本发明创造涉及一种汽油添加剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为95%~98%、苯丙三氮唑的含量为0.05%~0.3%、司盘—80的含量为0.1%~0.4%、MTBE的含量为0.2%~0.8%、二甲苯的含量为0.2%~2%、正丁醇的含量为0.2%~0.9%、甲缩醛的含量为0.1%~2%、HBT501的含量为0.1%~0.6%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.005%~0.05%;因此,本发明具有无污染、制造方便和无异味的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于汽油技术领域,具体涉及一种汽油添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,汽车的使用越来越普及,随着汽车的普及,造成的问题就是污染空气,由于现有技术中的汽油中含碳量较高,导致汽车尾气中的一氧化碳和二氧化碳的含量也相对偏高,另外汽油为非可再生能源,随着能源的大量消耗,能源供应越来越紧张,为了改善节约能源,现在人们研制和开发了汽油添加剂,汽油添加剂的作用在于提高汽油的燃烧率和清洁度;针对这一问题,有必要开发出一种无污染、制造方便和无异味的汽油添加剂及其制备方法;因此,开发一种无污染、制造方便和无异味的汽油添加剂及其制备方法具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种无污染、制造方便和无异味的汽油添加剂及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种汽油添加剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为95%~98%、苯丙三氮唑的含量为0.05%~0.3%、司盘—80的含量为0.1%~0.4%、MTBE的含量为0.2%~0.8%、二甲苯的含量为0.2%~2%、正丁醇的含量为0.2%~0.9%、甲缩醛的含量为0.1%~2%、HBT501的含量为0.1%~0.6%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.005%~0.05%。

由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为98%、苯丙三氮唑的含量为0.3%、司盘—80的含量为0.4%、MTBE的含量为0.8%、二甲苯的含量为2%、正丁醇的含量为0.9%、甲缩醛的含量为2%、HBT501的含量为0.6%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.05%。
由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为96%、苯丙三氮唑的含量为0.2%、司盘—80的含量为0.2%、MTBE的含量为0.5%、二甲苯的含量为1%、正丁醇的含量为0.6%、甲缩醛的含量为1%、HBT501的含量为0.4%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.02%。
甲醇、苯丙三氮唑、司盘—80、MTBE、二甲苯、正丁醇、甲缩醛、HBT501、乙酸乙酯混合到一起乳化搅拌,40min后,静置1h可以灌装。
本发明的有益效果:本发明中的低碳汽油增强动力,减少尾气中的碳含量,燃油充分,减少大气污染,成本低廉,生产制造方便;因此,本发明具有无污染、制造方便和无异味的优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种汽油添加剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为95%~98%、苯丙三氮唑的含量为0.05%~0.3%、司盘—80的含量为0.1%~0.4%、MTBE的含量为0.2%~0.8%、二甲苯的含量为0.2%~2%、正丁醇的含量为0.2%~0.9%、甲缩醛的含量为0.1%~2%、HBT501的含量为0.1%~0.6%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.005%~0.05%。
在本实施例中,常温常压下,将甲醇、苯丙三氮唑、司盘—80、MTBE、二甲苯、正丁醇、甲缩醛、HBT501、乙酸乙酯混合到一起乳化搅拌,40min后,静置1h可以灌装,制造过程方便,节能环保,因此,本发明具有无污染、制造方便和无异味的优点。
实施例2
由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为96%、苯丙三氮唑的含量为0.2%、司盘—80的含量为0.2%、MTBE的含量为0.5%、二甲苯的含量为1%、正丁醇的含量为0.6%、甲缩醛的含量为1%、HBT501的含量为0.4%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.02%。
本实施例中的比例为最佳实施例,并且在河南进行了实验推广,经过百万次车辆的汽车实验应用,检测结果为无污染、制造方便和无异味的优点。
具体实施方式是对本发明的进一步说明而非限制,对本领域普通技术人员来说在不脱离本发明实质内容的情况下对结构做进一步变换,而所有这些变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种汽油添加剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为95%~98%、苯丙三氮唑的含量为0.05%~0.3%、司盘—80的含量为0.1%~0.4%、MTBE的含量为0.2%~0.8%、二甲苯的含量为0.2%~2%、正丁醇的含量为0.2%~0.9%、甲缩醛的含量为0.1%~2%、HBT501的含量为0.1%~0.6%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.005%~0.05%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽油添加剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为95%、苯丙三氮唑的含量为0.05%、司盘—80的含量为0.1%、MTBE的含量为0.2%、二甲苯的含量为0.2%、正丁醇的含量为0.2%、甲缩醛的含量为0.1%、HBT501的含量为0.1%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.005%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽油添加剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为98%、苯丙三氮唑的含量为0.3%、司盘—80的含量为0.4%、MTBE的含量为0.8%、二甲苯的含量为2%、正丁醇的含量为0.9%、甲缩醛的含量为2%、HBT501的含量为0.6%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.05%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽油添加剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:甲醇的含量为96%、苯丙三氮唑的含量为0.2%、司盘—80的含量为0.2%、MTBE的含量为0.5%、二甲苯的含量为1%、正丁醇的含量为0.6%、甲缩醛的含量为1%、HBT501的含量为0.4%、乙酸乙酯的含量为0.02%。
