技术领域
本发明属于树脂制造领域,具体涉及一种耐水树脂。
背景技术
树脂通常是指受热后有硬化或熔融范围,软化时在外力作用下有流动倾向,常温下是固态、半固态,有时也可以是液态的有机聚合物。树脂相对分子量不确定但通常较高,常温下呈固态、中固态、假固态,有时也可以是液态的有机物质,具有软化或熔融温度范围,在外力作用下有流动倾向,破裂时常呈贝壳状。一般不溶于水,能溶于有机溶剂。按来源可分为天然树脂和合成树脂,其中合成树脂是一种人工合成的一类高分子量聚合物,兼备或超过天然树脂固有特性的一种树脂,广泛用于塑料生产等领域。有些合成树脂常用于涂料,要求具有很好的耐水性,但是在涂料组分中又需要结合其他有机、无机组分的粘结力。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种耐水树脂。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种耐水树脂,包括重量份数40~60份的丙烯酸树脂,20~30份的聚丙烯,3~6份的石蜡和2~4份的二甲苯。
一种优选方案,上述耐水树脂具体由以下重量份数的组分组成:50份的丙烯酸树脂,20份的聚丙烯,4份的石蜡和2份的二甲苯。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,耐水性好,同时结合聚丙烯及石蜡的加入,在制备耐水性涂料时结合无机组分的能力提高。

一种耐水树脂,由重量份数40份的丙烯酸树脂, 30份的聚丙烯,4份的石蜡和2份的二甲苯组成。

一种耐水树脂,由重量份数45份的丙烯酸树脂,25份的聚丙烯,5份的石蜡和3份的二甲苯组成。
实施例3:
一种耐水树脂,由重量份数50份的丙烯酸树脂,20份的聚丙烯,5份的石蜡和4份的二甲苯组成。
实施例4:
一种耐水树脂,由重量份数55份的丙烯酸树脂,24份的聚丙烯,4份的石蜡和2份的二甲苯组成。
实施例5:
一种耐水树脂,由重量份数60份的丙烯酸树脂,28份的聚丙烯,6份的石蜡和3份的二甲苯组成。
