A punching and transferring mechanism of a stator magnetic shoe comprises a rack (8) and a power distribution control box (1) on the rack, and is characterized in that a punching device (3) used for pressing the magnetic shoe is arranged on the rack (8), a material transferring device (4) matched with the punching device (3) is arranged on the front side of the rack, the punching device (3) comprises a punching movable plate (11) and a punching seat (18) which are arranged on the rack (8), a punching clamping cylinder (12) is arranged on the punching movable plate (11), the punching clamping cylinder (12) is connected with a punching clamping block (13), a punching clamping block (14) is arranged between the two punching clamping blocks (13), the punching clamping block (14) is connected with a punching lifting cylinder (15) arranged on the punching movable plate (11), and a punching cylinder (19) is arranged on the punching seat (18), the stamping device is characterized in that a stamping head (20) matched with a product (65) on a stamping material block (14) is connected to the stamping cylinder (19), and the material transferring device (4), the stamping clamping cylinder (12), the stamping lifting cylinder (15) and the stamping cylinder (19) are connected to the power distribution control box (1).

The punching transfer mechanism of stator magnetic shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the frame (8) of the movable punching plate (11) located at the opposite side of the punching seat (18) is provided with a punching material stop block (16) matched with the product (65) on the punching material block (14), the movable punching plate (11) is connected with a movable punching cylinder (17) arranged on the frame (8), and the movable punching cylinder (17) is connected to the power distribution control box (1).

The punching and transferring mechanism of the stator magnetic shoe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transferring device (4) comprises an automatic universal arm (21) with a fixed lower end, the upper end of the automatic universal arm (21) is connected with a transferring connecting plate (22), a gripper (23) matched with a product (65) is arranged below the transferring connecting plate (22), the gripper (23) comprises a gripping cylinder (24) arranged below the transferring connecting plate (22), both sides of the gripping cylinder (24) are connected with gripping movable blocks (25), gripping blocks (26) matched with each other are arranged below the gripping movable blocks (25), and the automatic universal arm (21) and the gripping cylinder (24) are connected to the distribution control box (1).

The punching and transferring mechanism of the stator magnetic shoe according to claim 3, wherein the material transferring connecting plate (22) is provided with a clamping limiting plate, one end of the clamping limiting plate is provided with a clamping limiting groove (27), and a clamping limiting rod (28) matched with the clamping limiting groove (27) is arranged on a clamping movable block (25) of the clamp holder (23) in the material transferring device (4).

The punching and transferring mechanism of the stator magnetic shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the frame (8) is provided with a feeding device (2) matched with a product (65), the feeding device (2) is matched with the punching devices (3) through a feeding manipulator (6), the frame (8) is provided with two groups of punching devices (3), each group of punching devices (3) is matched with the feeding device (2) through the feeding manipulator (6), and the feeding device (2) and the feeding manipulator (6) are connected to the distribution control box (1).

The punching transfer mechanism of stator magnetic shoe as claimed in claim 5, the feeding device (2) comprises a feeding seat (61) arranged on the frame (8), the feeding seat (61) is provided with a feeding lifting cylinder (67) and a feeding lifting seat (66) which are matched with each other, a feeding overturning shaft (63) is arranged on the feeding lifting seat (66), a feeding overturning frame (64) is sleeved on the feeding overturning shaft (63), the feeding turnover frame (64) is provided with a clamp holder (23) matched with a product (65), the feeding overturning frame (64) is matched with a feeding overturning cylinder (62) which is arranged on the feeding seat (61) in an inclined way, the feeding manipulator (6), the feeding lifting cylinder (67) and the feeding overturning cylinder (62) are connected to the power distribution control box (1).

The punching transfer mechanism of stator magnetic shoe as claimed in claim 6, the feeding manipulator (6) comprises a feeding seat (71) arranged on the frame (8), the feeding seat (71) is provided with a feeding motor (72) and a feeding belt (73) which are matched with each other, the feeding belt (73) is connected with a feeding front and rear movable block (74), the feeding front and rear movable block (74) is connected with a front and rear movable seat (75), a feeding lifting cylinder (76) is arranged on the front and rear movable seats (75), a feeding lifting block (77) is connected below the feeding lifting cylinder (76), a clamper (23) matched with the product (65) is connected below the feeding lifting block (77), the feeding motor (72) and the feeding lifting cylinder (76) are connected to the power distribution control box (1).
