本发明创造涉及一种汽车尾气清洁剂,由以下体积百分比的组分组成:多元粗醇的含量为60%~80%、二异丙醚的含量为5%~10%、二甲基乙酰胺的含量为1%~5%、脂肪醇的含量为1%~5%、丙酮的含量为5%~10%、硼酸钠的含量为0.5%~2%、抗凝剂的含量为0.1%~2%、异丙醇的含量为0.1%~0.6%;因此,本发明具有无污染、制造方便和无异味的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于尾气清洁剂技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车尾气清洁剂。
背景技术
近年来,汽车的使用越来越普及,随着汽车的普及,造成的问题就是污染空气,由于现有技术中的汽油中含碳量较高,导致汽车尾气中的一氧化碳和二氧化碳的含量也相对偏高,另外汽油为非可再生能源,随着能源的大量消耗,能源供应越来越紧张,为了改善节约能源,现在人们研制和开发了汽油添加剂,汽油添加剂的作用在于提高汽油的燃烧率和清洁度;针对这一问题,有必要开发出一种无污染、制造方便和无异味的汽车尾气清洁剂;因此,开发一种无污染、制造方便和无异味的汽车尾气清洁剂具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种无污染、制造方便和无异味的汽车尾气清洁剂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种汽车尾气清洁剂,由以下体积百分比的组分组成:多元粗醇的含量为60%~80%、二异丙醚的含量为5%~10%、二甲基乙酰胺的含量为1%~5%、脂肪醇的含量为1%~5%、丙酮的含量为5%~10%、硼酸钠的含量为0.5%~2%、抗凝剂的含量为0.1%~2%、异丙醇的含量为0.1%~0.6%。
由以下体积百分比的组分组成:多元粗醇的含量为60%、二异丙醚的含量为5%、二甲基乙酰胺的含量为1%、脂肪醇的含量为1%、丙酮的含量为5%、硼酸钠的含量为0.5%、抗凝剂的含量为0.1%、异丙醇的含量为0.1%。
由以下体积百分比的组分组成:多元粗醇的含量为80%、二异丙醚的含量为10%、二甲基乙酰胺的含量为5%、脂肪醇的含量为5%、丙酮的含量为10%、硼酸钠的含量为2%、抗凝剂的含量为2%、异丙醇的含量为0.6%。
由以下体积百分比的组分组成:多元粗醇的含量为75%、二异丙醚的含量为7%、二甲基乙酰胺的含量为3%、脂肪醇的含量为3%、丙酮的含量为7%、硼酸钠的含量为1%、抗凝剂的含量为1%、异丙醇的含量为0.4%。
将多元粗醇、二异丙醚、二甲基乙酰胺、脂肪醇、丙酮混合均匀,加入硼酸钠、异丙醇搅拌均匀后再加入抗凝剂,升温到40℃~70℃,加入Ph调节剂,调至设定值后,得到汽车尾气清洁剂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明中的低碳汽油增强动力,减少尾气中的碳含量,燃油充分,减少大气污染,成本低廉,生产制造方便;因此,本发明具有无污染、制造方便和无异味的优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种汽车尾气清洁剂,由以下体积百分比的组分组成:多元粗醇的含量为60%~80%、二异丙醚的含量为5%~10%、二甲基乙酰胺的含量为1%~5%、脂肪醇的含量为1%~5%、丙酮的含量为5%~10%、硼酸钠的含量为0.5%~2%、抗凝剂的含量为0.1%~2%、异丙醇的含量为0.1%~0.6%。
在本实施例中,常温常压下,将多元粗醇、二异丙醚、二甲基乙酰胺、脂肪醇、丙酮混合均匀,加入硼酸钠、异丙醇搅拌均匀后再加入抗凝剂,升温到40℃~70℃,加入Ph调节剂,调至设定值后,得到汽车尾气清洁剂,制造过程方便,节能环保,因此,本发明具有无污染、制造方便和无异味的优点。
实施例2
一种汽车尾气清洁剂,由以下体积百分比的组分组成:多元粗醇的含量为60%~80%、二异丙醚的含量为5%~10%、二甲基乙酰胺的含量为1%~5%、脂肪醇的含量为1%~5%、丙酮的含量为5%~10%、硼酸钠的含量为0.5%~2%、抗凝剂的含量为0.1%~2%、异丙醇的含量为0.1%~0.6%;由以下体积百分比的组分组成:多元粗醇的含量为60%、二异丙醚的含量为5%、二甲基乙酰胺的含量为1%、脂肪醇的含量为1%、丙酮的含量为5%、硼酸钠的含量为0.5%、抗凝剂的含量为0.1%、异丙醇的含量为0.1%;由以下体积百分比的组分组成:多元粗醇的含量为80%、二异丙醚的含量为10%、二甲基乙酰胺的含量为5%、脂肪醇的含量为5%、丙酮的含量为10%、硼酸钠的含量为2%、抗凝剂的含量为2%、异丙醇的含量为0.6%;由以下体积百分比的组分组成:多元粗醇的含量为75%、二异丙醚的含量为7%、二甲基乙酰胺的含量为3%、脂肪醇的含量为3%、丙酮的含量为7%、硼酸钠的含量为1%、抗凝剂的含量为1%、异丙醇的含量为0.4%;将多元粗醇、二异丙醚、二甲基乙酰胺、脂肪醇、丙酮混合均匀,加入硼酸钠、异丙醇搅拌均匀后再加入抗凝剂,升温到40℃~70℃,加入Ph调节剂,调至设定值后,得到汽车尾气清洁剂。

1.一种汽车尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:多元粗醇的含量为60%~80%、二异丙醚的含量为5%~10%、二甲基乙酰胺的含量为1%~5%、脂肪醇的含量为1%~5%、丙酮的含量为5%~10%、硼酸钠的含量为0.5%~2%、抗凝剂的含量为0.1%~2%、异丙醇的含量为0.1%~0.6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:多元粗醇的含量为60%、二异丙醚的含量为5%、二甲基乙酰胺的含量为1%、脂肪醇的含量为1%、丙酮的含量为5%、硼酸钠的含量为0.5%、抗凝剂的含量为0.1%、异丙醇的含量为0.1%。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:将多元粗醇、二异丙醚、二甲基乙酰胺、脂肪醇、丙酮混合均匀,加入硼酸钠、异丙醇搅拌均匀后再加入抗凝剂,升温到40℃~70℃,加入Ph调节剂,调至设定值后,得到汽车尾气清洁剂。
