本发明涉及一种节能型尾气清洁剂,由以下体积百分比的组分组成:硼酸钠的含量为40%~60%、偏铝酸钠的含量为20%~30%、抗凝剂的含量为5%~10%、二异丙醚的含量为20%~30%、多元粗醇的含量为10%~15%、脂肪醇的含量为10%~20%、二乙烯三胺的含量为10%~15%、三聚氰酸的含量为10%~20%、十六酸十六酯的含量为10%~20%、润滑剂的含量为10%~15%、司盘的含量为5%~10%;因此,本发明具有既节能又环保、无污染、制造方便和无异味的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于汽油技术领域,具体涉及一种节能型尾气清洁剂。
背景技术
近年来,汽车的使用越来越普及,随着汽车的普及,造成的问题就是污染空气,由于现有技术中的汽油中含碳量较高,导致汽车尾气中的一氧化碳和二氧化碳的含量也相对偏高,另外汽油为非可再生能源,随着能源的大量消耗,能源供应越来越紧张,为了改善节约能源,现在人们研制和开发了汽油添加剂,汽油添加剂的作用在于提高汽油的燃烧率和清洁度;针对这一问题,有必要开发出一种既节能又环保、无污染、制造方便和无异味的汽油添加剂及其制备方法;因此,开发一种既节能又环保、无污染、制造方便和无异味的节能型尾气清洁剂具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种既节能又环保、无污染、制造方便和无异味的节能型尾气清洁剂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种节能型尾气清洁剂,由以下体积百分比的组分组成:硼酸钠的含量为40%~60%、偏铝酸钠的含量为20%~30%、抗凝剂的含量为5%~10%、二异丙醚的含量为20%~30%、多元粗醇的含量为10%~15 %、脂肪醇的含量为10%~20%、二乙烯三胺的含量为10%~15%、三聚氰酸的含量为10%~20%、十六酸十六酯的含量为10%~20%、润滑剂的含量为10%~15%、司盘的含量为5%~10%。

由以下体积百分比的组分组成:硼酸钠的含量为60%、偏铝酸钠的含量为30%、抗凝剂的含量为10%、二异丙醚的含量为30%、多元粗醇的含量为15 %、脂肪醇的含量为20%、二乙烯三胺的含量为15%、三聚氰酸的含量为20%、十六酸十六酯的含量为20%、润滑剂的含量为15%、司盘的含量为10%。
由以下体积百分比的组分组成:硼酸钠的含量为50%、偏铝酸钠的含量为25%、抗凝剂的含量为8%、二异丙醚的含量为25%、多元粗醇的含量为13 %、脂肪醇的含量为15%、二乙烯三胺的含量为13%、三聚氰酸的含量为15%、十六酸十六酯的含量为15%、润滑剂的含量为12%、司盘的含量为8%。
本发明的有益效果:本发明中的节能型尾气清洁剂增强动力,减少尾气中的碳含量,制作简单,可清除发动机内的积碳,清理油路,提高燃油效率,降低燃油损耗,具有润滑助燃的作用,对尾气的吸收效果明显,既节能又环保,燃油充分,减少大气污染,成本低廉,生产制造方便;因此,本发明具有既节能又环保、无污染、制造方便和无异味的优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种节能型尾气清洁剂,由以下体积百分比的组分组成:硼酸钠的含量为40%~60%、偏铝酸钠的含量为20%~30%、抗凝剂的含量为5%~10%、二异丙醚的含量为20%~30%、多元粗醇的含量为10%~15 %、脂肪醇的含量为10%~20%、二乙烯三胺的含量为10%~15%、三聚氰酸的含量为10%~20%、十六酸十六酯的含量为10%~20%、润滑剂的含量为10%~15%、司盘的含量为5%~10%。
在本实施例中,常温常压下,将硼酸钠、偏铝酸钠、抗凝剂、二异丙醚、多元粗醇、脂肪醇、二乙烯三胺、三聚氰酸、十六酸十六酯、润滑剂、司盘混合到一起乳化搅拌,40min后,静置1h可以灌装,制造过程方便,节能环保;加入甲苯的作用在于让汽油添加剂更加稳定,异丙醇的作用改良汽油添加剂的粘度,脂肪酸甲酯具有改进Ph值的作用,司盘具有防腐性能;因此,本发明具有无污染、制造方便和无异味的优点。
实施例2
一种节能型尾气清洁剂,由以下体积百分比的组分组成:硼酸钠的含量为40%~60%、偏铝酸钠的含量为20%~30%、抗凝剂的含量为5%~10%、二异丙醚的含量为20%~30%、多元粗醇的含量为10%~15 %、脂肪醇的含量为10%~20%、二乙烯三胺的含量为10%~15%、三聚氰酸的含量为10%~20%、十六酸十六酯的含量为10%~20%、润滑剂的含量为10%~15%、司盘的含量为5%~10%;由以下体积百分比的组分组成:硼酸钠的含量为50%、偏铝酸钠的含量为25%、抗凝剂的含量为8%、二异丙醚的含量为25%、多元粗醇的含量为13 %、脂肪醇的含量为15%、二乙烯三胺的含量为13%、三聚氰酸的含量为15%、十六酸十六酯的含量为15%、润滑剂的含量为12%、司盘的含量为8%。
本实施例中的比例为最佳实施例,检测结果为无污染、制造方便和无异味的优点。

1.一种节能型尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:硼酸钠的含量为40%~60%、偏铝酸钠的含量为20%~30%、抗凝剂的含量为5%~10%、二异丙醚的含量为20%~30%、多元粗醇的含量为10%~15 %、脂肪醇的含量为10%~20%、二乙烯三胺的含量为10%~15%、三聚氰酸的含量为10%~20%、十六酸十六酯的含量为10%~20%、润滑剂的含量为10%~15%、司盘的含量为5%~10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:硼酸钠的含量为40%、偏铝酸钠的含量为20%、抗凝剂的含量为5%、二异丙醚的含量为20%、多元粗醇的含量为10 %、脂肪醇的含量为10%、二乙烯三胺的含量为10%、三聚氰酸的含量为10%、十六酸十六酯的含量为10%、润滑剂的含量为10%、司盘的含量为5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:硼酸钠的含量为60%、偏铝酸钠的含量为30%、抗凝剂的含量为10%、二异丙醚的含量为30%、多元粗醇的含量为15 %、脂肪醇的含量为20%、二乙烯三胺的含量为15%、三聚氰酸的含量为20%、十六酸十六酯的含量为20%、润滑剂的含量为15%、司盘的含量为10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型尾气清洁剂,其特征在于:由以下体积百分比的组分组成:硼酸钠的含量为50%、偏铝酸钠的含量为25%、抗凝剂的含量为8%、二异丙醚的含量为25%、多元粗醇的含量为13 %、脂肪醇的含量为15%、二乙烯三胺的含量为13%、三聚氰酸的含量为15%、十六酸十六酯的含量为15%、润滑剂的含量为12%、司盘的含量为8%。
