Abstract
本发明提供一种单浴法生产浸胶涤纶帆布的浸胶液及其制备方法,所述浸胶液的配方质量份数如下:软水140~170份、间苯二酚10~12份、甲醛13~15份、对氯苯酚15~20份、丁苯吡胶乳250~350份、氨水10~15份、异氰酸酯溶液18~20份、氢氧化钠0.3~1份。采用含有对氯苯酚溶液的酚醛树脂,通过浸渍涤纶纤维坯布,经过高温烘燥使得树脂与纤维制造成的坯布之间形成紧密化学粘合,增强涤纶纤维基骨架材料的化学粘合强度,提高涤纶纤维的强度,并且提供制备方法,增加浸胶液的制备效率,提升浸胶液的品质。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及工业用布制造领域,尤其涉及一种单浴法生产浸胶涤纶帆布的浸胶液及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前在制造涤纶纤维时,普通涤纶纤维由于本身分子结构缺少活性基团,当采用浸渍法处理时,与酚醛树脂之类反应时,由于产生的化学键合较弱,导致纤维与树脂基、纤维与橡胶类弹性体之间剥离强度较低,容易导致采用涤纶纤维作为增强、补强骨架的橡胶复合体质量下降,使用寿命降低。因此,解决普通涤纶纤维剥离强度较低的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种单浴法生产浸胶涤纶帆布的浸胶液及其制备方法,采用含有对氯苯酚溶液的酚醛树脂,通过浸渍涤纶纤维坯布,经过高温烘燥使得树脂与纤维制造成的坯布之间形成紧密化学粘合,增强涤纶纤维基骨架材料的化学粘合强度,解决了普通涤纶纤维剥离强度较低的问题。
本发明提供一种单浴法生产浸胶涤纶帆布的浸胶液,所述浸胶液的配方质量份数如下:软水140~170份、间苯二酚10~12份、甲醛13~15份、对氯苯酚15~20份、丁苯吡胶乳250~350份、氨水10~15份、异氰酸酯溶液18~20份、氢氧化钠0.3~1份。
本发明还提供一种单浴法生产浸胶涤纶帆布的浸胶液的制备方法,所述制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一:将软水加入反应釜中,进行搅拌;
步骤二:将间苯二酚加入反应釜中进行搅拌;
步骤三:加入甲醛溶液,并保持搅拌;
步骤四:对上述溶液是否完成反应进行判断;
步骤五:对完成反应的溶液内加入对氯苯酚,保持搅拌;
步骤六:将上述溶液加入配置好的丁苯吡胶乳溶液中,并加入氨水溶液、异氰酸酯溶液及氢氧化钠,静置后得到浸胶液。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤一中的水温控制在23℃以下。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤二中的搅拌时间为20分钟;步骤三中的搅拌时间为3小时;步骤五中的搅拌时间为30分钟。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤六中的静置时间为6小时。
本发明的有益效果是:采用含有对氯苯酚溶液的酚醛树脂,通过浸渍涤纶纤维坯布,经过高温烘燥使得树脂与纤维制造成的坯布之间形成紧密化学粘合,增强涤纶纤维基骨架材料的化学粘合强度,提高涤纶纤维的强度,并且提供制备方法,增加浸胶液的制备效率,提升浸胶液的品质。

实施例一
本实施例提供一种单浴法生产浸胶涤纶帆布的浸胶液,所述浸胶液的配方质量份数如下:软水158份、间苯二酚12份、甲醛13份、对氯苯酚18份、丁苯吡胶乳300份、氨水12份、异氰酸酯溶液18份、氢氧化钠0.65份。
本实施例还提供一种单浴法生产浸胶涤纶帆布的浸胶液的制备方法,所述制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一:将软水加入反应釜中,进行搅拌;
步骤二:将间苯二酚加入反应釜中进行搅拌;
步骤三:加入甲醛溶液,并保持搅拌;
步骤四:对上述溶液是否完成反应进行判断;
步骤五:对完成反应的溶液内加入对氯苯酚,保持搅拌;
步骤六:将上述溶液加入配置好的丁苯吡胶乳溶液中,并加入氨水溶液、异氰酸酯溶液及氢氧化钠,静置后得到浸胶液。
所述步骤一中的水温控制在23℃以下。所述步骤二中的搅拌时间为20分钟;步骤三中的搅拌时间为3小时;步骤五中的搅拌时间为30分钟。所述步骤六中的静置时间为6小时。
实施例二

本实施例提供一种单浴法生产浸胶涤纶帆布的浸胶液,所述浸胶液的配方质量份数如下:软水170份、间苯二酚12份、甲醛15份、对氯苯酚20份、丁苯吡胶乳350份、氨水15份、异氰酸酯溶液20份、氢氧化钠1份。
本实施例与实施例一的制备方法一致。

1.一种单浴法生产浸胶涤纶帆布的浸胶液,其特征在于:所述浸胶液的配方质量份数如下:软水140~170份、间苯二酚10~12份、甲醛13~15份、对氯苯酚15~20份、丁苯吡胶乳250~350份、氨水10~15份、异氰酸酯溶液18~20份、氢氧化钠0.3~1份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的单浴法生产浸胶涤纶帆布的浸胶液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法步骤如下:
步骤一:将软水加入反应釜中,进行搅拌;
步骤二:将间苯二酚加入反应釜中进行搅拌;
步骤三:加入甲醛溶液,并保持搅拌;
步骤四:对上述溶液是否完成反应进行判断;
步骤五:对完成反应的溶液内加入对氯苯酚,保持搅拌;
步骤六:将上述溶液加入配置好的丁苯吡胶乳溶液中,并加入氨水溶液、异氰酸酯溶液及氢氧化钠,静置后得到浸胶液。
