本发明提供一种汽车尾气清洁剂及其制备方法,属于汽车尾气污染控制技术领域。所述汽车尾气清洁剂,由硝酸乙丙酯、N,N‑ 二甲基乙酰胺、乙二醇单甲醚、二异丙醚、脂肪醇、月桂醇、高碳数脂肪醇、多元粗醇、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯和乌葵酸甘油按一定的重量配比配制而成。本发明的汽车尾气清洁剂的制备简单,生产成本低,能有效净化汽车排放尾气,有助于保护环境,减少污染,适于广泛推广应用。

技术领域
本发明属于尾气清洁剂技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车尾气清洁剂。
背景技术
近年来,汽车的使用越来越普及,随着汽车的普及,造成的问题就是污染空气,由于现有技术中的汽油中含碳量较高,导致汽车尾气中的一氧化碳和二氧化碳的含量也相对偏高,另外汽油为非可再生能源,随着能源的大量消耗,能源供应越来越紧张,为了改善节约能源,现在人们研制和开发了汽油添加剂,汽油添加剂的作用在于提高汽油的燃烧率和清洁度;针对这一问题,有必要开发出一种无污染、制造方便和无异味的汽车尾气清洁剂;因此,开发一种无污染、制造方便和无异味的汽车尾气清洁剂具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车尾气清洁剂,该汽车尾气清洁剂的配制简单,原材料价格低廉,且能有效净化汽车所排放的尾气;同时,本发明的目的还在于提供一种上述汽车尾气清洁剂的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明是汽车尾气清洁剂所采用的技术方案是:所述汽车尾气清洁剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:硝酸乙丙酯 0.7~1.2份、N,N- 二甲基乙酰胺0.5~1.2份、乙二醇单甲醚 5~7份、二异丙醚 4~6份、脂肪醇2~4 份、月桂醇3~6份、高碳数脂肪醇 6~8份、多元粗醇 85~90 份、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯0.2~0.4份、乌葵酸甘油0.3~0.5份。
优选的,所述汽车尾气清洁剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:硝酸乙丙酯0.9份、N,N- 二甲基乙酰胺 0.8份、乙二醇单甲醚6份、二异丙醚5份、脂肪醇3份、月桂醇5份、高碳数脂肪醇7份、多元粗醇88份、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯0.3份、乌葵酸甘油0.4份。
上述汽车尾气清洁剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)组分A配配制:将硝酸乙丙酯、乙二醇单甲醚、脂肪醇和高碳数脂肪醇置于锥形瓶内混匀,静置陈化8~10小时备用;
(2)组分B配制:将N,N- 二甲基乙酰胺、二异丙醚、月桂醇、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯和乌葵酸甘油依次加入三口瓶中,常压下水浴加热至55~60℃,并保温5~7 小时;
(3)将多元粗醇在100~150℃下精制;
(4)将制备得到的组分A、B 和精制后的多元粗醇混匀,静置60小时后得到成品。
成品的物化指标为:
(1)状态:无色或淡黄色透明液体;
(2)密度:0.79±0.01g/cm3 ;
(3)辛烷值:118~120
(4)凝点:-40℃以下;
(5)相溶性:与汽油任意比例混溶,不分相。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的汽车尾气清洁剂的制备简单,生产成本低,能有效净化汽车排放尾气,有助于保护环境,减少污染,适于广泛推广应用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
本实施例的汽车尾气清洁剂包括有以下重量份数的原料制成:硝酸乙丙酯0.9份、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺0.8份、乙二醇单甲醚6份、二异丙醚5份、脂肪醇3份、月桂醇5份、高碳数脂肪醇7份、多元粗醇88份、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯0.3份、乌葵酸甘油0.4份。
本实施例的汽车尾气清洁剂制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)组分A配配制:将硝酸乙丙酯、乙二醇单甲醚、脂肪醇和高碳数脂肪醇置于锥形瓶内混匀,静置陈化8~10小时备用;
(2)组分B配制:将N,N- 二甲基乙酰胺、二异丙醚、月桂醇、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯和乌葵酸甘油依次加入三口瓶中,常压下水浴加热至55~60℃,并保温5~7 小时;
(3)将多元粗醇在100~150℃下精制;
(4)将制备得到的组分A、B 和精制后的多元粗醇混匀,静置60小时后得到成品。
实施例2
本实施例的汽车尾气清洁剂包括有以下重量份数的原料制成:硝酸乙丙酯0.7份、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺0.5份、乙二醇单甲醚7份、二异丙醚6份、脂肪醇4份、月桂醇3份、高碳数脂肪醇 6 份、多元粗醇90份、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯0.4份、乌葵酸甘油0.3份。
本实施例的汽车尾气清洁剂的制备方法及使用方法同实施例1。
实施例3
本实施例的汽车尾气清洁剂包括有以下重量份数的原料制成:硝酸乙丙酯1.2份、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺1.2份、乙二醇单甲醚5份、二异丙醚4份、脂肪醇6 份、月桂醇6份、高碳数脂肪醇8份、多元粗醇85份、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯0.2份、乌葵酸甘油5份。
本实施例的汽车尾气清洁剂的制备方法及使用方法同实施例1。
本发明的汽车尾气清洁剂与普通的汽油混溶后,尾气中的各排放物依据GB1318285-2005、DB371657-200b 检测方法检测,CO 排放量低于1。HC+NOX 排放量低于1,如下表所示。

1.汽车尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:硝酸乙丙酯 0.7~1.2份、N,N- 二甲基乙酰胺 0.5~1.2份、乙二醇单甲醚 5~7 份、二异丙醚 4~6 份、脂肪醇2~4 份、月桂醇 3~6 份、高碳数脂肪醇 6~8 份、多元粗醇 85~90份、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯 0.2~0.4份、乌葵酸甘油 0.3~0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:硝酸乙丙酯0.9份、N,N- 二甲基乙酰胺 0.8 份、乙二醇单甲醚 6 份、二异丙醚5份、脂肪醇3份、月桂醇5份、高碳数脂肪醇7 份、多元粗醇88份、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯0.3份、乌葵酸甘油0.4份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的汽车尾气清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)组分A配配制:将硝酸乙丙酯、乙二醇单甲醚、脂肪醇和高碳数脂肪醇置于锥形瓶内混匀,静置陈化8~10小时备用;
(2)组分B配制:将N,N- 二甲基乙酰胺、二异丙醚、月桂醇、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯和乌葵酸甘油依次加入三口瓶中,常压下水浴加热至55~60℃,并保温5~7 小时;
(3)将多元粗醇在100~150℃下精制;
(4)将制备得到的组分A、B 和精制后的多元粗醇混匀,静置60小时后得到成品。
