Abstract

                        技术领域
本发明涉及一种容器盖，其中，盖包括将容纳在盖内的材料释放到容器中的装置。
                        背景技术
存在着多种不同样式的容器(用于液体)用盖或者说帽。众所周知它们具有多种变化的形状，例如它能包括：一个擅自变动显示环；可重新密封的能力；一个螺纹；或者它们的结合。这些盖无论采用或不用螺纹，还包括通过它们能饮用以及重新密封的那些零件(“吸取顶部”)，因此容器可重复使用。
在制造饮料的两个内装物最好在饮用之前马上混合的情况下，饮料和饮料容器可分开提供。然而，对于一些浓缩物处于片剂或粉末状类型的饮料来说，在一个容器中获得具有所有饮料元素的饮料是很稀少和商业上难以找到的。
本发明的一个目的是提供一个盖，它在与一个适当的容器结合时允许两种饮料元素分离地容纳在一个容器中，并在用户需要该饮料之前马上混合。本发明的另一目的是提供这样一种盖和容器，以便为现有容器提供经济的替代物。

                      本发明概述
本发明提供一种具有顶部开口并能容纳可饮用之液体的容器盖，其特征为，所述盖包括：
具有围绕顶部开口将该盖固定到容器的装置的项圈，所述项圈有一个在此通过的圆柱形通道；
具有顶部、底部和中心位置密封打开装置的颈部，其中，所述颈部具有一个在此通过的通道，所述顶部可相对于固定在项圈上的底部移动，所述顶部可在开启位置和关闭位置之间移动，在所述开启位置顶部与底部空间分离，而在所述关闭位置与所述底部密封紧靠，而且在其关闭位置所述颈部提供一个将液体保持在容器中的密封；
能在内部容纳一种材料的篮状件，所述材料能溶解在容器内的液体之中；
将顶部保持在开启位置的可释放装置；
以及围绕该盖可拆卸地固定在项圈上的套；其中，
在所述顶部初始处于所述开启位置时，液体由篮状件密封在所述容器内部；
在所述顶部初始移动到所述关闭位置时，所述由篮状件提供的密封被所述密封打开装置和篮状件之间的相互作用打开；
尔后，当顶部移动到开启位置时，提供容器液体的通道，并且当顶部处于关闭位置时，由此，为容器中保留液体提供密封。
所述盖最好能与一个新篮状件一起重复使用，以致于盖和容器能被用于多于一种饮料，在所述饮料中液体和粉末保持分离直到需要成为一种完成的饮料为止。
颈部最好包括一个与顶部整体地形成密封打开装置。顶部形成已知类型的吸取顶顶部(可重复使用、重新密封)，并且篮状件由一张箔制成。所述箔包括一张包裹片剂的箔。密封打开装置刺穿该箔，从而释放片剂以便在容器液体内溶解。

