Abstract
本发明公开了一种甲醇汽油,由以下质量百分比的成份制成:甲醇60‑70%、芳烃6‑7%、石脑油40‑46%、氢氧化钠0.004‑0.0043%、抗腐蚀剂0.3‑0.33%、抗氧化剂0.2‑0.23%、润滑剂0.5‑0.53%、稳定剂2‑2.2%。本发明具有以下有益效果:(1)添加剂均采用来源丰富、性能稳定、燃烧后排放清洁的原材料,调和工艺简单,生产成本低廉,生产过程无三废排放;(2)可以有效保护环境、降低燃料成本、节约石油资源;(3)本发明对车辆的动力系统和供油系统有较好的保护作用,经过实际测试检验后其动力性能、润滑性、抗腐蚀、抗氧化、低温点火,油耗量等都优于92#国5标准汽油。本发明的车用甲醇汽油燃料组成简单,原料来源广泛,生产成本低,燃烧性能好;储存时间长,且不分层,不变质;值得大量生产和推广使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于燃油技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型车用甲醇汽油。
背景技术
目前,关于汽油添加剂、关于醇油燃料的发明专利不少,但至今未见着在我国大量使用状态,究其原因 :一是没有全面考虑整个燃料在汽缸中的燃烧过程,特别是汽油发动机要求显然其尽量释放能量和缩短后燃期,显然单一控制汽油的镏程或单一改变醇油的配比并不十分奏效,必须全面综合其改善性能 :二是从工厂到油库、到加油站,从汽车的油箱到化油器进入汽缸是一个使用过程,如何保护金属和非金属件的腐蚀和溶涨,如何免遭水和甲醇汽油的互溶,如何克服原汽油夏天气阻的问题,改善冬天的冷起动问题,又要保证安全,不能加入沸点过低的过氧化物及溶剂,这些都是保证进入实用状态必须具备的条件。随着世界经济的发展,对于汽油的需求与日俱增,传统的柴油、汽油、天然气等资源越加匮乏。据世界石油峰会统计数据,世界石油可商业用途开采 32 年,所以开发新型高清洁甲醇汽油替代能源成为未来能源领域发展的主要方向 ;对于再生能源的的开发利用已经提高到了前所未有的高度,垃圾、农业废料、煤炭、木材、秸秆等都可以经过气化合成制造甲醇,所以甲醇汽油适合大范围大面积推广使用。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明目的在于提供一种高效节油、污染小的新型车用甲醇汽油。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是 :一种新型甲醇汽油,甲醇汽油成分配比为 ( 重量百分比 ) :

石脑油 40-46%
芳烃 6-7%
氢 氧 化 钠0.004-0.0043 %
抗 腐 蚀 剂 0.3-0.33 %
抗 氧 化剂 0.2-0.23%

本发明以甲醇、石脑油为基础原料,配合相关辅助材料,将甲醇、石脑油调制成适合于汽油发动机使用的新型甲醇汽油,可直接替代目前大范围使用的各种标号汽油,具有成本低廉、节能环保、性能优越等特点。

1.一种甲醇汽油;其特征是按以下百分比混合配制组成:
甲 醇 60-70 %、芳烃 6-7%、石脑油 40-46%、氢 氧 化 钠0.004-0.0043 %、抗 腐蚀 剂 0.3-0.33 %、抗 氧 化剂 0.2-0.23%、润滑剂 0.5-0.53%、稳定剂 2-2.2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂为油酸、环丙酸、二乙胺或丙胺的混合物 ;所述稳定剂包括丁酮和丙三醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为BHT501。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为液体石蜡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述抗腐蚀剂包括苯并三氮唑和油酸咪唑啉,所述苯并三氮唑和油酸咪唑啉质量配比为 2:3。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述甲醇为99.9精醇。
