本发明属于树脂制造领域,具体涉及一种耐冻树脂。
背景技术
树脂通常是指受热后有硬化或熔融范围,软化时在外力作用下有流动倾向,常温下是固态、半固态,有时也可以是液态的有机聚合物。树脂相对分子量不确定但通常较高,常温下呈固态、中固态、假固态,有时也可以是液态的有机物质,具有软化或熔融温度范围,在外力作用下有流动倾向,破裂时常呈贝壳状。一般不溶于水,能溶于有机溶剂。按来源可分为天然树脂和合成树脂,其中合成树脂是一种人工合成的一类高分子量聚合物,兼备或超过天然树脂固有特性的一种树脂,广泛用于塑料生产等领域。有些合成树脂常用于涂料,涂覆于设备或建筑表面,要求具有很好的耐冻性。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种耐冻树脂。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种耐冻树脂,包括重量份数60~80份的环氧树脂,30~40份的氯化苯乙烯,5~8份的新戊二醇和2~5份的木糖醇酯。
一种优选方案,所述耐冻树脂由以下重量份数的组分组成:65份的环氧树脂,30份的氯化苯乙烯,7份的新戊二醇和3份的木糖醇酯。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,通过环氧树脂与其他组分组合,耐冻性好,抗磨性能优异,适合用于防冻涂料的制备。

一种耐冻树脂,由重量份数70份的环氧树脂,35份的氯化苯乙烯,7份的新戊二醇和4份的木糖醇酯组成。

一种耐冻树脂,由重量份数80份的环氧树脂,30份的氯化苯乙烯, 8份的新戊二醇和2份的木糖醇酯组成。
实施例4:
一种耐冻树脂,由重量份数65份的环氧树脂,32份的氯化苯乙烯,6份的新戊二醇和4份的木糖醇酯组成。实施例5:
一种耐冻树脂,由重量份数75份的环氧树脂,36份的氯化苯乙烯,5份的新戊二醇和3份的木糖醇酯组成。

1.一种耐冻树脂,其特征在于,包括重量份数60~80份的环氧树脂,30~40份的氯化苯乙烯,5~8份的新戊二醇和2~5份的木糖醇酯。