              实施本发明的最佳模式
参考附图，附图显示一个带有盖103的容器。盖103包括一个与容器2顶部外侧面上的螺纹相适应的螺纹，作为替代，盖103可用已知方法快速安装到容器2顶部。此安装根据需要可以释放或者不可释放的快速安装。
盖103能用螺纹或者快速安装法安装到容器2，而且根据需要可以是可反复使用或不反复使用的。
盖103包括一个套4、一个颈部105和一个项圈106。项圈106可延伸以便包括螺纹或者如上文所述的快速接头，而且如果符合需要也可做成整体。颈部105包括一个与项圈106上部周边可滑动接合的下圆形边缘110。
在项圈106顶端形成一个弧形突起108。突起108围绕着项圈106。所述突起108通过将成形下边缘110留在其上方，帮助颈部105保持在开启位置，直到沿着箭头C方向(见图3)的外力迫使颈部105通过突起108为止。直接处在突起108上方的是一个与项圈106整体形成的钩111，它围绕着项圈106的顶部。钩111与成形边缘110相互作用，以防当颈部105正在开启和关闭位置(下文将介绍)之间运动时顶部意外地脱离项圈。
颈部105包括一个顶112，至少有一个孔109从顶部112通过。根据需要，孔109的数量可增加到四个。一个面朝下的尖头120被固定在顶部112的下侧面上，或者根据需要与后者做成整体。尖头120具有一个尖锐的顶端121，如果需要，可使顶端121变尖以便刺穿箔。如图2所示，尖头120可具有十字形横截面。作为替代，如果需要，尖头120可具有其他横截面，例如圆形。
项圈106的内侧面107可为圆形横截面。作为替代，如果需要，该形状可包括与尖头120轮廓互补的内侧面107′，以便有助于将尖头120保持在一个相对于盖103侧面的中心位置。侧面(107或107′)和尖头120形成一个穿过项圈106的成形通道。
项圈106的顶部包括至少一个成形突起113。突起113的数量与颈部105的孔109相同并以与后者互补的方式成形。因此当颈部105处于关闭位置时突起113进入孔109从而在容器2内部和容器2外部之间形成液体密封。
在容器2外部和盖103之间的液体密封借助于一个篮状件117形成。篮状件117包括一张箔，该箔具有这样一个直径以致于箔在容器2顶部和项圈106之间延伸时在两者之间形成密封。篮状件117将片剂138包在两层箔之间，所述片剂用已知的方法密封在箔袋之中。
当颈部105处于初始开启位置时，顶端121的最下部定位于篮状件117顶部上方(图1)。
上述实施例的工作方式如下：拆除盖4，按下颈部105(沿图3的箭头C)。这将迫使顶端121顶住篮状件117的箔。箔篮状件117的下部(图3和4)形成允许片剂138落入容器2的通道。在此同时，这个向下运动迫使成形边缘110越过突起108。当突起113坐入孔109中时颈部105的运动终止，从而在盖103的内外部之间形成液体密封。可振荡或摇动容器2，使片剂138内的固体溶解在容器2的液体中。
当饮用饮料时，向上抬起颈部105(到达图2所示位置)。由于篮状件117的密封已破损，出现一个从容器2通过篮状件117、项圈106和颈部105到达外部的通道。如果容器2要重新密封，就再次按下颈部105，致使突起113坐入孔109，再次形成液体密封。因此在部分消费容器2内部液体之后，容器2仍能安全地被携带。
如果符合需要，容器2和盖103可重新使用，盖103能从容器2上取走，一个带有片剂138的新的篮状件117被递送到容器2的顶部。盖103能被放回到容器2上，然后套4能放回到盖103上方。因此，如果符合需要，容器2和盖103能被携带和重复使用。
上面已根据可重复使用的盖103介绍了盖103和容器2。然而，可以理解，容器2和盖103可以一种液体仅一次使用的方式进行制造和销售。此外，关于在盖103上使用快速安装介绍了盖103和容器2。如果符合需要，盖103和容器2可做出螺纹，使两者均可再利用。
可以看出，被添加到饮料中的材料不是必需做成片剂形状，而可以是松散或稍加压实的粉末。而且，在需要时产生的最终饮料可以是悬浮液而不是溶液。在需要时片剂可包括起泡剂。
上文所述的容器2和盖103是参照横截面均呈圆形的项圈6、颈部5等进行描述的。然而可以理解，本发明不受这样一种横截面形状限制，两个零件的横截面不必相同，这没有超出本发明的范围。
盖103和套4可由任何塑料制成。根据需要，这些组成零件可被机加工和压制、注塑模制成形。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有顶部开口并能容纳可饮用液体的容器(2)的盖(103)，其特征为，所述盖(103)包括：
具有围绕顶部开口将盖(103)固定到容器(2)的装置的项圈(106)，所述项圈(106)有一个在此通过的圆柱形通道；
具有一个顶部(112)、底部和中心放置密封打开装置的颈部(105)，其中所述颈部(105)具有至少一个在此通过的通道，所述顶部(112)可相对于所述项圈(106)移动，所述顶部(112)可在开启位置和关闭位置之间移动，在所述开启位置顶部(112)与所述项圈空间分离，而在所述关闭位置顶部(112)与所述项圈密封紧靠，而且在其关闭位置所述颈部(105)提供将液体保持在容器(2)中的密封；
能在内部容纳一种材料的篮状件(117)，所述材料能溶解在容器(2)内的液体之中；
将顶部(112)保持在开启位置的释放装置；
以及围绕该盖(103)可拆卸地固定到项圈(106)上的套(4)；其中，
所述顶部(112)构造成，处于所述开启位置时，液体由篮状件(117)密封在所述容器(2)内部；
在所述顶部(112)初始移动到所述关闭位置时，所述由篮状件(117)提供的密封被所述密封打开装置和篮状件(117)之间的相互作用打开，所述颈部通道由所述项圈和所述颈部的部分之间接合阻塞；
尔后，当顶部(112)移动到开启位置时，通过所述项圈通道和所述颈部通道提供容器(2)的液体的通道，并且当顶部(112)处于关闭位置时，提供保留容器(2)中液体用的密封。
2.根据权利要求1的容器(2)的盖(103)，其特征为，所述盖(103)能重复使用，项圈(106)具有将盖(103)固定到容器(2)上的可释放固定装置。
3.根据权利要求1的容器(2)的盖(103)，其特征为，颈部的顶部(112)包括缩窄至窄开口的部分，该窄开口具有小于容器(2)顶部的直径，密封装置包括两个平表面，一个是项圈(106)顶面，一个在颈部(105)的凸缘(120)下侧面上，其中，颈部(105)和项圈(106)之间的配合是推入配合。
4.根据权利要求1的容器(2)的盖(103)，其特征为，颈部(105)包括一个与顶部(112)整体地形成并具有一个尖头(121)或尖锐端部形状的密封打开装置。
5.根据权利要求1的容器(2)的盖(103)，其特征为，盖(103)能与一个新篮状件(117)一起重复使用。
6.根据权利要求1的容器(2)的盖(103)，其特征为，篮状件(117)用一片箔制成，而材料呈包入该箔内部的小片(138)形状。
