Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐水的环保漆,主要由以下重量份的原料所制成:聚乙烯亚胺30‑45份、丙烯酸树脂20‑32份、氧化钙8‑15份、松节油6‑12份、稳定剂5‑8份、分散剂2‑5份、卤水2‑4份。本发明耐水的环保油漆安全稳定无污染,对环境和人体都不会产生危害,并且成份稳定,附着力强,耐水性强,具有良好的防腐防潮效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保漆,具体涉及一种耐水的环保漆。
背景技术
油漆就是能够涂覆在被涂物件表面并能形成牢固附着的连续薄膜的材料。它既可以是无机的,如电镀铜,电镀镍,电镀锌等。也可以是有机的,如大多数的有机高分子材料,有机高分子材料构成了当今油漆市场主要部分。现有油漆大多添加苯等有机溶剂,对人体危害较大,也会对环境造成一定的影响,随着人们对环保的意识越来越强,这就需要一种性能可靠,对人体和环境无污染的油漆。而在南方地区,由于空气比较潮湿,现有的油漆易产生水珠耐水性较差,使用油漆的地方容易发霉,所以急需要一种耐水的环保漆。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术存在问题,本发明提供一种耐水的环保漆,该环保漆不仅对人和环境安全、无危害,并且耐水功能强。
技术方案:为了实现上述目的,如本发明所述的一种耐水的环保漆,主要由以下重量份的原料所制成:聚乙烯亚胺30-45份、丙烯酸树脂20-32份、氧化钙8-15份、松节油6-12份、稳定剂5-8份、分散剂2-5份、卤水2-4份。
作为优选,所述耐水耐磨环保漆,主要由以下重量份的原料所制成:聚乙烯亚胺35-42份、丙烯酸树脂25-28份、氧化钙10-14份、松节油8-10份、稳定剂6-8份、分散剂3-5份、卤水3-4份。
作为优选,所述耐水耐磨环保漆,主要由以下重量份的原料所制成:聚乙烯亚胺36份、丙烯酸树脂26份、氧化钙12份、松节油9份、稳定剂7份、分散剂4份、卤水3份。
作为优选,所述稳定剂为有机锡、铅盐和锌皂中的任意一种。
作为优选,所述分散剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸丁酯或石蜡中的任意一种。
上述耐水的环保漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照重量份数称取原料,并将聚乙烯亚胺、丙烯酸树脂、氧化钙投入到反应釜中,加热到60-80℃搅拌30-40min,继续升温至100-120℃,保温5-10min,得第一混合液;
(2)将第一混合液投入研磨机中加入松柏油研磨10-15min,得到第二混合液;
(3)在第二混合液中加入稳定剂、分散剂、卤水继续搅拌20-30min,得到耐水的漆。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明耐水的环保油漆安全稳定无污染,对环境和人体都不会产生危害,并且成份稳定,附着力强,耐水性强,具有良好的防腐防潮效果。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
组份:
聚乙烯亚胺30份、丙烯酸树脂20份、氧化钙8份、松节油6份、有机锡5份、硬脂酸美2份、卤水2份。
制备方法:
(1)按照重量份数称取原料,并将聚乙烯亚胺、丙烯酸树脂、氧化钙投入到反应釜中,加热到60℃搅拌40min,继续升温至100℃,保温10min,得第一混合液;
(2)将第一混合液投入研磨机中加入松柏油研磨10min,得到第二混合液;
(3)在第二混合液中加入有机锡、硬脂酸镁、卤水继续搅拌20min,得到耐水的环保漆。
实施例2
组份:
聚乙烯亚胺45份、丙烯酸树脂32份、氧化钙15份、松节油12份、铅盐8份、硬脂酸丁酯5份、卤水4份。
制备方法:
(1)按照重量份数称取原料,并将聚乙烯亚胺、丙烯酸树脂、氧化钙投入到反应釜中,加热到80℃搅拌30min,继续升温至120℃,保温5min,得第一混合液;
(2)将第一混合液投入研磨机中加入松柏油研磨15min,得到第二混合液;
(3)在第二混合液中加入铅盐、硬脂酸丁酯、卤水继续搅拌30min,得到耐水的环保漆。
实施例3
组份:
聚乙烯亚胺36份、丙烯酸树脂26份、氧化钙12份、松节油9份、、锌皂7份、石蜡4份、卤水3份。
制备方法:
(1)按照重量份数称取原料,并将聚乙烯亚胺、丙烯酸树脂、氧化钙投入到反应釜中,加热到70℃搅拌35min,继续升温至110℃,保温7min,得第一混合液;
(2)将第一混合液投入研磨机中加入松柏油研磨12min,得到第二混合液;
(3)在第二混合液中加入锌皂、石蜡、卤水继续搅拌25min,得到耐水的环保漆。
实施例4
组份:
聚乙烯亚胺35份、丙烯酸树脂25份、氧化钙10份、松节油8份、锌皂6份、石蜡3份、卤水3份。
制备方法:
(1)按照重量份数称取原料,并将聚乙烯亚胺、丙烯酸树脂、氧化钙投入到反应釜中,加热到70℃搅拌35min,继续升温至110℃,保温7min,得第一混合液;
(2)将第一混合液投入研磨机中加入松柏油研磨12min,得到第二混合液;
(3)在第二混合液中加入锌皂、石蜡、卤水继续搅拌25min,得到耐水的环保漆。
实施例5
组份:
聚乙烯亚胺42份、丙烯酸树脂28份、氧化钙14份、松节油10份、锌皂8份、石蜡5份、卤水5份。
制备方法:
(1)按照重量份数称取原料,并将聚乙烯亚胺、丙烯酸树脂、氧化钙投入到反应釜中,加热到70℃搅拌35min,继续升温至110℃,保温7min,得第一混合液;
(2)将第一混合液投入研磨机中加入松柏油研磨12min,得到第二混合液;
(3)在第二混合液中加入锌皂、石蜡、卤水继续搅拌25min,得到耐水的环保漆。

1.一种耐水的环保漆,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份的原料所制成:聚乙烯亚胺30-45份、丙烯酸树脂20-32份、氧化钙8-15份、松节油6-12份、稳定剂5-8份、分散剂2-5份、卤水2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐水的环保漆,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份的原料所制成:聚乙烯亚胺35-42份、丙烯酸树脂25-28份、氧化钙10-14份、松节油8-10份、稳定剂6-8份、分散剂3-5份、卤水3-4份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的耐水的环保漆,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为有机锡、铅盐和锌皂中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐水的环保漆,其特征在于,所述分散剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸丁酯或石蜡中的任意一种。
