Abstract
本发明涉及汽车尾气污染控制技术领域,特别公开了一种汽车尾气清洁剂。该汽车尾气清洁剂,由硝酸乙丙酯、N,N‑二甲基乙酰胺、乙二醇单甲醚、二异丙醚、脂肪醇、月桂醇、高碳数脂肪醇、多元粗醇、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯和乌葵酸甘油按一定的重量配比配制而成。本发明原理易得,制备简单,生产成本低,能有效净化汽车排放尾气,有助于保护环境,减少污染,适于广泛推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车尾气污染控制技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车尾气清洁剂。
背景技术
目前,几乎所有燃油车辆的发动机尾气均由其尾气管道直接排放到空气中,这些尾气含有大量的硫化物、氮化物、碳、铅等有害气体和可吸入颗粒物,这些尾气排放物分布性的在空气中弥漫,不断增加着空气中有害气体、浮尘的浓度和雾霾天气天数比例,日益严重地污染着人类的生存环境、威胁着人类的健康。为了控制汽车尾气排放给环境和人类带来的危害,世界上许多国家都制定了日益严格的汽车尾气排放法规,在汽车尾气的排气系统上安装三效净化器和电喷闭环控制器是有效解决汽车尾气污染的措施之一,但是这类设备大多只能净化颗粒性介质,对一氧化碳、碳氢类气体的净化作用则较小,不能达到良好净化的作用。
【发明内容】
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种配制简单、产品效果好的一种汽车尾气清洁剂。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种汽车尾气清洁剂,主要包括以下重量份数的原料:硝酸乙丙酯0.8~1份、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺0.7~1份、乙二醇单甲醚4~5份、二异丙醚3~5份、脂肪醇1~3份、月桂醇2~4份、高碳数脂肪醇5~7份、多元粗醇82~87份、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯0.1~0.3份、乌葵酸甘油0.2~0.3份。
本发明所述的一种汽车尾气清洁剂,主要包括如下步骤:
(1)组分A配制:将硝酸乙丙酯、乙二醇单甲醚、脂肪醇和高碳数脂肪醇置于锥形瓶内混匀,静置陈化7~8小时备用;
(2)组分B配制:将N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、二异丙醚、月桂醇、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯和乌葵酸甘油依次加入三口瓶中,常压下水浴加热至50~53℃,并保温4~6小时;
(3)将多元粗醇在90~140℃下精制,使其含水量小于1%;
(4)将制备得到的组分A、B和精制后的多元粗醇混匀,静置48小时后得到成品。成品的物化指标为:
(1)状态:无色或淡黄色透明液体;
(2)密度:0.79±0.01g/cm3;
(3)辛烷值:118~120
(4)凝点:-40℃以下;
(5)相溶性:与汽油任意比例混溶,不分相。
本发明的成品与普通汽油混溶后,尾气中各排放物依据 GB1318285-2005、DB371657-200b检测方法检测,CO排放量低于1, HC+NOX排放量低于1。
本发明原理易得,制备简单,生产成本低,能有效净化汽车排放尾气,有助于保护环境,减少污染,适于广泛推广应用。
(四)具体实施方式
实施例1:
制备方法:
(1)组分A配制:将硝酸乙丙酯9g、乙二醇单甲醚45g、脂肪醇20g 和高碳数脂肪醇60g置于锥形瓶内混匀,静置陈化7~8小时备用;
(2)组分B配制:将N,N-二甲基乙酰胺8g、二异丙醚40g、月桂醇 30g、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯2g和乌葵酸甘油2.5g依次加入三口瓶中,常压下水浴加热至50~53℃,并保温4~6小时;
(3)将多元粗醇85g在90~140℃下精制,使其含水量小于1%;
(4)将制备得到的组分A、B和精制后的多元粗醇混匀,静置48小时后得到成品。
实施例2:
制备方法:
(1)组分A配制:将硝酸乙丙酯8g、乙二醇单甲醚40g、脂肪醇10g 和高碳数脂肪醇50g置于锥形瓶内混匀,静置陈化7~8小时备用;
(2)组分B配制:将N,N-二甲基乙酰胺7g、二异丙醚30g、月桂醇 20g、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯1g和乌葵酸甘油2g依次加入三口瓶中,常压下水浴加热至50~53℃,并保温4~6小时;
(3)将多元粗醇82g在90~140℃下精制,使其含水量小于1%;
(4)将制备得到的组分A、B和精制后的多元粗醇混匀,静置48小时后得到成品。
实施例3:
制备方法:
(1)组分A配制:将硝酸乙丙酯1g、乙二醇单甲醚50g、脂肪醇30g 和高碳数脂肪醇70g置于锥形瓶内混匀,静置陈化7~8小时备用;
(2)组分B配制:将N,N-二甲基乙酰胺10g、二异丙醚50g、月桂醇40g、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯3g和乌葵酸甘油3g依次加入三口瓶中,常压下水浴加热至50~53℃,并保温4~6小时;
(3)将多元粗醇87g在90~140℃下精制,使其含水量小于1%;
(4)将制备得到的组分A、B和精制后的多元粗醇混匀,静置48小时后得到成品。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

1.一种汽车尾气清洁剂,其特征为,主要包括以下重量份数的原料:硝酸乙丙酯0.8~1份、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺0.7~1份、乙二醇单甲醚4~5份、二异丙醚3~5份、脂肪醇1~3份、月桂醇2~4份、高碳数脂肪醇5~7份、多元粗醇82~87份、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯0.1~0.3份、乌葵酸甘油0.2~0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气清洁剂,其特征为,主要包括如下步骤:
(1)组分A配制:将硝酸乙丙酯、乙二醇单甲醚、脂肪醇和高碳数脂肪醇置于锥形瓶内混匀,静置陈化7~8小时备用;
(2)组分B配制:将N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、二异丙醚、月桂醇、甘油棕仁脂肪酸酯和乌葵酸甘油依次加入三口瓶中,常压下水浴加热至50~53℃,并保温4~6小时;
(3)将多元粗醇在90~140℃下精制;(4)将制备得到的组分A、B和精制后的多元粗醇混匀,静置48小时后得到成品。
