本发明涉及一种燃料甲醇添加剂及燃料甲醇,所述添加剂由下述原料按体积比配制而成:甲基叔丁基醚15%-20%;2,2-二甲基丙烷15%-20%、正丁醇10%-15%,脂肪酸胺20%-25%、硝基酸液5%-10%、异丙醚15%-20%。所述燃料甲醇由下述原料按体积比配制而成:甲醇80-90%、添加剂10-20%。本发明解决了现有甲醇燃料普遍遇到的腐蚀性、溶胀性、冷启动困难,热气阻、遇水分成、动力下降、流动性等技术难题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料甲醇添加剂及燃料甲醇。
背景技术
随着工业和交通运输的蓬勃发展,能源紧张已经是横亘在世人面前的一个严峻问题。面对国内能源供应矛盾日益突出的问题,中央领导同志非常重视,朱镕基前总理就曾对替代能源开发问题作过批示。2005年12月6日,胡锦涛同志在何光远、王茂林等7位同志呈报的“关于推广煤基醇醚燃料以替代汽油、柴油的建议”上批示。“培炎并马凯同志,请发改委对替代能源问题进行科学论证,从总体上提出开发方向和重点。”2005年12月17日,曾培炎同志批示:“请发改委认真落实锦涛同志的重要批示。要抓紧组织有关方面和专家进行论证,提出发展替代能源的意见,并列入十一五规划。”在我国这个缺油、少气、相对富煤的国家,党和政府已经把大力发展煤基醇醚燃料,逐步替代石油资源,作为发展替代能源的现实选择和主导方针。其中,甲醇燃料已成汽油、柴油的替代方向之一,但是,要使用甲醇燃料,就必须对燃油系统和发动机进行调整和优化。而且,目前的甲醇燃料普遍遇到的腐蚀性、溶胀性、冷启动困难,热气阻、遇水分成、动力下降、流动性等技术难题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是目前的甲醇燃料普遍遇到的腐蚀性、溶胀性、冷启动困难,热气阻、遇水分成、动力下降、流动性等技术难题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明首先提供一种燃料甲醇添加剂,由下述原料按体积比配制而成:
甲基叔丁基醚15%-20%;2,2-二甲基丙烷15%-20%、正丁醇10%-15%,脂肪酸胺20%-25%、硝基酸液5%-10%、异丙醚15%-20%。
上述添加剂的配制方法是:将各原料按不同方向对流注入一级混合罐,当各成份物质均按比例加注完成后,再全部泵入二级混合罐即配制完成。
其次,本发明还提供一种含有上述添加剂的燃料甲醇,由下述原料按体积比配制而成:
甲醇80-90%、添加剂10-20%。
上述燃料甲醇的配制方法是:将甲醇、添加剂按不同方向对流注入一级混合罐,当各成份物质均按比例加注完成后,再全部泵入二级混合罐即配制完成。
本发明有益的效果是:(1)、原料充分、价格低廉(2)、可以任意比例与普通国标汽油混溶,可单独使用(3)、汽车发动机无需变动,汽车可以交替使用普通汽油和燃料甲醇,使用起来方便;(4)、动力性能和起动性能好、吸水性强(5)、尾气排放更加干净(6)、解决了甲醇燃料的腐蚀性、溶胀性等问题。
具体实施方式:
下面结合实例对本发明的实施方式作进一步描述。
实施例1,燃料甲醇添加剂的配制:
首先将15%正丁醇注入一级混合罐,其次依次将15%甲基叔丁基醚;20%2,2-二甲基丙烷、20%脂肪酸胺、10%硝基酸液、20%异丙醚注入一级混合罐,然后静置6小时以上,即可。
实施例2,燃料甲醇添加剂的配制:
首先将15%正丁醇注入一级混合罐,其次依次将20%甲基叔丁基醚;20%2,2-二甲基丙烷、20%脂肪酸胺、10%硝基酸液、15%异丙醚注入一级混合罐,然后静置6小时以上,即可。
实施例3,燃料甲醇的配制:
将甲醇、添加剂按不同方向对流注入一级混合罐,当各成份物质均按比例加注完成后,再全部泵入二级混合罐即配制完成。
生物甲醇80%、添加剂20%。
实施例4,燃料甲醇的配制:
将甲醇、添加剂按不同方向对流注入一级混合罐,当各成份物质均按比例加注完成后,再全部泵入二级混合罐即配制完成。
生物甲醇85%、添加剂15%。
实施例4,燃料甲醇的配制:
将甲醇、添加剂按不同方向对流注入一级混合罐,当各成份物质均按比例加注完成后,再全部泵入二级混合罐即配制完成。
生物甲醇90%、添加剂10%。

Claims (2)

1、一种燃料甲醇添加剂,其特征在于由下述原料按体积比配制而成:
甲基叔丁基醚15%-20%;2,2-二甲基丙烷15%-20%、正丁醇10%-15%,脂肪酸胺20%-25%、硝基酸5%-10%、异丙醚15%-20%。
2、一种采用权利要求1所述燃料甲醇添加剂配制的燃料甲醇,其特征在于由下述原料按体积比配制而成:
甲醇80-90%、燃料甲醇添加剂10-20%。
