技术领域
本发明属于树脂制造领域,具体涉及一种耐候树脂。
背景技术
树脂通常是指受热后有硬化或熔融范围,软化时在外力作用下有流动倾向,常温下是固态、半固态,有时也可以是液态的有机聚合物。树脂相对分子量不确定但通常较高,常温下呈固态、中固态、假固态,有时也可以是液态的有机物质,具有软化或熔融温度范围,在外力作用下有流动倾向,破裂时常呈贝壳状。一般不溶于水,能溶于有机溶剂。按来源可分为天然树脂和合成树脂,其中合成树脂是一种人工合成的一类高分子量聚合物,兼备或超过天然树脂固有特性的一种树脂,广泛用于塑料生产等领域。有些合成树脂常用于涂料,涂料需要涂覆在装置或建筑表面,需要一定的耐候性,否则随着时间的推移易老化等等。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种耐候树脂。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种耐候树脂,包括重量份数30~40份的聚氯乙烯树脂,20~30份的EVA树脂,5~10份的氯化聚乙烯和1~3份的聚二甲基硅氧烷。
一种优选方案,所述耐候树脂由以下重量份数的组分组成:30份的聚氯乙烯树脂,30份的EVA树脂,10份的氯化聚乙烯和1份的聚二甲基硅氧烷。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,耐候性好,能够适应气候的不同对涂料表面带来的侵蚀,适用于耐候涂料的制备。

一种耐候树脂,由重量份数35份的聚氯乙烯树脂,23份的EVA树脂,7份的氯化聚乙烯和2份的聚二甲基硅氧烷组成。

一种耐候树脂,由重量份数32份的聚氯乙烯树脂,25份的EVA树脂,6份的氯化聚乙烯和3份的聚二甲基硅氧烷组成。
实施例5:
一种耐候树脂,由重量份数36份的聚氯乙烯树脂,28份的EVA树脂,8份的氯化聚乙烯和2份的聚二甲基硅氧烷组成。

1.一种耐候树脂,其特征在于,包括重量份数30~40份的聚氯乙烯树脂,20~30份的EVA树脂,5~10份的氯化聚乙烯和1~3份的聚二甲基硅氧烷。
