Abstract

本发明公开了一种燃油添加剂,特别公开了一种低碳柴油添加剂及其制备方法。该低碳柴油添加剂,其特殊之处在于:由以下组分制成:粗醇、脂肪酸甲酯、吐温80、二甲醚、二甲氧基甲烷、丙酮、六亚甲基四胺、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。本发明低碳柴油添加剂及其制备方法的有益效果是:性质稳定,在空气中不分解,不易蒸发损失,提高了低碳柴油的燃烧效率,增大内燃机的动力,能随燃料一同完全燃烧而不产生沉淀或残渣且对燃料其他性质无不良影响,同时减少了污染物的生成,减少了燃烧产生的污染物的排放,降低车辆运行成本并延长内燃机的使用寿命。

Description

一种低碳柴油添加剂及其制备方法
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃油添加剂,特别涉及一种低碳柴油添加剂及其制备方法。
(二)背景技术
现在的车辆及各种内燃机用的燃油很多是柴油,其主要成分是碳氢化合物,柴油含碳原子数为C10-C22之间,由于含碳量较高,在燃烧过程中仅靠空气中的氧作助燃剂是不够的,因此会燃烧不完全,冒出大量黑烟,造成耗油量多,浪费能源且污染环境,为了提高柴油的燃烧效率,市面上出现各种燃油节能添加剂,但现有的燃油添加剂虽能一定程度的改善柴油在内燃机中的燃烧性能,但其他方面的指标却难以达到,其所产生的副作用,造成内燃机生锈、积碳严重等,会大大降低内燃机的正常运行,且同样会污染环境。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种提高柴油燃烧效率并减少环境污染的低碳柴油添加剂及其制备方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种低碳柴油添加剂,其特殊之处在于:由以下体积百分比的组分制成:
粗醇                  75%-85%
脂肪酸甲酯            5%-10%
吐温80                0.1%-1%
二甲醚                0.5%-2%
二甲氧基甲烷          1%-4%
丙酮                  2%-6%
六亚甲基四胺          0.7%-1.5%
2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚   0.2%-0.5%。
本发明低碳柴油添加剂,其优选的方案是:所述粗醇的体积百分比为80%。
所述粗醇为体积含量为82%的仲辛醇;2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚即T501抗氧剂,是用对甲酚和异丁烯为原料制得的油品添加剂,在油中起抗氧化及防胶作用,油溶性好,不溶于水和苛性钠,是一种广谱抗氧剂。
本发明低碳柴油添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
向反应釜中加入体积百分比为75%-85%的粗醇,加热并控制温度在45℃-50℃时依次往反应釜中加入体积百分比为5%-10%的脂肪酸甲酯、体积百分比为0.1%-1%的吐温80、体积百分比为0.5%-2%的二甲醚、体积百分比为1%-4%的二甲氧基甲烷、体积百分比为2%-6%的丙酮、体积百分比为0.7%-1.5%的六亚甲基四胺及体积百分比为0.2%-0.5%的2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,循环搅拌,反应4-5小时后冷却即得。

(四)具体实施方式
实施例1:
低碳柴油添加剂,由以下体积的组分制成:
粗醇80升、脂肪酸甲酯8升、吐温80 0.6升、二甲醚2升、二甲氧基甲烷4升、丙酮4升、六亚甲基四胺1.1升、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.3升。
实施例2:
该低碳柴油添加剂,由以下体积的组分制成:
粗醇75升、脂肪酸甲酯10升、吐温80 1升、二甲醚2升、二甲氧基甲烷4升、丙酮6升、六亚甲基四胺1.5升、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.5升。
实施例3:
该低碳柴油添加剂的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
向反应釜中加入85升的粗醇,加热并控制温度在48℃时依次往反应釜中加入7升的脂肪酸甲酯、0.4升的吐温80、1.5升的二甲醚、3升的二甲氧基甲烷、2升的丙酮、0.9升的六亚甲基四胺及0.2升的2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,循环搅拌,反应4.5小时后冷却即得。
实施例4:
该低碳柴油添加剂的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
向反应釜中加入84升的粗醇,加热并控制温度在45℃时依次往反应釜中加入7升的脂肪酸甲酯、0.9升的吐温80、0.8升的二甲醚、1升的二甲氧基甲烷、4.5升的丙酮、1.4升的六亚甲基四胺及0.4升的2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,循环搅拌,反应5小时后冷却即得。
实施例5:
该低碳柴油添加剂的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
向反应釜中加入81升的粗醇,加热并控制温度在50℃时依次往反应釜中加入9升的脂肪酸甲酯、0.5升的吐温80、1.3升的二甲醚、1.5升的二甲氧基甲烷、5升的丙酮、1.2升的六亚甲基四胺及0.5升的2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,循环搅拌,反应4小时后冷却即得。
将实施例5所制低碳柴油添加剂加入到0号柴油中混合均匀,在山东进行了实验推广,主要区域为山东的济南、潍坊、淄博、东营等地市,合作实验推广单位有油品经营单位、加油站等企业,经过上百万辆次的汽车实验应用,普遍反馈柴油的燃烧效率提高,动力增大,能随燃料一同完全燃烧而不产生沉淀或残渣且对燃料其他性质无不良影响,同时减少了燃烧产生的污染物的排放。

Claims (2)

1.一种低碳柴油添加剂,其特征是:由以下体积百分比的组分制成:
粗醇                       75%-85%
 脂肪酸甲酯                 5%-10%
 吐温80                     0.1%-1%
 二甲醚                     0.5%-2%
二甲氧基甲烷               1%-4%
丙酮                       2%-6%
六亚甲基四胺               0.7%-1.5%
2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚         0.2%-0.5%;
由以下步骤制成:向反应釜中加入体积百分比为75%-85%的粗醇,加热并控制温度在45℃-50℃时依次往反应釜中加入体积百分比为5%-10%的脂肪酸甲酯、体积百分比为0.1%-1%的吐温80、体积百分比为0.5%-2%的二甲醚、体积百分比为1%-4%的二甲氧基甲烷、体积百分比为2%-6%的丙酮、体积百分比为0.7%-1.5%的六亚甲基四胺及体积百分比为0.2%-0.5%的2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,循环搅拌,反应4-5小时后冷却即得。
