本发明属于功能保健食品领域。具体的说是涉及一种排毒营养组合物及其制备方法。
技术背景
在现代紧张生活中,现代的人普遍有排便量不足的问题,一般的上班族,一天的排便量可能只有100~200克左右,与每天吃进去的食物,根本不成正比,因而在肠道累计,造成肠道老化,造成体内毒素的形成,阻碍组织和细胞活动,降低免疫系统。多数人由于心理、环境、食物、不良习惯及其他因素,随着年龄的增长,体内毒素增多,容易造成老化、自律神经系统老化、新陈代谢缓慢,心脏与血管老化慢性病缠身的问题;
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改善肠道代谢吸收,清除毒素,免疫激活,提高肠道的吸收能力的排毒营养组合物。
本发明提供如下的技术方案为:一种排毒营养组合物,其特征在于:由下列重量份原料制备而成,低聚木糖1~3份、水苏糖1~3份、低聚半乳糖1~3份、低聚异麦芽糖1~3份、壳寡糖1~3份、L阿拉伯糖1~3份、车前子壳3~5份、白芷4~7份、决明子2~6份、芦荟2~5份、综合果蔬酵素3~7份、复合维生素C5~7份、牛磺酸3~8份。
本发明一种排毒营养组合物的制备方法步骤如下:
第一步:综合果蔬酵素的原料的工艺制备:先清洗各种原料,进行粉碎,装入木桶中,加入适量的水,质量比例为1:10,以保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和青春双歧杆菌作为发酵菌种进行发酵,获得果蔬酵素发酵原液,然后进行低温喷雾干燥,即得综合果蔬酵素;
第二步:将低聚木糖、水苏糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖、壳寡糖、L阿拉伯糖、车前子壳、白芷、决明子、芦荟、复合维生素C、牛磺酸混合起来,其中质量比例为1:1:1:1:1:1:3:4:3:4:5:3;
第三步:将综合果蔬酵素与低聚木糖、水苏糖、低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖、壳寡糖、L阿拉伯糖、车前子壳、白芷、决明子、芦荟、复合维生素C、牛磺酸混合物搭配,两者质量为1:6~3:7。

为表明本发明的保健效果,将实施例制得的一种排毒营养组合物对60例免疫力低下。便秘患者作了系统的临床观察:
受试人群:选择病史、病情、年龄、性别及原治疗方法相当的免疫力低下、便秘的患者,年龄在45-55岁之间,无心血管、肝、肾等严重原发性疾病及精神病。
将60例患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。治疗组服用排毒营养组合物,每次13g/袋冲入牛奶或者开水中调匀后饮用,每日2次;对照组每天正常饮食。疗程均为30d。
结果:治疗组总有效率为85%,两组比较具有显著性差异
结论:排毒营养组合物具有明显增强免疫力、改善便秘效果。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种排毒营养组合物及其制备方法,其特征在于:其步骤如下:
