本发明提供一种太阳能组件生产设备用涂料,包括以下重量份数的原料:石墨20份,马来酐聚乙二醇脂30份,云母粉5份,蓖麻油醇酸树脂20份,硅藻土15份,辛烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚14份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10份,三聚氰胺甲醛树脂12份,葵二酸聚酯多元醇5份,环氧丙烯酸树脂15份,双羟甲基丙酸5份,三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐22份,聚甲基硅氧烷3份,丙酮5份。本发明具有良好防静电性能的同时,也使得由该涂层或片材的耐水性、稳定性、耐老化性能等综合性能得到了显著提高。

本发明涉及涂料的制作方法,具体涉及一种太阳能组件生产设备用涂料。
背景技术
目前的太阳能组件生产设备用涂料进入了广泛的应用,但是太阳能组件生产设备用涂料的耐磨性不够好,漆膜不够坚硬。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种太阳能组件生产设备用涂料,解决现有技术中的一个或多个问题。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种太阳能组件生产设备用涂料,包括以下重量份数的原料:石墨20份,马来酐聚乙二醇脂30份,云母粉5份,蓖麻油醇酸树脂20份,硅藻土15份,辛烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚14份,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯10份,三聚氰胺甲醛树脂12份,葵二酸聚酯多元醇5份,环氧丙烯酸树脂15份,双羟甲基丙酸5份,三羟乙基甲基季铵甲基硫酸盐22份,聚甲基硅氧烷3份,丙酮5份。
本发明提供的一种太阳能组件生产设备用涂料,具有良好防静电性能的同时,也使得由该涂层或片材的耐水性、稳定性、耐老化性能等综合性能得到了显著提高,避免了高温回粘、低温爆裂现象的出现。本发明提供的配方的反应活性较低,蒸汽压也低,操作安全的同时并具有优异的耐热性和光稳定性。
