本发明涉及汽车尾气污染控制技术领域,特别公开了一种汽车尾气清洁剂及其制备方法。该汽车尾气清洁剂,由硝酸乙丙酯、N,N‑二甲基乙酰胺、乙二醇单甲醚、二异丙醚、脂肪醇、月桂醇、高碳数脂肪醇、多元粗醇、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯和乌葵酸甘油按一定的重量配比配制而成。本发明原理易得,制备简单,生产成本低,能有效净化汽车排放尾气,有助于保护环境,减少污染,适于广泛推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车尾气清洁净化技术领域,尤指一种汽车尾气清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,几乎所有燃油车辆的发动机尾气均由其尾气管道直接排放到空气中,这些尾气含有大量的硫化物、氮化物、碳、铅等有害气体和可吸入颗粒物,这些尾气排放物分布性的在空气中弥漫,不断增加着空气中有害气体、浮尘的浓度和雾霾天气天数比例,日益严重地污染着人类的生存环境、威胁着人类的健康。为了控制汽车尾气排放给环境和人类带来的危害,世界上许多国家都制定了日益严格的汽车尾气排放法规,在汽车尾气的排气系统上安装三效净化器和电喷闭环控制器是有效解决汽车尾气污染的措施之一,但是这类设备大多只能净化颗粒性介质,对一氧化碳、碳氢类气体的净化作用则较小,不能达到良好净化的作用。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种配制简单、产品效果好的汽车尾气清洁剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是提供一种汽车尾气清洁剂,包括以下重量份数的原料硝酸乙丙酯1.2-1.5份、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺0.4-0.75份、乙二醇单甲醚5份、二异丙醚4份、脂肪醇4份、月桂醇3份、高碳数脂肪醇8-10份、多元粗醇88-91份、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯0.5-0.8份、乌葵酸甘油0.4-0.9份。
本发明的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.组分A配制,将配方量的硝酸乙丙酯、乙二醇单甲醚、脂肪醇和高碳数脂肪醇置于锥形瓶内混勻,静置陈化7小时备用;
S2.组分B配制,将配方量的N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、二异丙醚、月桂醇、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯和乌葵酸甘油依次加入三口瓶中,常压下水浴加热至51-53℃,并保温4小时;
S3.配方量的将多元粗醇在91-140℃下精制;
S4.将制备得到的组分A、B和精制后的多元粗醇混勻,静置48小时后得到成品。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明原理易得,制备简单,生产成本低,能有效净化汽车排放尾气,有助于保护环境,减少污染,适于广泛推广应用,本发明与普通汽油混溶后,尾气中各排放物依据DB371657-200b检测方法检测,CO排放量低于1,HC+N0x排放量低于1,均符合相关的尾气排放标准。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例本发明予以详细说明。
实施例一
(1)组分A配制将硝酸乙丙酯12g、乙二醇单甲醚50g、脂肪醇40g和高碳数脂肪醇80g置于锥形瓶内混勻,静置陈化7小时备用;
(2)组分B配制将N,N-二甲基乙酰胺4g、二异丙醚40g、月桂醇30g、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯5g和乌葵酸甘油4g依次加入三口瓶中,常压下水浴加热至51℃,并保温4小时;
(3)将多元粗醇880g在91℃下精制,使其含水量小于1%;
(4)将制备得到的组分A、B和精制后的多元粗醇混勻,静置48小时后得到成品。
实施例2:
(1)组分A配制将硝酸乙丙酯15g、乙二醇单甲醚40g、脂肪醇4Og和高碳数脂肪醇100g置于锥形瓶内混勻,静置陈化7小时备用;
(2)组分B配制将N,N-二甲基乙酰胺7.5g、二异丙醚40g、月桂醇30g、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯8g和乌葵酸甘油9g依次加入三口瓶中,常压下水浴加热至53℃,并保温4小时;
(3)将多元粗醇910g在140℃下精制,使其含水量小于1%;
(4)将制备得到的组分A、B和精制后的多元粗醇混勻,静置48小时后得到成品。
实施例3:制备方法
(1)组分A配制将硝酸乙丙酯14g、乙二醇单甲醚40g、脂肪醇4Og和高碳数脂肪醇90g置于锥形瓶内混勻,静置陈化7小时备用;
(2)组分B配制将N,N-二甲基乙酰胺6g、二异丙醚40g、月桂醇30g、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯7g和乌葵酸甘油8g依次加入三口瓶中,常压下水浴加热至52℃,并保温4小时;
(3)将多元粗醇900g在120℃下精制,使其含水量小于1%;
(4)将制备得到的组分A、B和精制后的多元粗醇混勻,静置48小时后得到成品。
成品的物化指标为
(1)状态无色或淡黄色透明液体;
(2)密度0.79士0.01g/Cm3;
(3)辛烷值:118120
(4)凝点:-40℃以下;
(5)相溶性与汽油任意比例混溶,不分相。
本发明与普通汽油混溶后,尾气中各排放物依据DB371657-200b检测方法检测,CO排放量低于1,HC+N0x排放量低于1,均符合相关的尾气排放标准。

1.一种汽车尾气清洁剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料硝酸乙丙酯1.2-1.5份、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺0.4-0.75份、乙二醇单甲醚5份、二异丙醚4份、脂肪醇4份、月桂醇3份、高碳数脂肪醇8-10份、多元粗醇88-91份、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯0.5-0.8份、乌葵酸甘油0.4-0.9份。
2.一种汽车尾气清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.组分A配制,将配方量的硝酸乙丙酯、乙二醇单甲醚、脂肪醇和高碳数脂肪醇置于锥形瓶内混勻,静置陈化7小时备用;
S2.组分B配制,将配方量的N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、二异丙醚、月桂醇、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯和乌葵酸甘油依次加入三口瓶中,常压下水浴加热至51-53℃,并保温4小时;
S3.配方量的将多元粗醇在91-140℃下精制;
