本发明涉及一种化学用品的技术领域,具体涉及绝热胶水。
背景技术
胶水在生产和生活中的作用非常大,广泛应用与各个领域,胶水形成的涂膜可对物体起到装饰、保护和标致作用,目前市面上的大部分胶水虽然制作简单、售价便宜但同时功能比较单一,只能简单的作为装饰之用,而在一些特殊的作业环境中,简单的胶水的并不能满足人们的所需。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供绝热胶水,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,绝热胶水,包括如下重量份的组分,
环氧40~60份、聚氨酯10~20份、有机硅40~60份、聚酰亚胺40~60份、聚异丁酯40~60份,酚醛树脂40~80份,硅酸镁10~20份,丙酮12~18份,过氧化苯甲酰4~12份,丙烯酸异丙酯4~8份,乙酸丁酯8~12份。
本发明提供的绝热胶水,制作简单,采用的生产原料选择无毒性的,胶水的使用效果好,环保,胶水涂层具有良好的绝热性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将环氧40份、聚氨酯10份、有机硅40份、聚酰亚胺40份、聚异丁酯40份,酚醛树脂40份,硅酸镁10份,丙酮12份,过氧化苯甲酰4份,丙烯酸异丙酯4份,乙酸丁酯8份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至65℃,均匀搅拌后即得产品。
实施例2
将环氧50份、聚氨酯15份、有机硅50份、聚酰亚胺50份、聚异丁酯50份,酚醛树脂60份,硅酸镁15份,丙酮15份,过氧化苯甲酰8份,丙烯酸异丙酯6份,乙酸丁酯10份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至65℃,均匀搅拌后即得产品。
实施例3
将环氧60份、聚氨酯20份、有机硅60份、聚酰亚胺60份、聚异丁酯60份,酚醛树脂80份,硅酸镁20份,丙酮18份,过氧化苯甲酰12份,丙烯酸异丙酯8份,乙酸丁酯12份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至65℃,均匀搅拌后即得产品。
