Abstract

本发明公开了一种燃油添加剂,特别公开了一种低碳汽油添加剂及其制备方法。该低碳汽油添加剂,其特殊之处在于:由以下体积百分比的组分制成:粗醇65%-70%、正戊醇5%-15%、油酸5%-10%、环烷酸5%-10%、失水山梨醇单油酸酯3%-7%、三乙醇胺1%-3%。本发明低碳汽油添加剂及其制备方法的有益效果是:能供给低碳汽油足够的氧,使其充分燃烧,增大发热量,从而提高车辆内燃机的功率,增大动力,同时能减少环境污染。

Description

一种低碳汽油添加剂及其制备方法
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃油添加剂,特别涉及一种低碳汽油添加剂及其制备方法。
(二)背景技术
现在车辆及各种内燃机用的燃油大部分都是汽油,其主要成分是碳氢化合物,汽油含碳原子数为C6-C12之间,由于含碳量较高,在燃烧过程中仅靠空气中的氧作助燃剂是不够的,因此会燃烧不完全,冒出大量黑烟,一方面造成耗油量多,浪费能源,污染环境,另一方面由于燃烧不完全,供给的热量不足,致使内燃机动力不高,功率不足。为了使汽油能够充分燃烧,市面上出现各种燃油节能添加剂,但普遍存在使用不便,节油效果不理想的问题,且很多不适用于低碳汽油。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种使低碳汽油充分燃烧并减少环境污染的低碳汽油添加剂及其制备方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种低碳汽油添加剂,其特殊之处在于:由以下体积百分比的组分制成:
粗醇                  65%-70%
正戊醇                5%-15%
油酸                  5%-10%
环烷酸                5%-10%
失水山梨醇单油酸酯    3%-7%
三乙醇胺              1%-3%。
本发明低碳汽油添加剂,其优选的方案是:由以下体积百分比的组分制成:
粗醇                  65%-70%
正戊醇                10%
油酸                  5%-10%
环烷酸                5%-10%
失水山梨醇单油酸酯    5%
三乙醇胺              2%。
所述粗醇为体积含量为82%的仲辛醇;失水山梨醇单油酸酯即为司盘80。
本发明低碳汽油添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
向反应釜中加入体积百分比为65%-70%的粗醇,边循环搅拌边加入体积百分比为5%-15%的正戊醇,加热并控制温度在35℃-40℃时依次往反应釜中加入体积百分比为5%-10%的油酸、体积百分比为5%-10%的环烷酸及体积百分比为3%-7%的失水山梨醇单油酸酯,反应2-4小时后冷却,最后加入体积百分比为1%-3%的三乙醇胺即得。
本发明低碳汽油添加剂及其制备方法的有益效果是:能供给低碳汽油足够的氧,使其充分燃烧,增大发热量,从而提高车辆内燃机的功率,增大动力,同时能减少环境污染。
(四)具体实施方式
实施例1:
低碳汽油添加剂,由以下体积的组分制成:
粗醇68升、正戊醇10升、油酸7升、环烷酸8升、失水山梨醇单油酸酯5升、三乙醇胺2升。
实施例2:
该低碳汽油添加剂,由以下体积的组分制成:
粗醇65升、正戊醇5升、油酸10升、环烷酸10升、失水山梨醇单油酸酯7升、三乙醇胺3升。
实施例3:
该低碳汽油添加剂的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
向反应釜中加入70升的粗醇,边循环搅拌边加入15升的正戊醇,加热并控制温度在37℃时依次往反应釜中加入5升的油酸、6升的环烷酸及3升的失水山梨醇单油酸酯,反应3小时后冷却,最后加入1升的三乙醇胺即得。
实施例4:
该低碳汽油添加剂的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
向反应釜中加入67升的粗醇,边循环搅拌边加入15升的正戊醇,加热并控制温度在35℃时依次往反应釜中加入6升的油酸、6升的环烷酸及4升的失水山梨醇单油酸酯,反应4小时后冷却,最后加入2升的三乙醇胺即得。
实施例5:
该低碳汽油添加剂的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
向反应釜中加入69升的粗醇,边循环搅拌边加入8升的正戊醇,加热并控制温度在40℃时依次往反应釜中加入9升的油酸、5升的环烷酸及6升的失水山梨醇单油酸酯,反应2小时后冷却,最后加入3升的三乙醇胺即得。
将实施例5所制低碳汽油添加剂加入到普通90号汽油中,在山东进行了实验推广,主要区域为山东的济南、潍坊、淄博、东营等地市,合作实验推广单位有油品经营单位、加油站等企业,经过上百万辆次的汽车实验应用,普遍反馈该低碳汽油添加剂能供给汽油足够的氧,使其充分燃烧,增大发热量,从而提高车辆内燃机的功率,增大动力,同时能减少环境污染。

Claims (2)

1.一种低碳汽油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:其原料包括以下体积百分比的组分:
粗醇                     65%-70%
 正戊醇                   5%-15%
 油酸                     5%-10%
 环烷酸                   5%-10%
失水山梨醇单油酸酯       3%-7%
三乙醇胺                 1%-3%;
其制法包括以下步骤:向反应釜中加入体积百分比为65%-70%的粗醇,边循环搅拌边加入体积百分比为5%-15%的正戊醇,加热并控制温度在35℃-40℃时依次往反应釜中加入体积百分比为5%-10%的油酸、体积百分比为5%-10%的环烷酸及体积百分比为3%-7%的失水山梨醇单油酸酯,反应2-4小时后冷却,最后加入体积百分比为1%-3%的三乙醇胺即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低碳汽油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:其原料包括以下体积百分比的组分:
粗醇                     65%-70%
 正戊醇                   10%
 油酸                     5%-10%
 环烷酸                   5%-10%
失水山梨醇单油酸酯       5%
三乙醇胺                 2%。
