和所述第二平面具有与所述纵向方向平行延伸的法线方向(117)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的感应密封装置,其中,所述第一平面和所述第二平面由电绝缘材料片(113)分开。
4.根据权利要求3所述的感应密封装置,其中所述电绝缘材料片具有0.5mm的厚度。
5.根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的感应密封装置,其中所述第一成对的电感器条与所述第二成对的电感器条以在垂直于所述纵向方向的横向方向(119)上的间隔距离(118)分开,并且
其中所述第一连接器元件和/或所述第二连接器元件在相应的平面中延伸,所述平面在所述横向方向上具有对应于至少所述间隔距离的宽度(120)。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的感应密封装置,其中所述第一成对的电感器条与所述第二成对的电感器条以在垂直于所述纵向方向的横向方向(119)上的间隔距离(118)分开,
其中连接到所述第一连接器元件的所述电感器条布置成彼此相对并且彼此分开所述间隔距离。
7.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的感应密封装置,其中所述磁性插入件包封所述第一连接器元件和所述第二连接器元件。
8.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的感应密封装置,其包括支撑材料(114),所述支撑材料(114)布置成将除了所述交互式表面之外的所述磁性插入件包围。
9.根据权利要求8所述的感应密封装置,其中所述支撑材料包含聚合物。
10.根据权利要求8所述的感应密封装置,其包括设置在所述第一成对的电感器条和所述第二成对的电感器条之间的加固部分(121),并且
其中所述加固部分包括所述支撑材料。
11.根据权利要求8所述的感应密封装置,其中,所述支撑材料包括为U形的形状,以接收所述磁性插入件,所述磁性插入件在垂直于纵向方向(111)的横截平面(116)中具有基本上矩形的轮廓(115),所述电感器线圈沿所述纵向方向(111)延伸。
12.根据权利要求8所述的感应密封装置,其中,所述支撑材料包括通过模制工艺围绕所述磁性插入件形成的形状。
13.一种制造用于感应焊接包装材料的感应密封装置(100)的方法(200),所述包装材料具有至少一层金属箔,所述方法包括:
提供(201)电感器线圈(101),所述电感器线圈(101)被配置成在所述金属箔中感生交流电以感应加热所述包装材料,其中所述电感器线圈在其相对的第一端(112)和第二端(112')之间沿纵向方向(111)延伸,其中所述电感器线圈包括第一成对的电感器条(109、109')和第二成对的电感器条(110、110'),其中所述第一成对的电感器条和所述第二成对的电感器条被布置为沿着所述电感器线圈的所述纵向方向(111)彼此平行地延伸,其中每一相应的成对的电感器条中的所述电感器条在所述第二端处彼此连接,

14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其包括:
