本发明属于汽油技术领域,具体涉及一种尾气清洁剂。
背景技术
近年来,汽车的使用越来越普及,随着汽车的普及,造成的问题就是污染空气,由于现有技术中的汽油中含碳量较高,导致汽车尾气中的一氧化碳和二氧化碳的含量也相对偏高,另外汽油为非可再生能源,随着能源的大量消耗,能源供应越来越紧张,为了改善节约能源,现在人们研制和开发了汽油添加剂,汽油添加剂的作用在于提高汽油的燃烧率和清洁度;针对这一问题,有必要开发出一种无污染、制造方便和无异味的汽油添加剂及其制备方法;因此,开发一种无污染、制造方便和无异味的尾气清洁剂具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种无污染、制造方便和无异味的尾气清洁剂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种尾气清洁剂,由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为10%~15%、甲基硅油的含量为2%~8%、多元粗醇的含量为70%~80%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.1%~0.3%、脂肪酸甲酯的含量为0.05%~0.15%、甲基叔丁基醚的含量为0.01%~0.05%、二异丙醚的含量为0.05%~0.15%、丁二酰亚胺的含量为0.1%~0.8%、二异丙醚的含量为0.2%~0.6%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.3%~0.8%、正丁醇的含量为0.2%~0.8%。

由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为13%、甲基硅油的含量为2%~8%、多元粗醇的含量为75%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.2%、脂肪酸甲酯的含量为0.1%、甲基叔丁基醚的含量为0.03%、二异丙醚的含量为0.1%、丁二酰亚胺的含量为0.5%、二异丙醚的含量为0.4%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.6%、正丁醇的含量为0.5%。
包括按照选定的比例将所述汽车尾气清洁剂与普通汽油在常温下进行混溶即可。
本发明的有益效果:本发明中的尾气清洁剂增强动力,减少尾气中的碳含量,燃油充分,减少大气污染,成本低廉,生产制造方便;因此,本发明具有无污染、制造方便和无异味的优点。

实施例1
一种尾气清洁剂,由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为10%~15%、甲基硅油的含量为2%~8%、多元粗醇的含量为70%~80%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.1%~0.3%、脂肪酸甲酯的含量为0.05%~0.15%、甲基叔丁基醚的含量为0.01%~0.05%、二异丙醚的含量为0.05%~0.15%、丁二酰亚胺的含量为0.1%~0.8%、二异丙醚的含量为0.2%~0.6%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.3%~0.8%、正丁醇的含量为0.2%~0.8%,包括按照选定的比例将所述汽车尾气清洁剂与普通汽油在常温下进行混溶即可。
在本实施例中,常温常压下,将甲醇、甲基硅油、多元粗醇、乙酸乙酯(粘度改良剂)、脂肪酸甲酯、甲基叔丁基醚、二异丙醚、丁二酰亚胺、二异丙醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇混合到一起与普通汽油在常温下进行混溶即可灌装,制造过程方便,节能环保;加入甲苯的作用在于让汽油添加剂更加稳定,乙酸乙酯的作用改良汽油添加剂的粘度,脂肪酸甲酯具有改进Ph值的作用,正丁醇具有防腐性能;因此,本发明具有无污染、制造方便和无异味的优点。
实施例2
一种尾气清洁剂,由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为10%~15%、甲基硅油的含量为2%~8%、多元粗醇的含量为70%~80%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.1%~0.3%、脂肪酸甲酯的含量为0.05%~0.15%、甲基叔丁基醚的含量为0.01%~0.05%、二异丙醚的含量为0.05%~0.15%、丁二酰亚胺的含量为0.1%~0.8%、二异丙醚的含量为0.2%~0.6%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.3%~0.8%、正丁醇的含量为0.2%~0.8%,由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为10%、甲基硅油的含量为2%、多元粗醇的含量为70%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.1%、脂肪酸甲酯的含量为0.05%、甲基叔丁基醚的含量为0.01%、二异丙醚的含量为0.05%、丁二酰亚胺的含量为0.1%、二异丙醚的含量为0.2%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.3%、正丁醇的含量为0.2%,由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为15%、甲基硅油的含量为8%、多元粗醇的含量为80%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.3%、脂肪酸甲酯的含量为0.15%、甲基叔丁基醚的含量为0.05%、二异丙醚的含量为0.15%、丁二酰亚胺的含量为0.8%、二异丙醚的含量为0.6%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.8%、正丁醇的含量为0.8%,由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为13%、甲基硅油的含量为2%~8%、多元粗醇的含量为75%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.2%、脂肪酸甲酯的含量为0.1%、甲基叔丁基醚的含量为0.03%、二异丙醚的含量为0.1%、丁二酰亚胺的含量为0.5%、二异丙醚的含量为0.4%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.6%、正丁醇的含量为0.5%,包括按照选定的比例将所述汽车尾气清洁剂与普通汽油在常温下进行混溶即可。
本实施例中的比例为最佳实施例,检测结果为无污染、制造方便和无异味的优点。

1.一种尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为10%~15%、甲基硅油的含量为2%~8%、多元粗醇的含量为70%~80%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.1%~0.3%、脂肪酸甲酯的含量为0.05%~0.15%、甲基叔丁基醚的含量为0.01%~0.05%、二异丙醚的含量为0.05%~0.15%、丁二酰亚胺的含量为0.1%~0.8%、二异丙醚的含量为0.2%~0.6%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.3%~0.8%、正丁醇的含量为0.2%~0.8%。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为13%、甲基硅油的含量为2%~8%、多元粗醇的含量为75%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.2%、脂肪酸甲酯的含量为0.1%、甲基叔丁基醚的含量为0.03%、二异丙醚的含量为0.1%、丁二酰亚胺的含量为0.5%、二异丙醚的含量为0.4%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.6%、正丁醇的含量为0.5%。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的一种尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:包括按照选定的比例将所述汽车尾气清洁剂与普通汽油在常温下进行混溶即可。
